Hi @Jiebyoung Park No the fields shown in the "basic" search are not configurable. There are no options to change the order or which fields are shown by default. There is an open feature request on this since 2013!, JRACLOUD-31745

Hi @Venkat Jira Admin This question should be asked to the vendor/developer of the app "Status Free Time" is this is possible, as the report option seems to be in the app,

Hi @silke2world Welcome to the community. If the options in the link @Dan Breyen provided can't help you out, then take the following steps: * Open a browser in Incognito/Private mode (this is important to ensure you aren't automatically logged into the suspended account). * Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, &…

Hi @Kacper Styslo Do you have export permissions on the space? If you are not space admin, you can't check this, then reach out to your space admin to check your permissions.
-
Hi @sharyn keegan If you don't have access to a board, this is mostly due to the filter used on the board. Via the systems settings, find the filter used on the board and become the owner, then you can modify permissions. Or you are not in a role on the space the board belongs to.
-
HI @sharyn keegan Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances. Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request. You will need to contact an admin of the…

Hi @Niko Yakovetskyi No they would not, as this is a setting in an instance, that is set as Free, this can only be adjusted when a (trail) paid plan is active.
-
Hi @Niko Yakovetskyi In a Free subscription the are no permission settings possible. If you have set this during trail, you can't remove this. Your only option is to move to a paid subscription and then remove the permission and switch back to a free subscription. /manage-your-bill-for-atlassian-plans

Hi @Nico Chen Welcome to the community. For a space report, Space admin permissions are required. To start using the API, the token needs to be scoped correctly and this depends on read access to a space. So the user executing the API needs to have read access to a space, to get the information

Hi @Martin Vali Not that I'm aware of but you cold store whiteboards in a separate folder. What functions do you seek, and what functons does Comala have that you seek for?

Hi @Mowaffaq Shahrori Welcome to the community. See documentation on Users and Manged users; what-is-the-difference-between-users-page-and-managed-accounts-page For External users (accounts not from a verified domain are considered external, see who-are-external-users

HI @Dave Anderson This is based on the configuration of the policy you are in within the administrative settings of your instance. Contact the overall administrator of the Atlassian instance to present your point. Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We…

Hi @Xenia Chilkowich Whenever you ask for help with an Automation Rule it will help us to help you if you provide: 1. what type of project is this (e.g., company-managed, team-managed, etc.), 2. images that show your complete rule. 3. images showing the details of any relevant actions/conditions/branches. 4. images showing…

Hi @Anja Treis It seems you are correct, it could be still rolling out or be retracted or this is not available for Free instances. This 3 are added,: * POST /admin/v2/orgs/{orgId}/app-access-settings/domains — Register a new approved domain for the org, optionally with an initial set of product configurations. * PUT…
-
Hi @Brian Jennings There is no proper solution for this, but changing the approval setting in the related workflow. I would not take the road to add fields and automation in my opinion this would add complexity rather then simplify the process. The cleanest and simples way is to change the approval step. If there are…
-
Hi @Anja Treis Welcome to the community. * No, the option for API "App Access Settings" relates to what 3rd party asps can do in JIra or Confluence. This does not relate to the setting "App Access" in Atlassian Administration * No as there is no such public endpoint. * No * No, there is not. This can only be done via the…

Hi @CIS JSM01 Welcome to the community. 1) Assist is a chat based integration for Slack or Teams, if you use the Atlassian Rovo slack app for assist, then this will consume credits.using-the-atlassian-rovo-slack-app 2) The graph doesn't explain this as a single action, but a sum 3) Yes using a virtual agent using AI will…

Go To "All spaces" and check your space type. Can you share screenshots, to give some more detail in relation to the board? Other option, create a. new board and use the same filter as the old board.
-
Are you the space admi, can you edit the board on the space? Check with you admin who owns the filter used on the board and what the filter permissions are set to. BTW is this a company managed or Team managed space?
-
I have never seen an instance where a single permisson has so many different roles, groups or users.
-
Have the filter the board uses, been updated or replaced. It seems you don't have permission on the filter that is used on the board.
-
Are you using a direct url , a favourite? If you do just browse to the main url of the instance and then browse to the board.
-
Hi @Craig Smart Is the affected space a Business Space or a Team Managed Kanban Space?
-
Hola @julietaabigail_prieto Que es tu error? What is you error? Can;t you see items or edit the,, then is permission based. Reach out to your admin of the instance to help you our, or check the permission helper
-
Hi @Audra Bonacki In short it means that per permission in a permission scheme the max of combined roles, groups and users can be 50 per each specific permission in a permission scheme.
-
Hi @Tauri Smith Try an incognito window or try another browser. If this solves your issues, clear your cache and cookies.
-
Hi @Jon Lundquist What are you trying to achieve? This is a community forum this is not Atlassian Support. You will never be able to directly access the AWS backend where Atlassian SaaS is running!
-
Hi @PLaksh11 @Habib__Plugio__ is correct. You could look at Studio and with a good prompt you might be able to create such a gadget by creating a forge app. But in 1st instance your question is a BI question, so your main option would be to get the data outside of Jira into a BI reporting tool like, PowerBI , Tableau or…

Hi @Vũ Nguyễn Hương Nhi Please raise a Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian request Any question around billing can only be answered by Atlassian. You will need to be an admin of your instance to raise a support request.
