This feature has been never exist in Jira. It's basic but also with app you can build more complex structures. In our Issue Templates Agent for Jira, for 25 users it's $187.5 for year.

Hi @Tran Van Huu , You can have such functionality in our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. You can define which fields would you like to present, for whom, under which conditions. What is worth to mention also, in this app you can have more features: customer actions (for example, for edit requests),…

It's impossible to achieve it without app. For templating issues, you can use Issue Templates Agent for Jira. In the configuration, you can define which fields and on which work types should be prefilled when you create issue. As I see on your screenshot, Information, which you need, can be added to the Description field.
-
Hi @Tran Van Huu , You can add such information using our app Perspective | Custom Attributes for Jira. For every information, you can add field and present it in the table which collects all your projects or on issue view. I would love to organize demo session if you want - just book slot via calendly.com/appsvio.

A quick update on our "Unified Workflow" series! In Part 1, we saw an agent escalate a feature request from a Premium customer. So, what happens next? Part 2 is now live! It shows how the Product Team uses that context from HubSpot to build a data-driven backlog in Jira Product Discovery. You can continue the story right…

Hi @Lindsay Kirsch , We have such features in our Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. * Time to resolution (and other SLAs) is available now in both hostings: Cloud and Data Center. * Position in the queue: It's available now in Data Center but we can easily added it also to cloud version. Are you asking about template for configuration or for some predefined issues in project?
-
@Axel Sooriah , thank you for sharing this video! Is it any limitations to version of JPD? Should I have Premium version? I'm trying to configure the same rule but when I want to save this rule I have warning Could not find work types for the project. what it's not true. I've tried to create new work type and use it in…

Are you asking about Marketplace apps? It depends on app' configuration. Very often apps have got their configuration which allows you hide them from different places in Jira or define who should see them. In this case, I recommend you to contact vendors from these app and ask them how you can do it.
-
Hi @Maria Medina , It's not possible to do it using native features. There is no such option to prepopulate values in fields when you click Create. You can achieve it using Marketplace apps, for example, the solution which is developed in my team: Issue Templates Agent for Jira. With this app, you can define issue…

"Edit fields" - are you asking about configuration or about making changes by customer on the request?

What is your permission? You need to be administrator. Look at this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-can-i-customize-about-the-help-center/ You need to be a site admin or Jira admin to customize a help center.
-
First screenshot is from Help Center, second - from customer portal. You need to click on Help Center on your screen (left top) and after that click Customize button.
-
Hi @Fadz , What customization do you need? Can you describe it more? Unfortunately, native options are very limited. As you mentioned, you can add logo and description. It's also possible to change background, add announcement banner, set different layout (changing blocks' position on the help center). If you need more…

Thank you for mentioning our Issue Templates Agent for Jira 😊 Please update the table: you're able to create templates for specific projects, define issue structures and also use it to create simple checklists. Also is worth to mention that our app works on Global Create Issue screen so it looks like a native behaviour…

I'm so happy that our Appsvio team joined this program with our two apps (and two more will be added soon 🤫). The security issue is really important to customers.
-
Hi, To present Priority (or other fields) on the left side, you have to add it to the request form. To remove actions on the right, for example Escalate, you have to hide these transitions from the workflow. Status and Notifications can't be removed from this view.
-
Hi, The only way to pre-fill any fields on the Create issue screen and keep native behaviour is using app for templating which works on this screen. For example, our Issue Templates Agent for Jira. With this app, you can define text not only for Description field or other text fields - the list of supported system and…

Hi @Marko , Why do you want to present these steps in Confluence page? I'm curious about this stage in your process. Is the flow: creating test case with test steps --> creating page for this test case and embed there table with test steps?
-
I see that you mentioned in other thread that your data is huge, so I guess that it can be useful solution for you (we have also import option in this custom field). Nevertheless, feel free to book a demo session with us if you need any support: calendly.com/appsvio
-
Hi @Ghata Singhal , There is no native custom field which allows you to achieve it. You can only create cascading select which has got 2 levels. If you need more levels, you can use our app Custom Fields Suite for Jira which includes inter alia Multilevel select. With this app, you can create more levels and also use them…
