Hi @Liina Savtšik, Thanks to the Forms available in your service project, you can achieve it. Forms are available for every plan, so you don't have to spend additional money. Go to the Project settings > Forms > New form. Here you have screens on how to configure it step by step: Hope it helps you. Let me know if you need…

Hi @Bart Hilhorst , My tip is to create a new custom field to check "passed to research". Thanks to this, you can use this field in JQL to define a separate queue. Another option is adding an additional internal status and use to it to define a queue. You can also use automation: when the ticket is in the Waiting for…

My first summit was in 2019. Even though I had been to other events from the Atlassian ecosystem before, as well as the (small) Summit in Barcelona, he made a great impression on me. Probably, Las Vegas itself also had an influence 😉 There were a lot of people from various industries around the world who were connected by…

Hi @Meytal BM , The service project which you used: Is it team- or company-managed? I can check it on my test instance. The Jira Product Discovery project is team-managed, so it uses its fields, not global custom fields. The automation doesn't know how to map custom fields to project fields. I'm not sure there is any…

Hi @Jack Charnley , Using native functionalities in Jira Service Management, you can modify the header only by uploading the image or selecting the background color. But the bottom area is always grey. Related topics you can find in the Atlassian documentation: click. If branding is crucial for your company, you must use…

Ok, thank you for clarification. Everything works when I'm testing it on my instance, cloning and moving issues. 1. I noticed that moving issues doesn't affect the Request type field. I see that is a feature request for it: JSDCLOUD-3613. Did you try to go to the issue view and click in and out for these fields? 2. Another…

I'm analyzing your screens and I see one difference. Are you sure that you're checking a right issue? The request types are different:

Thank you for responses! According to apps, I'm asking about some addons to Jira that you can install from Marketplace. You can check them by clicking on the cog icon in the right top > Apps > Manage apps. They can sometimes interfere with Jira functionalities. I'm going to reproduce this bug. If everything is correct in…

Hi, I see that also the Priority field disappeared. Can you confirm? Some ideas for investigation: - When you are on the request details view in the second request, do you see any errors in the developer console? - Are they both company-managed projects? - Can you try to do the same but with a very simple Description like…

"Labels" is a tricky field because it is a cross-project field and case-sensitive. It can be messy after a short time. @Mario Tobar I highly recommend you create a separate custom field to collect this data. Thanks to this, you'll be able to use it in automation, JQL, filters, and dashboards - in every place in Jira. In…

Hi @Manuel Alejandro Rodriguez Muñoz , By default, it's impossible to add any notes or other information about customers or organizations in Jira Service Management. You can only put information into internal comments in requests. You can use an app developed by my team called Customer and Organization Management. Keep in…

Woohoo, it's good to see another vendor from Poland in the Marketplace spotlight 😊 Congratulations! I wish all your dreams come true in the coming year, and we'll see your new apps 💪

The event was a great place to network, meet people, discuss, and meet in person. Lovely news, according to Jira Service Management. I'm especially interested in virtual agent. Let's see in which direction it'll develop. I was posting during the whole event on my LinkedIn and Twitter 😉 Can't wait for events in 2023!

@Dori Burnett , the link to the Devpost page doesn't work :(

Your partner is gorgeous ❤️ The amazing gift and a beautiful story. Thank you for sharing it :)

OMG, they look so serious 😱 Definitely it's not Barbie-style! I've never heard about certifications for dolls. This brand is not known in Poland but I had a very similar doll (only one, not twins, so maybe taking care was easier 😂). I see that this company has a very long tradition and they still sell them, fantastic.

Wow! It's an amazing feeling to listen to (or rather read) such fantastic memories! 🙈 I had to check what is a Meccano set because it isn't popular in Poland. Probably I've never seen it in our shops. As for Lego, your parents knew what was worth attention 😊 Lego also appeared in my letter to Santa a few times, but…

Hi, Could you please attach any screen? It sounds like you use some app for templating. Best regards, Kate

As I mentioned before, I was a speaker at ACE Sofia with our presentation: How Customer & Organization Management can boost your Support Teams in Jira Service Management. If you don't have a chance to participate, don't worry - we published the recording on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Z6Sp5gLcMo I…

Hi Paul, It's the third place where we're crossing today! ACE Sofia, LinkedIn, and now this article :) From my experience, being involved in the community, answering questions, or reading others' stories are the best ways to learn the Atlassian stack as well as get knowledge of how other companies from different industries…

Tue, Nov 22. 5 PM EETIf you’re…

Hello, In native JSM, there is no such possibility. You can achieve it only with an app developed by my team called Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. One of its features is possibility to display workflow steps where you can define the whole workflow for customers with an explanation of what every step means. It…

Hi Adrian, Unfortunately, you can't modify this translation. It's fixed. There are also no 3rd party addons to modify it due to a lack of technical possibilities from Atlassian API. Best regards, Kate Appsvio team | Atlassian Community Leader

Hi @bendan_lukito , As you mentioned in the comment that you're asking about Jira Service Management I moved this question to the Jira Service Management collection as well as removed "jira-software" tags which are not relevant. According to your question, as others mentioned there is no such native solution in JSM. You…

Hi @Gabriel Santos , @Joseph Chung Yin Exactly, there is no such functionality available natively. I'm from the Appsvio team who develop the Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management app mentioned by @Joseph Chung Yin. In our app, you can configure which fields, when, and by whom can be edited on the customer portal. This…

Thank you @Dave LIAO for your kind words 🙌 Did you have a chance to try our Edit Request feature? If not, you have to try it!
-
Hi @Danna Levav , If this company uses JSM I guess that maybe our another app called Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management will be useful for them. It provides inter alia the possibility to edit requests on the customer portal (which I presented in this Apptoberfest article - you can leave a like 😊 ) or customizable…

@Tenzing Doleck , as I said in the other post where you asked, this is how the post function works - they're executed on the existing issue. You can't use it on the Create issue screen when you don't have an issue yet. The same situation is with automation rules. You can do everything when the issue is created. What I can…

You can always stop the trial and uninstall the app from your instance.
