Thanks @Laura Holton _ACE Manchester_ and hello @Lisa Eckert I'm behind the company that built Blue Cat Reports You can get reports on average length of time a card is open but depending on what you mean by how many days a card is open without activity we probably can't do that. We currently only track activity in terms of…

Hi @Mickael RONCHIERI That looks like a very cool use of Trello, I know someone who uses it in a similar way for maintenance jobs on a holiday park. I would typically come on here and tell people looking for reporting to check out Blue Cat Reports but in this instance you might be better off with something else. We don't…

The Power-Up you are looking for is probably Time in List which does all of that. Blue Cat Reports also has a Time to Complete chart which can track times between individual lists or across multiple lists. It also allows export as CSV. There are a lot of other charting options in Blue Cat as well, so may be better value if…

Hi @Ecosse Signs Sorry if this is a little late to the party here! We have just launched Forms for Trello which would be annother approach here. You can create a form which when people fill it out creates a Card on your Board. You can set any fields you like to be mandatory in the form to force people to fill them out, and…

Hi @David Gabay We have written abuot the various Trello Gantt chart options here There are some gotcha's with most of the options there so do check it out to get a decent overview, then give whichever you think look the best a go :) Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)
-
Hi @Rachel Bethea We have reviewed the options for exporting data from Trello in our review of reporting options. Dashcards also gets a mention in our more flexible trello reporting options section so do check out the other options there. With Blue Cat Reports…
-
Hi @AnnaRose Steger you could take the link to the form and add it into the description of a Card if that would work? Filling out the form would then create a new card in Trello.
-
Hey folks, Robin from the team behind Forms (and Blue Cat). Happy to answer any questions anyone might have about this :)
-
Hi @Melissa Simulcik Not sure if you are still looking for this but we have just launched a new power-up which lets you create forms for your Trello boards. Something of an improvement on google forms as we integrate more closely with Trello (custom fields, attachements, etc), plus the forms look a lot better :) You can…
-
Hey @Stefan Richter I do this with a custom field, simple and works quite well :) Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)
-
Hey @Bob Mac Leod There are some ways you can work in Trello which would let you see your past completed cards The main one would be to create a new 'done' list periodically (every month?) and then move the old one to an archive board (just a standard Trello board you send all your completed cards to). In that way you have…
-
Hi @Paulo Vinicius Oliveira Garcia There is a power-up for that :)
-
this would be great, but looking at it I don't see a way to do this (sadly)
-
Hi Jan, I had a go with creating this using Trello Dashcards but I couldn't get it to work for some reason. Worth a go though maybe. You can also do this with Blue Cat Reports, some useful help docs on that - https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-list-of-cards/…
-
Thanks @milynnus You can create lists of checklist items in Blue Cat - Quicklist here https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-quick-list-of-checklist-items/ You can also create multiple of these in a single report or create counts https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-count-or-sum-of-cards/…
-
I would definitely create cards for each question, that will be a lot easier for people to scan and find their question on the board. Maybe group those into lists with different topics? You could also add labels and/or cover images/colours and stickers if you wanted other ways to categorise the cards between the lists. But…

it's not our power-up, so not sure. You can contact the developers though :)

updated the link!

Hi @Lilianne Jin Can I ask what you are using to get cards created from your website? Sounds like you have a form feeding in to Trello? We are working on a new forms power-up for Trello, one of the features is email notifications for new form submissions. You can request access to the beta here if you would like to take a…

There's a power-up for that :) https://trello.com/power-ups/613269624bccb32439780227/analytics Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)
-
Hi @Sarah Smallwood That isn't currently possible with the built in email reports from Trello You could look to a tool like Blue Cat Reports to create this sort of report for you - A report in Blue Cat can have a list of Cards added to the board https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-list-of-cards/ - You can…
-
@Yehuda Zutler check out the Time in List Power-Up https://trello.com/power-ups/5b4765f383dd7c75d8e57be4/time-in-list It shows on the front of each card how long it is since the card was moved to that list/board Sounds like it does what you want :)
-
I am guessing you are using the Agile Cards power-up for this? It looks like they have some problems which you will need to report to the power-up developers.
-
Great answer, I would add that when I talk to teams happily using Trello (including some very serious Scrum/Kanban teams) the main reason they like it is that it is the tool their team are happiest with. If your tema loves Jira, use Jira, if they love a physical board do that. But if people love using Trello then that is…
-
Hi Owen Me and my team are currently working on a new Forms Power-Up for Trello. It will allow multiple forms per board, sending to different lists. We also integrate with all the core Trello fields and any custom fields you have. Would love to have you in the beta if you are interested? You can check out one of the forms…
-
Hi Tony, Above solution using Butler should work. You could also look at Blue Cat Reports * Create a new report * Create a list and select 'Cards added to Board' https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-list-of-cards/ * Schedule a daily email of that…
-
If you click on the 'automation' button on your Boards there are options for 'email reports' including a report of cards with due dates up coming. So it depends what you mean by needing 'more granularity' :). Defintely check out the those reports if you haven't already If that isn't enough you should look at 3rd party…
-
Hi @Lida Peat Robin from the team behind Time in List here :) I would generally recommend adding a 'blocked' label. That is what I always recommend for teams tracking blocked items. The biggest benefit is if you have multiple lists a Card could get blocked in, this way you can see which step of your process each blocked…
-
Hi Rob, It should appear on the right hand side of each card when you open it, under a section called 'Power-Ups' there will be an 'Expense Trackello' button. Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)
-
I don't believe it is possible to set this up (but would be interested if anyone knows how). From my experience none of the main gantt chart options sync with the start dates in Trello, although it may be worth looking at Placker which I think may do this.
