Hey Scott, looks like some great answers above. I have been using Trello for quite a while now and have built a few Power-Ups for it. If you wanted to grab a time on my calendar I'd be happy to share my knowledge and see if I can get you set up for success https://calendly.com/robinwarren/30min I've seen a lot of teams set…

If you open the Board Menu (the one on the right of your board) you can see all your Power-Ups listed. Click on the one you want to remove and select 'disable'
-
You could look to 3rd party Power-Ups like Blue Cat Reports (I am not sure others support the features you would need tbh). In Blue Cat you could - Create a Quick List showing cards where the custom field "USPTO Due Date" is 3 days from now or less - Set up a scheduled email for that list which would send it to you (and…

I don't believe Trello have anything built in for this yet. You will need to look to 3rd party Power-Ups like Blue Cat Reports which allow more complete reporting options. With Blue Cat you could create a 'Quick List' of checklist items and filter to just show those assigned to each individual. That sounds like it would…

Hi Ellen, I don't believe there is anything built in to Trello which does this. Some teams track work completed each week/month etc by creating new Done lists. That way they can look back and see the cards completed each month. The alternative is to look at 3rd party Power-Ups like Blue Cat Reports which allow more complex…

You could maybe do this using Trello Cards for each gauge, set the card title as the number of days. The importantly set the 'cover' of the Card so it displays in the right way... * Open the Card to edit * Click on 'cover' in the top right of the card * Select the 'size' option on the right so the title displays over the…

Hi Jimmy, Dashcards (look for it in the power-up directory) may cover some of the numbers you want but I am not sure that their querying would give you everything you need. However, it is worth taking a quick look as that is built into Trello for free. If not that, you could look at 3rd party reporting options like Blue…

Glad to hear that :) Blue Cat is Definitely capable of showing users the high level view of their Boards so they can get the information they need at a glance. Always happy to show you some examples for specific use cases if you need something and you aren't sure we can do it.

If you are looking for a more powerful alternative to Trello's reporting/dashboarding options check out Blue Cat Reports I'd be very happy to hop on a call for a quick demo if you wanted? (I'm behind the company which built that product) I've got quite a lot of experience building reporting solutions in general and more…

Sadly it doesn't look like you can set up an automation rule for that evergreen checkbox. One alternative would be to use the (paid) Time in List Power-Up which lets you disable tracking for entire lists. It's a bit different from Card aging, and as mentioned is paid so may not be the solution you are looking for :)

You should probably look at Custom Fields which is a part of paid Trello plans. If you specifically want story points you could also look at the (free) Agile Tools Power-Up
-
Hi Anli, There may be other ways but I am not aware of them (hopefully others will post them here). You could create a report using Blue Cat Reports (paid 3rd party power-up), specifically in this case I would suggest creating a Quick List of checklist items. Hope that helps Robin

As mentioned there are options from Trello to see some basic reports, but probably not exacly what you want. There are also 3rd party options * Blue Cat Reports for creating custom reports in Trello, includes email versions of those reports. You can easily create a report showing what has been accomplished. But if that is…

only way to do this (and one I use regularly) is to indent manually with a -, ie Parent Checklist item - child item 1 - child item 2 Not very clever but it works! Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)

I don't think you can create reports across multiple boards with Butler, but could look at a 3rd party power-up like Blue Cat Reports https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat

Dan and Adaptavist are good guys, definitely worth checking them out :)

Hannah at https://www.simplaworkflows.com/ is excellent, depending on what exactly it is you are looking for.

Simpla based in New Zealand are excellent https://www.simplaworkflows.com/ :)

Hi Diana, Me and my team do monthly retrospectives. In the past when I have been on Scrum teams we have done them at the end of each sprint The simplest way to get started is to create a new done list and then review all the cards in that list at some point (weekly/monthly/sprintly?). You can then archive the cards, or…

Not exactly what you are aking for but would the Deadlines by Elegantt power-up work for you? https://trello.com/power-ups/565dafa433bd441cac66be20/deadlines-by-elegantt Cheers, Robin Founder: Blue Cat Reports for Trello and more :)

I think this by AppFox might be the best option https://trello.com/power-ups/5d8a1a4d3508db61b655bf9e/view-tracker-for-trello Hope that helps :)
-
Hi Sven, you can't do that specifically (sady) What I do is put a red cover card at the top of my Doing list which says "Is this the most important task?" If you want to do that * Create a card with the title "Is this the most important task?" * Open it up and click on 'Card Cover' * Set it to Red * Choose the option where…

Hi Connie, some good answers above including most options I would suggest. Only other one (another 3rd party power-up) is Blue Cat Reports. You can create 'quick lists' in there for each member to see all their cards. You can also go a bit further and create reports showing cards which are due/overdue, or which have been…

The new Dashboard view does this https://blog.trello.com/trello-dashboard-view You could also look at more configurable reporting options like Blue Cat Reports https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat
-
As mentioned, the team table is the closest you can get in Trello using the default features. However, you could look at the Blue Cat Reports Power-Up (paid) https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat Although you can't show single table consisting of You can create a Report with two tables,…

there is not, sadly :( One way to make it a bit faster is to add them from here https://trello.com/power-ups rather than going to each Board to add them whcih (I think) would involve a lot more clicks. It would be cool if Trello would enable this as a feature so you could multi select maybe when adding a power-up or add it…
-
@KOHESION Hi! I don't know any other way of mirroring the cards into a single board but you could also look at creating a Blue Cat Report which pulled Cards from all the different Boards. Blue Cat is here https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat You can create reports or lists of Cards from…

Hi Mary, A couple of other options for you Time in List tracks (as you might expect) the time cards spend in each list https://trello.com/power-ups/5b4765f383dd7c75d8e57be4/time-in-list Or Blue Cat Reports allows more complex reporting such as the Time to Complete charts wich can track the time taken to complete cards over…

Check out the Custom Fields power-up to allow you to add your own data to your Trello cards (ie for financial information) and also check out Blue Cat Reports (disclosure, my company built it) for reporting which can include those custom fields :) Reports for Trello Custom fields is a great power-up and I recommend it ot…
