Haha, no worries. You are spot on with your answer! Thank you.

That's good feedback @Mykenna Cepek

@Rebecca Dean Customer Service Management has not been evaluated for use in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Please see our Compliance Resource Center for a list of HIPAA-ready apps.

Good question @pooyan_zamanian. MCP server: The Atlassian Rovo MCP server is not set up by default. It requires an admin to explicitly configure it. Organization admins can manage it from Rovo → Rovo MCP server, where they can control read/write/search permissions. Configure Atlassian Rovo MCP server permission Browser…

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ thanks for your question. Today, Atlassian-hosted LLMs are hosted in the US and do not store customer data. Data Residency applies to data at rest (i.e. storage), and Rovo supports this today. We’re actively exploring how best to support EU-hosted models. If you’re open to a conversation, I’d…

This has been rolled out to everyone. Please let me know if you don't see it yet.

@Oliver Hilger you can sign up for the beta here. More details: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-Cloud-Admins-articles/Beta-Introducing-teams-to-Confluence-permissions/ba-p/3139526
-
@Oliver Hilger thank you for sharing this feedback. We will consider this as we iterate on the capability.
-
@jdelpierre we are considering support for that. Please follow this ticket for updates - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-95266
-
The rollout is set to be per user.
-
@Israel Padilla I'll check on this and get back to you.
-
You will still have to use the UUID in Automation for now. We are working on some improvements in Automation support. Please keep an eye out for those announcements.
-
Yes. It will use the team UUID under the hood. That way any changes to the team name won't impact the JQL.
-
@Cor, the behaviour I mentioned is about opening a team linked to a Jira work item. Because Teams App has shared people & teams directory across Atlassian apps, we open the Teams app when you click on the left sidebar, rather than keeping the experience embedded inside Jira. This centralisation keeps the experience…

@Gary SprossThank you for your question! We’re actively considering this on our roadmap. If this would help your team, please upvote and watch this ticket so we can gauge demand and keep you posted on updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77135. Appreciate the feedback, it helps us prioritise what to build…

Thanks for the feedback, Rune! We're building admin controls to enable you to allow all teams or only verified teams for permissions. Admin controls won't be available yet at the start of the Beta, but will be complete before general availability. With them you would be able to ensure that only your trusted teams are used…
-
@Cor you can now use the global preview panels to get Team info right in context within Jira or Confluence https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-content-in-a-side-panel/

@Dennis Stengele we are opening up the EAP to Premium customers as well.
-
This restriction applies to the EAP. Depending on the level of interest, we may also extend the EAP to non-Enterprise customers. If you’re interested, please fill out the form so we can assess and follow up accordingly.
-
Thank you for your feedback! We’re actively working on several improvements to the Teams experience that we hope will address many of the pain points you mentioned. We’re still in the early stages of some of these efforts, and I’d love to get your input on the direction we’re exploring. If you’re open to chatting, here’s a…

@Rune Rasmussen you are right, the @mentioning experience is not optimal right now. We have considered making it similar to @mentioning a person, so that you can see just the team name. @Susan Hauth _Jira Queen_ here's a workaround for how you can notify all the team members via automation - demo. For the team watchers…
-
* We haven't considered that yet * We support @mentioning teams across our Apps. You can try this in any text field * Our current thinking is that the assignee should represent a single individual—someone who is clearly responsible for moving the work item forward. When a Team is set as the assignee, it often becomes…

Thank you for the feedback! We’re currently planning improvements to admin controls for Teams. While we're still in the early exploration phase, we’d love to get your insights on the direction we’re heading. @Rune Rasmussen – For the Team custom field type, could you please also upvote this ticket? @Josh – That’s a great…
-
@Jonathan Jackson the users will not be notified about changes to the membership via this sync.
-
@Aleksandr 2easy these audit logs are already available with Atlassian Guard Premium or with Confluence Enterprise Edition.
-
@Dan Tombs you can assign a default classification level at the space level for all content within that space. You can setup an automation to assign a default to all newly created spaces.

We have released a feature to prevent data export for all users based on policies configured by organization administrators. See more details in Prevent data export While it does not support data export only by admins, you can use it based on your company's needs. Cheers!
