@Ganesh Satav - I believe this same logic could be applied to Data Center. I'm not as well versed with that context though admittedly. I know DC has smart values but I think the functionality available largely depends on which version of Jira you're running.
-
@Tran Ngoc Duc - It seems the notification for your mention got lost in my mail, my apologies. The List variable created '{{CommentUserList}}' should contain the full list of users mentioned in the comment and add them all to the field value. I rebuilt the rule in my test instance to make sure it still works since it has…

@Randy Morris You won't have to individually process each ticket. At the very least you can batch-process them, though it will somewhat depend on the export capabilities of ManageEngine. Similarly, automating the process would depend on the APIs available for ManageEngine and would more than likely require some form of…

Images can be imported as attachments also. You'll need an accessible URL to where the images are stored. This can be done with both CSV and JSON. Here are the links to the documentation for both of these processes (assuming you're looking at cloud): * CSV * JSON

I spent new years in a cabin in the Mountains of Ruidoso NM, playing board games and drinking wine with friends, it was great.
-
Howdy @Randy Morris Welcome to the community! I'm not specifically familiar with ManageEngine, but if you have a way to export the ticket data to a CSV or JSON file then you should be able to import it into Jira. There may be some caveats to this depending on what data you have in your tickets but in general it should be…

Super excited for forms being able to connect to Assets, that's a huge ask right now.

Hi @Cami Jara The documentation around Assets (formerly Insight) Discovery is less than stellar for sure. You are correct in that you should be able to run the discovery tool from one server and point it to an IP range in your network to pull information from multiple hosts. In order for this to function properly, you need…

Hi Emma, Welcome to the Community! Yes you can absolutely do this using the automation rules on your board. The trigger would be: Followed by the action:

Hi @Oscar Readwin Welcome to the Community! Try this: {{#if(equals(customfield_10129.value, "Serious"))}}red{{/}} The conditional logic worked for me by itself at least. I would test it standalone first in a log action to verify and then try it in your message.

Hi @Kristen Miller Welcome to the Community! You can apply for a community (non-profit) license here.

@Gundeep SuriFrom the post-migration report you shared it looks like all 19 issues were migrated. What you're experiencing looks like you don't have permissions to Browse the project which can happen as part of a migration if you have a different email associated with your permissions in server than what you have set up in…

Well yes.. that would make it pretty hard to submit then. Are you able to open tickets on behalf of your company? If not maybe having whoever is authorized, open the ticket and adding you as a participant would be the way forward.
-
That is interesting, I'm not sure what else to suggest at this point. It almost sounds like there's something happening in transit that is scrubbing the message.

The Work/life balance struggle is real. I feel even more so since COVID. I try real hard to keep that separation and close my laptop when the end of my day hits. There's always stuff left to do, and some days it's harder than others to walk away. Thanks for sharing your experience @Peter Van de Voorde

I tend to take client calls in my office, there's something about standing and having enough monitors to see everything that gives me some confidence/calm. But I have totatlly been taking internal meetings/calls outside on the patio, especially when the weather's nice.
-
Man I'm totally jealous. I'd love to just pack everything into a camper and head out, maybe some day.
-
Ok I played in the sand a bit. @Tanja van WijkI was able to recreate your rule and test it, the full functionality worked for me. Even though it shows you the lookup results you might want to add a log action for {{lookupIssues}} to make sure the lookup is being fed into the smart value. Outside of that, since the message…

Thanks for the additional information @Barış Özer I agree with @Alex Koxaras -Relational- especially if you already have JSM. Jira work management will give you a simple calendar to reference for your tasks and you can use automation rules to schedule due date notifications. If you find that JWM is too complex for what you…

Hi @Tanja van Wijk Welcome to the Community! It's hard to know what the issue might be without seeing the Automation rule, can you share it? and have you looked at the Audit log for the rule to see if there are any errors?

Hi @CL While it's possible someone from Atlassian will see this here and be able to assist you this is the community forums. I would recommend opening a support ticket if you're having issues to speak with the support team directly. https://support.atlassian.com

I was a free lunch kid. Square pizza days were the best. Steak fingers with an ice cream scoop of instant mashed potatoes were a close second.
-
At the bottom of the screenshot you posted there's a button to 'Continue raising request'. You should be able to click on that to finish filling out the request and submit it to support.
-
This is something I have struggled with as well. My best guess is it's using the API on the backend to call the information and maybe they just haven't created an avenue to pull the key? By default, ${customfield_####} pulls the objectId from Assets. Using the ".label" returns the label instead which is one of the values…
-
Hi @Łukasz Jarząbek Welcome to the community! There's no function natively for that within the UI that I'm aware of. There are some options out there though. This post references a power-up you can add to your board. The power-up requires a subscription as a long-term solution, but there's a 7 day free trial you can take…

Hi @Alexander Nygren I'd recommend creating a group for your agile team and using something like this: watcher in membersOf("group name") Replacing group name with the actual name of the group of course. This way you don't have to maintain the filter if you add/remove team members, just update the group.
-
Hi @Sergii Kurenkov I believe you'll have to just continue opening the request with support, especially if you don't currently have access to the Admin portal for the Org the site was under.
-
Hi @Nguyen Ngo Hoang Long Welcome to the Community! My first thought is you could create a custom field that houses a value for the user being provisioned. Then when a de-provisioning ticket is created, you have your automation run a lookup with a JQL that searches for any issues that match the one used in the…

Hi Kris, Assuming you have "Part" set up as an attribute of "Machine" try this: Filter Scope: objectType = "Part" object having inR(Name = ${customfield_10114.label})

We recently revamped our internal meeting cadences freeing up a ton of time, it's been great.
