@Hans Ahrens We do plans to roll out restricted goals in the future, but we don't have a timeline for that at the moment.
-
The roll out to all customers was paused. It was only rolled out to a limited number of Focus customers.
-
@Hans Ahrens & @Hamzah Mohamed If you are a Focus it was rolled out. @Hans Ahrens Ever user is a viewer by default. So you won’t have the ability to restrict view access.

@nitin raghav In Enterprise Insights, there is a table [Feature Team Sprint] that has this data. There is a column [FK Anchor Sprint Target ID] that you will join to the [Anchor Sprint ID] column in the [Anchor Sprint] table to return the [Anchor Sprint Name]. In your query, you need to filter the records in the [Feature…

@Joshua The status report doesn't have the history of the changes that were made. You can access the historical data for status reports in Enterprise Insights and render them in a custom report or dashboard using a BI tool like Atlassian Analytics, Power BI or Tableau. Below is a screenshot of an out-of-the-box dashboard…

@James Spencer You don't need to purchase a Jira Align app/plug in. You just need Jira Align with Enterprise Insights and Jira Cloud Enterprise edition which includes Atlassian Analytics. If you have questions, contact your Atlassian Advisory Services team member or sales person for more info on how to get started.
-
@Joe The firewall rules section is for managing your public IP address ranges that are allowed to access Enterprise Insights. The IP addresses that you add must be public and static. You will need to confirm with your networking team on this information because it will depend on how your corporate network is configured. If…

@Colton_Kosicek When we enabled Atlassian Guard on our own Jira Align instance we created a bookmark app in Okta to the Jira Align URL from an SSO login.
-
@Isaac Greenberg In Jira Align there aren't any controls to prevent users from creating API tokens. In Atlassian Guard, there are API token controls that enable Jira org administrators to prevent users from creating API tokens. https://www.atlassian.com/software/guard/guide/api-token-controls
-
@Isaac Greenberg Yes, the immediate benefit that users will notice when switching to Atlassian Guard is when switching between other Atlassian cloud products and Jira Align. Users won't have to go through the Jira Align login if they already authenticated through Atlassian Guard. There are other additional benefits of…
-
@Samit Mehta This doesn't add/remove users from Atlassian Guard. Jira Align user accounts will need to be create with email addresses that match a corresponding Atlassian account. And users must be in Atlassian Guard. Integrated users have user accounts automatically created in Jira Align through the Jira Connector. So if…

Hi @Zoe Levenson , Enterprise Insights syncs with Jira Align once every hour. What might have happened in your instance is that you made an update 30 minutes before the sync occurred. Unfortunately, the sync time can't been speed up.
-
@Dominique Greene & @James Webber , Enterprise Insights enables you to build custom reports and dashboards for your specific use cases with a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Here is a video that provides a demo of Enterprise Insights: https://youtu.be/DIm_Ql3kP_k?si=itc4O07_xXe-Cpi4

Hi @Heidi Hendry , the Status Report now displays epics programs assigned as the primary program and additional program. In an upcoming release we will be adding a new filter in Extra Configs to filter the status report by primary program.
-
Hi @Mary Heather Cox , The custom fields and values on the Epic Benefits tab are in current_dw.[Epic Benefits] table of Enterprise Insights.
-
@Razy Kased You can't modify the dates. You can only add the throughput override value.
-
@James Webber Enterprise Insights is going to be the most efficient and performant way to access your Jira Align data for custom reporting especially with Power BI. Enterprise Insights is on a Azure SQL Server database and we also support Azure AD authentication with Enterprise Insights. So it works well with Power BI. You…

@Raj It looks like you may have an on-prem version of Jira Align and Enterprise Insights. If you have on-prem Enterprise Insights, your administrator can create the login accounts with whatever permissions you want. For the Enterprise Insights cloud versions, users cannot see the dw.dim_ tables at all. Those dim tables are…
-
You should only use the current_dw schema tables. Not sure where you are seeing the dw.dim_organization table because I don't see it in my instance of Enterprise Insights.
-
@Raj You need to use either the current_dw or export_dw tables. The current_dw tables are for direct query usage and building custom reports. The export_dw tables are used for exporting data to your own data lake or data warehouse. Here is a link to a YouTube video that explains the schema: https://youtu.be/qfYOS5xmE0I. To…
-
@Nigel Jewell This data is available in Jira Align Enterprise Insights which is the data mart for Jira Align that is purpose built for custom reporting and querying. I wrote an article on how to query and calculate these values from Enterprise Insights. Here is a link to the…
-
@Raj Do you have on-prem Jira Align? If so, are you trying to query the Jira Align database directly? We don't recommend doing that for a few reasons. For one, the Jira Align database schema is confusing and it is not normalized to be easily queried. Another reason is that querying the Jira Align database directly will…
-
@Mahbub S the Quality module which test cases are a part of is planned to be deprecated in the future.
-
Hi @Chrissie Hoots , You will need to use the current_dw.Feature History table and filter records that where the FK Capability ID = 0 (No Capability Assigned) and you will need to filter the Feature Fact Valid From and Feature Fact Valid To dates based on March 31, 2023. The filtering of dates can be a little tricky and…
-
Hi @Mark Dodrill , You need to use the MAP to Epic to Program Increment table because Epics have a one to many relationship with Program Increments in order to determine the which Program Increments are assigned to an Epic. One of the things about the Enterprise Insights table is that there is a record in most tables with…
-
@ishani.mukherjee , another community member, @Peter Jessen , who has a lot of experience implementing Jira Align with customers wrote a community article on this. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Align-articles/Is-Your-Company-Ready-for-Jira-Align/ba-p/2070049
-
@Jason You need to use the current_DW.Feature History table which records changes to Feature data. The Feature Fact Valid From column is a date time stamp of when a change is made to a feature record and the Feature Fact Valid To column is the end date time stamp before the record was updated. You will need to compare…

@Alexis Allred Enterprise Insights is a data mart for Jira Align. It is an Azure SQL database that you can connect to your existing data visualization tool like Tableau or Power BI. Here is a link to a video on YouTube that explains it. https://youtu.be/O5w_0SPPz5Y
-
@Alexis Allred The status report data can't be exported into Excel. Jira Align Enterprise Insights is a good option to get this data or even build custom reports with the data that are focused on your specific requirements. Here are some screenshots of an example status report using Jira Align epic and status report data…

Hi @NCR_FRG there isn't a way to automate the closing and starting of PIs in Jira Align. You programatically update the status through the Jira Align APIs using Release PUT API. A no code/low code tool like Workato allows you to create integrations with APIs without having to write code which may be a good option for this.
