@Ray Wallace We hear you on this, we're looking into it!
-
Yes, that would be me! Hi @Tom Gorenbar Peled - let me know if you have any questions/concerns I can help address :)
-
Hi @Thorsten Kamann , which data types were you specifically referring to? Also for relations/roll ups - how you tried using our Entry Link field? This allows you to reference an existing entry in another database. On formulas - we support basic calculations however do not yet support a formula field. This is something…
-
@Sonya McNeely yep they are encoded so they won't be human readable or search by unzipping and searching inside the unzipped folder.
-
@Sonya McNeely we just tested this ourselves - site level import and export does work and databases and their content seem to populate fine. On export, databases appear under the "whiteboards" directory, so you may be missed them. If you do import the site contents back in, you will see databases.
-
@Steven Slings if you aren't seeing these features yet you might be on Release Tracks. If this is the case they will likely be rolled out in the next bundle.
-
@Jason Hills That is awesome to hear! Yes that is exactly what we're working on right now :)
-
Hi @Anne Saunders , you should be able to see non-smart hyperlinks by toggling on 'Show full URL' in the Smart Link field settings. Could you explain more about labels/tags for non-Smart Link URLs?
-
@Son I believe that documentation may be out of date. Could you raise a support request so we can look into this issue and further investigate?
-
Hi @Sonya McNeely , Confluence databases should be supported at the site level for export and can also be exported at the object level. Are you having issues with this flow?
-
Hi @Emoke Mozesne Csikos is this search issue still persisting?
-
Hi @Svetoslav Sotirov this is something we're working on and you'll see land in the product soon!
-
Hey folks, Christina here, PM for databases. We appreciate this feedback and definitely take the hint that this group would like to understand more of what we have planned for databases as a whole. Our goal is to share a glimpse of the near term roadmap for databases in January as well as answer as many questions as we can…
-
Hi @Gavidia Isabel - H&D Unfortunately we need a support ticket filed so we can investigate your situation further. I'd suggest asking your system admin to file a support ticket. Thank you!
-
@Anne Saunders thanks for the kind words! Do let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your experience 😄
-
Hey @Alessandro Presa Perez we've noted your feature request! We'll share more once we know about where this falls on the roadmap :)
-
Hey @Patrick Boyd we're starting to roll out Confluence databases general availability (GA) from June 10th 2024. Glad to hear you love the beta!
-
Hi @John Soukup thanks for following up. It isn't in scope in our near term roadmap but the team is definitely keen to bring this into the product. Our new product manager @Em Ditchfield can help update you once we know more re timelines.
-
Hey @Marcus Little we're investigating what a potential solution to this could look like!
-
Hey @Lucy Dilts there isn't a limit on the number of Jira issues that can be imported. When selecting the issues you wish to import from our Jira import modal, simply navigate to the next page/list of issues and continue selecting issues to import. Let me know if this isn't working for you. Thanks!
-
@Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ it unfortunately does not! 😄
-
@Thorsten Kamann this is a known limitation - we're investigating a fix! Thanks for the shout out.
-
@Helen C that's definitely something we'll be looking into!
-
Hey @Randi Cyr apologies for the late response. Once a whiteboard is inactive, it cant be 'reactivated', even by archiving/deleting and bringing it back. If however, you archive an active board, when you un-archive that board it will bring it to an unset state, whereby you will be able to 'exchange' a board to bring it…
-
Hey folks, we're still working on individual whiteboard exports - hopefully will land over the next month or so!
-
Thanks for being the absolute best @Divya Sriram I am SO excited for the future of Confluence databases!!!
-
@Sharon Miesen @Richard_Donnell we now support the Parent Link field in whiteboards!
-
Hi Evan! Today we support PDF import, so if you export your Lucidchart whiteboard as a PDF and select our 'whiteboard import' icon from the more menu in the main toolbar (see image attached), you will be prompted to navigate and find your file. Then you can import this PDF/image onto the whiteboard.
-
HI @David Holman @Thomas Löschner @Sheri Atwood we're actively working on this feature! You should see it land in the product in the coming weeks. We really appreciate your patience with us as we work to further develop our tool 🙏🏻
-
Hi @John Soukup this is something we'd also love to bring into the product in the future! I unfortunately don't have an exact time frame for you... likely over the next couple of months.
