Hi @Guilherme Cenzi Advanced roadmaps would allow you to do this, it gives you a lot more flexibility. It's part of the Premium Jira subscription though. You can't do it in the standard project roadmap I'm afraid.
-
Hi Surya, Does it have to be Google forms? Jira service management would let you set up your own forms and manage requests that way. Jira Work Management has basic forms you can use. You could use a Rest API but that would be quite a substantial project to build your own integration.
-
Hi @Giacomo Gasparini How are you bringing in issues? Is your advanced roadmap working off of boards/projects/filters? It might be to do with the filter you're using.
-
No but following as I would like to know what's possible. It's on my to do list
-
Hi @marek.polomski Advanced roadmaps would be a great option for this. It's part of the premium subscription though which can be an issue for some people. I would definitely check it out though
-
Yes, I mainly use Advanced Roadmap view but it's the only way to work at a higher level than in a Jira project
-
Still waiting, I made eye contact with the DPD man as he walked straight past my house today thinking that might be it. Not it
-
Ah right - So you are looking for the 'issue link' I think. The Epic link is hierarchical but issue links are not. 'Issue Links' such as 'relates to' and 'blocks' will show up as dependencies in Advanced roadmap, and it is a field you can bring into your issue screen, it's a standard field. When I use the word associate I…

You could add them as participants, and then you would need to add them to a group or role with a different notifications scheme, removing their email notifications. There is a notifications feed available in Jira so you could advise them that they need to log in to Jira and check to see if they have any notifications.…
-
Hi @Sébastien Bigras Issue types at a higher level of hierarchy than epic will be stored in a project, but you can't use them outside of Advanced Roadmaps. You can see them as issues but they won't associate in a normal Jira project. It might not seem intuitive but it's to do with the way Portfolio was built before it was…

Welcome @Sanketh CT I would recommend setting up a free trial for yourself as well.
-
I'm afraid not @Kelly Formus - not yet at least. I did notice the Jira issue for that feature has been assigned and moved from gathering interest to pending. It might be possible in the future roadmap.
-
Welcome to the community! If it's learning you're after you've come to the right place!
-
Hi @Chrissy Garnett Is the resolution set to resolved on the issues that have a status of 'done'? It might be an issue with your workflow. Normally when you close a sprint you will be prompted to move any remaining tickets that are still in progress to the next sprint (or back to backlog). This works based on resolution…

Welcome! Happy exploring!
-
Hi @Craig Novosat This is possible with Advanced Roadmaps but this is only available on the premium Jira Software plan I'm afraid. Project roadmaps will only work with their respective Jira project.
-
Ah, @Mary Raleigh will definitely be more helpful than I can here. Hope you enjoy Team Central @Paul Benario
-
Did you set up your sandbox before upgrading to premium? Before premium was introduced you could pay for a sandbox site, but now if you have premium you can set them up for free. I'm not sure off the top of my head whether you can migrate existing sandbox subscriptions - although it makes sense that you should be able to.…
-
Great video - thanks @Rachel Wright
-
Hi @Paul Benario Team Central is still in beta so you can't even pay for it. You can sign up for it here though: https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=team-central Please could you try with your company email address and see if it recognises your sandbox site against the email address.

Hi @Matt You can raise a support ticket here https://trello.com/contact#/ (Fourth option)

Everyone seems excited for a real life event in Vegas, I hope I can make it!
-
Bingo!
-
Hi @Chris Evans That is a screenshot of Advanced Roadmaps. It's a different product to Roadmaps and is part of the premium subscription. They work quite differently and advanced roadmaps includes a lot of extra features.
-
Fantastic news, thanks @Monique vdB I've really enjoyed the pilot and it's come a long way since I joined! Great work from the team getting it to this stage 😊
-
Hi @TonyG I got this error message yesterday when I was signed into another instance and hadn't closed the browser. It's a pretty generic error message but in my case it was due to some sort of authentication clash because I had another window open with another Google account signed in. Basically the first thing I do when…
-
Welcome @Salah Osman Ali Good to have a fellow PMP to welcome - you're in the right place if you want to learn to leverage the Atlassian toolset!
-
No problem Suresh, You could probably set up an automation rule that would add this link to every new ticket that was created but I'm not sure why you would want to do that? Surely Jira is a better place to keep your system of record?
-
Hi Suresh, There's no free sharepoint connector but there is an official Excel add-on for free on The Atlassian marketplace. I'm not sure I follow what you're hoping to do here. You can add external links URL's in the description of each issue in Jira if you want users to be able to navigate to Sharepoint?

Good shout @Leon Boye , I'd forgotten that - fingers crossed for some impressive swag bags. The Data Dog virtual event worked well as they organised all the vendor merch that you qualified for / requested into one pack that delivered everything in one go.
