Excellent, glad this is what you need.

Hi @Ross Cantor Automation - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation It will look something like this:
-
Hi @Ross Cantor Yes absolutely, you can use automation rules to trigger on issue creation, set a condition to work only when your desired request type is used, and an action to create a new issue. Set it to be a subtask, and pre define what you want to be populated.
-
I'm afraid your best bet might be encouraging this person to relinquish control. Definitely pursue the support ticket but I don't know how much they will be able to do.
-
Hi @John Kreiner Did the colleague who left use his work email to create the account? If so then I imagine you've removed access to his work email account but still have access to it yourself and could reset the password.
-
Hi @Dumitru Darii If you use Automation rules you can set up all kinds of different notifications by Slack or Teams as well as email: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation

@Arpit kumawat Is that a marketplace app you're trying to access when you get the error message in your screenshot? I can't quite make it out. What did you do before you got the error? What was the expected outcome vs what happened? You may need to raise a request with the support team for the add-on but with a bit more…

I would have a separate project for each - then you can control who can manage your queue and the issues in it by limiting the service desk team members. If you want others to view only the issues you can set up a role that has 'browse' permissions and no edit permissions.
-
Hi @Jonan Dsouza That suggests your manager might not be an Org Admin - but you can see this clearly in their user profile, it'll say Org & Site admin The other scenario that might cause this is if they have logged in as a different user in a different browser or tab (just something to rule out). A good thing to try when…
-
You mentioned it's a new user - have they definitely signed in yet? If it says 'no activity' next to the user in User settings then you'll need to wait until they login to try assigning to them
-
@Himank Walia Does the user have product access? Is this in Jira Service Management / Work Management / Software?
-
Hi @janine.perucello I'm afraid the template only covers the project configuration and doesn't include the issues you create in the project. You will need to clone all of your template issues and bulk move them into your new Jira project.
-
Fantastic - glad that got you what you needed @Marcelo Sosa
-
Hi @gajanan_sasane Firstly here is some information which you might find useful - somebody has already made a request to improve this error message :) https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-63563?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=bb34a172-cedf-4549-9f02-ae1369fabb19 This works a bit better in…
-
You're welcome, have you tried restoring the deleted page from trash though?
-
Hi @Himank Walia It's worth checking the permission scheme for your project under project settings. I would check to be sure the roles she has have 'assignable user' permission. Can she access other projects? Is it this project or all?
-
Hi @Marcelo Sosa I'm afraid you can't upload from a .pdf straight into Confluence. You could save it as an attachment. However you can upload from a Word document https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-content-into-confluence-cloud/ You would need a pdf editor though, the free Adobe version will remove…
-
Hi @Christian Avila You can achieve a lot of things like this with Automation Rules in Jira: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/automation Do you have a specific scenario in mind?
-
Hi @Amrit poudel You'll need to give some more information before anyone could help with that please. Are you using team-managed or company managed projects? A screenshot would be really helpful. If it's a company-managed project you'll need to add a status in the workflow to get a new column.

I use Advance Roadmaps for all of my projects - I find it's a much better view of what's going on in a project or program and easier for business users and project stakeholders to understand. I like to create a version in the project to mark stage gates and milestones on the Advanced Roadmap: If you create a version as…
-
very detailed explanation - I definitely found it useful. Thanks for posting
-
Thanks @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- There's no way to recover deleted attachments as far as I know so it's not quite like trash. Projects go into trash when deleted with the option to take them out. It's not the overall storage space, we're nowhere near that, it's the filesize cap for upload. I've increased the cap…

Hi @molaoye Subtasks work really well for me to assign issues to other people in my team whilst I stay as the assignee of the parent task. There are external add-ons to allow checklists in an issue but you can't always see aggregated time estimates and work logs that way. You can create subtasks right from the task itself.
-
Love this, borrowing these :)
-
Hi @qusai.bonie Under the plans tab you should see settings. There's a permission there for 'Advanced roadmap User' which will give you ability to create, view and edit plans. I think you're spot on, that should do it for you!
-
Welcome @Shukuru Salimoni
-
Hi @Farhan Faqeer You can find all the info you need from Atlassian University here: https://university.atlassian.com/student/activity/840992-acp-620-managing-jira-cloud-projects-certification Best of luck!

Welcome to the community 😄 @Ruslana Smirnova
-
Hi @r5t7 What browser are you using? There's a list of supported browsers here https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ IE11 is no longer supported, there's a link to an article about it on the supported browsers page. Hope this helps

Hi @Shams I personally avoid giving access to projects that contain information I don't want anyone with access to be able to see. Issue security is useful but it relies on everyone setting up issues to understand how it works. Every new issue needs to be defined with which group can access it and if you create a sensitive…
