Hi @JC I'm afraid not. If you upgrade to paid (standard) or premium Jira it would bill you based on the number of active users you have on that instance. You would need to deactivate all the other users before you move to a paid version.

They're like comfy old rock n roll slippers! I've seen them a few times over the years - still going strong!

I love love music, so glad it's back after COVID. I saw Green Day at London Stadium a few weeks ago. I'm lucky to be near so many great venues. Moderat at Alexander Palace is next on the cards

I can take a turn if you like @Jimmy Seddon 26th August would work for me if that slot is still free :)

Hi @Julia This might not be your fastest way to resolve your issue, but at least we can point you in the right direction. If you log into your account and click on your avatar in the top right there is an option for 'help'. This page will have an option to raise a support ticket about your account with the Trello team.…

So with you on Zelda! Thundercats never made it onto live action, that would be pretty cool.

Here's some more info about billing https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-your-bill-for-standard-and-premium-plans/
-
Hi @Louis Beauregard If you add the users to Confluence you will get charged automatically. You don't need to buy licenses ahead of time like as per seat based subscriptions. You'll be billed each month based on how many licenses you have that are active. Hope this helps

Hi @Mara Julin You might want to have a look at Atlas (previously known as Team Central) It's currently in free beta on cloud https://www.atlassian.com/software/atlas

I started playing the flute in Primary school, got pretty good but in High School I switched to guitar. My parents refused to fund guitar lessons so I taught myself (they did buy my first guitar for my birthday though). I really should treat myself to some guitar lessons!

Hi @Rémy I'm afraid if they deleted the board in this way https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-a-board/ It will have been permanently deleted. However it's worth reading this https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/ In case the board was just closed.

I think I've experienced this, might be worth closing all browsers and logging back into community. Worked for me if I remember correctly.

Honey and lemon with hot water always makes me feel a bit better. Not sure it actually speeds up recovery but it's a cheap drug free way to relieve the symptoms

Hi @Caroline Cardillo _BR_ We won't be able to resolve this for you on the community - your best option is to contact Trello support. In your Trello account, if you click your avatar profile picture in the top right one of the options will be 'Help'. If you go here and scroll down a bit your name and email will be…

I just came back from Norway - it's breath-taking!

I loved Naples for similar reasons! The food is amazing in Italy - you can spend the whole day grazing. Went to Pompei and Amalfi coast from there which is why it's one of my favourite cities / regions. I have still have much of Italy left to explore though!

Hi @Becca Moss This post answers your question and might help you out here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/zoho-to-jira-intergration/qaq-p/1111220 There are third party migration services available but I would imagine there will be a cost associated with services such as…

Hi @Avinash Gangadharan It's best to reach out to Atlassian support asap and when they respond they can escalate internally based on the information you give them. Their SLAs for response will depend on whether you're on Premium or standard products. The sooner you raise an issue the sooner you'll get a response, it's…

Hi @Adam Hasselgren Is the workflow associated with the project? You can check this in Workflow schemes. Another thing to check is that the `Approvers' field is added through project settings > request types
-
Hi @Mirella Donatello I've used many tools over the years, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet etc. Advanced Roadmaps through Jira Software Premium is my favourite way to track projects in the way you describe. Especially if you want to manage work that's already in Jira (setting up from scratch can be a huge…

Hi @[deleted] This contract role would be up to £550 day rate but as it's outside UK IR35, it would have to go through a limited company or an umbrella company. I can't advise what that equates to in salary as I don't want to give misleading advice but there are lots of calculators available online.

Hi @Camila Estevam do Vale This article will explain how to do this for you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-there-a-way-to-export-comments-in-multiple-JIRA-issues-into/qaq-p/1781812

Hi @Josette Contreras Advanced Roadmaps offers capacity planning but it is only available as part of Jira Software Premium. Otherwise there might be a marketplace app that would work for you. Hope this helps.
-
Fantastic @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ see you there!

Hi @[deleted] Yes, it's going to update across the site and the name of the group will be updated everywhere it is currently used. It depends what you want to check for, is it to make sure it's the same everywhere?
