Hi @David Nadri Myself and a couple other ex-Atlassians also thought it should be easier to collect feedback from customers and stakeholders and manage it effectively. That's why we ended up building Released. Here is how we are using the new feedback feature, which is currently in beta. A portal for communication Similar…

Another option is Cloud Updates for Atlassian site. The site aggregates changes from the Atlassian Cloud Changes Blog and Admin panel and adds filtering, searching and export options. * Quickly spot what’s new this week * Filter changes by product or status * Export the full list to CSV or PDF * Subscribe to updates via…

Your best shot is to record a Loom or a Youtube video and share it in the community. If it get's enough views and likes, it might get the attention of Atlassian's product team. Another option is to create a feature request on jira.atlassian.com or use the feedback functionality like others suggested. What I will say is…

You are on the right track, but you can customize your automation slightly to get this done. Here is the high level flow you want. Essentially you want to 1. Retrieve the JPD Idea, 2. Then check the status of all delivery tickets on the idea 3. If "All match specified JQL" then you want to close the idea. Hope this helps.…

Quick update. Last week I have essentially re-written the entire app to allow for including data from the product updates feed within the admin area. This updates includes a whole bunch of improvements that folks on this thread have asked for, including the ability to see when features are "Generally Available" You can…

@Sascha Weber unfortunately I can not do much about reliability as we are limited to the data that Atlassian publishes. I still have to look into the bundled release notes more. But I believe what we can offer is to show what will be in the bundle, not the exact times when the bundle will roll out.
-
Thanks for the clarification @Hans Polder . For this initial release, we are mostly focused on providing the available data in a better and easier to consume format. However, if we get enough traction and there is demand for collaboration features the way you described above, we will be more than happy to explore those.
-
@Josh would you also want to see improvements that are "rolling out" under "New this week" or what is the intention behind filtering by status on that view? The idea was to make it easy to find out what's new and coming up, without having to use a filter. But we might be missing a use-case here that we haven't thought…

@Sean Wood I wouldn't call it "rogue" but it's not an official Atlassian tool. It was built by community members, because just like you, we've been waiting for a better solution for a while. Originally it was hosted under "atlassian.released.so", but turns out that using that URL violates Atlassian's brand guidelines.
-
Thank you for the suggestion @Sami Shaik. Did you try out the "All changes" view? It essentially gives you that collapsed style view in a table format. Easy to scan and quick to open details and move to the next announcement with keyboard shortcut support. Use the status filters to only see new or upcoming changes.

Hi @Trena Norcia Take a look at Released. It's designed to share roadmaps and release notes with customers and stakeholders. Your customers can log in via Atlassian ID, Google or via email validation and you can restrict portals to specific email domains, ensuring only your customer has access to it. Can you can a demo…

Hi @Benedict Lubik we are actively building a solution for this at Released. Would love to learn more about your use-case and specific requirements. Get in touch and we'll be more than happy to add you to the beta.

This is by design. There are a number of threads on this topic. For example: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Product-Discovery-questions/Are-there-plans-to-introduce-a-weekly-view-to-the-timeline-tab/qaq-p/2478478

Since changelogs are kind of our thing, we built a free tool to make it actually useful: 👉 https://cloud-updates.released.so Here’s what it does: * 🆕 Highlights what’s new this week * 🔍 Search and filter by product or status * 📊 Table view for power users * 📥 Export to CSV or PDF * 📰 RSS feed to stay up to date Caveat: It…

I can't help with indefinite loading issues, but if you want to use this as an opportunity to improve your release notes, take a look at Released.
-
I've been struggling to keep up to date with Cloud changes and looking to bring them into a format that is easier to consume. Happy to make it available to the community once it's done. Would love to hear what you would be looking for in an improved format.
-
You can use Atlassian Goals. They are a free platform feature and available at no additional cost.
-
Jira doesn’t support sharing roadmaps with users who don’t have access by default. However, you can use marketplace apps to enable public sharing. One option is Released, which lets you share roadmaps easily and is free for teams of up to 10 users.
-
Hi @Blake Falanga The JPD team has outlined how they collect feedback in their Handbook. If you’re looking to share Jira roadmaps and collect feedback directly from customers or stakeholders, you can also use an Atlassian Marketplace app like Released. It allows you to publish Jira roadmaps externally and capture feedback…
-
But first, you will have to add them as a user to your instance. JSM customers are not regular users.
-
@JG Meillaud _ I don't disagree, as long as it's easy to publish another snapshot. Released does it that way instead of always showing what's "live".
-
Hi @Pavan As @Tomislav Tobijas pointed out, the out-of-the-box release notes functionality of Jira is rather limited. If you want more control over the templates, and have AI write the release notes for you, take a look at Released in the Atlassian Marketplace. Hope this helps, Jens
-
Hi @Lindsay Kirsch, the following query should work. Not that this might not work with JPD project, as they do not set a resolution when an issue is completed. project = MOP AND status = Open AND issuetype = Story AND "System Impacted" = Jira AND resolutiondate >= -7d
-
Hi @britney.zhou we are exploring a potential solution for this. Would love to hear your thoughts. Happy to connect via LinkedIn or feel free to schedule a time to chat.

Another alternative is Released. Released allows you to create AI generated, cross-project release notes as well as roadmaps. Here is how it works:
-
@C_ Martin In addition to generating release notes, Released also allows you to create and share roadmaps with customers or stakeholders. Unlike Aha, these roadmaps are backed by Jira tickets and automatically keep in sync. Here a short video of how it works.
-
Another option you can look at is Released. Instead of just publishing the content of the Jira tickets, Released actually writes release notes with AI for you. Although there is still a manual step involved (right now), it only takes a couple of minutes to publish the updates and the post can also be sent out via email.…

Thanks for the shoutout @Ulrich Kuhnhardt _IzymesCo_ Glad to hear you're enjoying Released!

JPD insights do have an API, although not super well documented: https://github.com/Jira-Product-Discovery-Integrations/polaris-forge-ref-app

Hi @Kathrine Lønning, I can't speak for the JPD team, but if the stages is all you need, I would recommend to customize the workflow and change the workflow states to the stages. The #1 rule is to always keep it as simple as possible. If you are wondering whether additional complexity is required or not, the answer is…
