Hi @Paige Wood , that sounds like a question for the team that built "release-please". Did you try to open a bug report in the Github project?
-
Hi @Darren Collinson were you able to resolve the issue? For a workaround you could take a look at Released in the Marketplace. Released doesn't just take the text from the Jira ticket and publishes it, it generates actual release notes using AI. You can publish them to Confluence, Slack, your website or app.

You may be able to find an open source solution that can be deployed in-house. However, the hard part is to ensure availability and redundancy. The best incident management software doesn't help you if it's down during an incident. See my comment below for more colour on the topic.

Hi @Jeremy Winchell, we are building an app to enable sharing of roadmaps with your customers. It's still early and we are only opening the private beta this week, but would love to get your input: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery/Cross-project-boards-and-anonymous-access/td-p/2526205

Hi @Mart Postma, Our plan is to introduce filters, which will enable you to create personalized views. Currently, the extensibility of Jira Product Discovery is somewhat limited, so we are unable to access your existing views or filter configurations. However, once this capability becomes available, we will definitely…

It's hard to give advise without knowing what the schema and project configuration looks like, but all symptoms point at a problem with the field configuration. Take a look at this knowledge base article that might help you to debug the…

Our team loves Jira Product Discovery. Unfortunately sharing our roadmap with customers was a painfully manual process. Not awesome. That's why we started building an app that supports sharing of Jira Product Discovery roadmaps. As a bonus feature, it also enables the creation of cross-project boards, to keep track of…

Take a look at Released. It lets you create shareable board and timeline views of your roadmap that anyone can access, even without a Jira license.
-
We struggled to keep the manually maintained roadmap in our documentation up to date, which inspired us to build a solution for public roadmaps. We are now starting a private beta and would love to get your feedback. For more information and to sign up for the beta, take a look at https://www.released.so/roadmaps

@Svenja Lorenzen feel free to reach out if you want to see a live demo or if you have any questions.
-
@Halina Cudakiewicz_Deviniti_ if you haven't tried the app already, give it a go. Would love to get your feedback! Spending hours writing release notes was our original inspiration for Released. 🙂
-
Thanks @Dave Mathijs! Our goal is to remove as much friction as we can around customer communication. Keeping it simple is key.
-
Thanks @Andy Gladstone, happy to hear you enjoyed the demo 🙏

There are a number of spreadsheet apps for Jira that automatically calculate this data for you. No need to export into spreadsheets: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=sheets Hope this helps.

I've practiced my German accent for 44 years in preparation for this competition. Let's see if it helped. 😉

Hi @Star I realise it's been a while, but if you are still looking for a great solution to create release notes, check out Released on the Atlassian Marketplace. Released generates release notes based on Jira tickets and works in Jira Service Management projects as well. Cheers, Jens

If this is a third party plugin, you won't be able to change it yourself. It's up to the developer to provide the right icon. However, there are some limitations of how these icons can be displayed in dark mode.

Hi @chandini kalra Authors of pages don't automatically have the ability to restrict pages. It depends on your space permissions. As you can see in the image above, there is a seperate permission for Restrictions. If you are unable to restrict the page, it's likely that you are lacking the permission to add restrictions.…

@Hrushikesh Rajankar Please add some more context to your request. If you can explain what you are trying to achieve, you are more likely to get a helpful answer in community forums. Cheers, Jens

Resolution date works in most cases. Just a heads up that some project types (like Jira Product Discovery) don't set the resolution date, so that might break in other circumstances. We worked around that by using `statusCategoryChangedDate`. That appears to be consistent across all project types.

Hi think you are spot on @chris You can think of "Teams" as a user managed version of Groups on steroids. Teams allow you to group a number of users together, shows information about what they've been working on and allows the teams to provide information on how to get in touch and give them kudos. Another big advantage of…

Hi Dana, The link types do now show in the Linked issues dropdown in JPD. In JPD linked issues of type "is implemented by" are shown in the Delivery tab. You can still see the linked types when you look at the linked Issues in Jira Software.

A similar question received this response from an Atlassian employee recently: I suspect you might be looking at the wrong workspace, so could you please look for those repositories in all the workspaces you have access to ? You can follow the below steps : * Navigate to bitbucket.org and login into your account * Click on…

Hi @Susan Davis I'm making an assumption here that you are referring to the "Create from Template" macro, which allows you to add a button that will create a page in a specific location using a specific template. You can find instructions on how to use it here:…

You'll need to provide a bit more context if you want people to help you. * What Discord? * What product are you looking to subscribe to?
-
There isn't much the community can help with here. Your best bet is to get in touch with Atlassian support. You don't have any local copies of the repos?
-
I'm not sure I completely understand the question. Each feature can have a "Due Date", that date can be different for every feature. So your initially committed features can share one date, where the additional features could have a different date assigned.
-
If the number of users with access to either Confluence or Jira does not exceed the 50 users, you can go with a 26 - 50 user license for each product. If you don't expect to exceed the 50 users, I would definitely go with the yearly pricing, otherwise it might be worth sticking with monthly as it will be quite a jump if…

There is no feature out of the box that re-estimates dates for you. How would you expect Jira to work out what the new dates are? The closest you can get is with story points and sprints, where the burndown charts will show you when additional features were added to a sprint.

@tetralog systems AG Cloud does not have tiers like Server does. You will be charged for the number of users who have access to Confluence or Jira.
