I'll try to answer with an example, let me know if I understood it correctly :) In your prioritization template, you have 2 metrics: Benefits existing customer and Increases site traffic Your scoring formula is calculated as follows: Benefits existing customer + Increases site traffic To increase the weight of Benefits…

Hi @Evan Anselmi , this is coming really soon! We're working on Advanced filters in Foxly priority table that will enable JQL search. You would be able to filter by almost anything, including custom fields :)
-
Hi @Noureldin Ali , the Foxly Priority Score is now available as a custom field in Jira. This will allow you to show the value of this field on kanban but also use it in Automation for Jira. Here is an article where you can see an example of how to automatically update Issue Priority based on Foxly Priority Score…

Hi @Noureldin Ali , we recently released an improvement to support decimal numbers in Foxly. You can now store any number up to 3 decimal points (Negative numbers and zero as well of course 😉)
-
Hi @Noureldin Ali , just to let you know we also introduced an option to store Metrics in a custom field 🎉 That will, for example, enable you to connect Story points field in Jira with Estimated size metric in Foxly via automation for Jira. You can find more info in our docs. I hope you're enjoying Foxly, if you have any…

Hi @Yuliia Zhyliaieva , there is an addon you could use 🎉 Here is an article I wrote that describes it's functionality 👉 https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-to-share-releases-between-projects-with-Cross-project/ba-p/1354688 Let me know if that's useful :) Nikki

Hi @JOSE SANTIAGO BONILLA PAZMINO , if you're still looking for a solution of tracking your releases after delivery phase and you don't want to use different kanban boards you can have a look on Jira app Swanly. It allows you to create additional stages for your releases beyond build phase, like for example the ones you…

Hi @Yana Nikolayeva global components aren't available in Jira by default. There is the improvement request pending for this from 2005 you can vote for it here. For now, you need to create them in each of the projects manually, give them the same name and then you can use JQL as usual. If you want to make sure that these…

Hi @jacobjarnvall, if you're looking for some easy solution you can try our Priotity Scoring app. The app allows you to: - create your own prioritization templates, define the answers and the values (so no-one gets ever confused that "YES" means 2 and "NO" means 1 or reverse), - customize your priority scoring formula -…

Hi @ambujp , as already mentioned, there isn't really a way to configure Release hub in Jira. Releases in Jira are Project specific by default. 1. Use JQL What you can do is to name the Fix version in your 3 projects same and then use JQL to search issues that are being delivered in these Fix versions. Luckily enough if…

Great to hear that @Mike Hermus let me know if you need any help or you have any feedback. As I mentioned we released this app recently and looking for any ideas to improve the product :)
-
Hi @Ajinkya Wakhale , thank you for evaluating our addon. You can easily delete the component version from the detail. 1. click on the Version name in the table -> Component version detail opens on the side 2. in the ... menu select "Delete" If you have any questions or feedback please let me know. You can also get in…

Hi @Mike Hermus, we recently launched Foxly - Backlog Priority Scoring app for Jira Cloud that gives you an option to prioritize your Jira backlog using one of the predefined scoring methods, including WSJF. You can also customize the scoring method to your needs. The score is stored in the "Priority score" custom field so…

Hi @aarti rajput if you want to save yourself a headache with setting this up you can also have a look on other available plugins for backlog prioritization. We recently launched Foxly - Backlog Priority Scoring for Jira Cloud that gives you the option to choose and customize your prioritization method - including WSJF and…

Hi @zhaorong , I know this pain. We're also using kanban projects and having regular releases so some of these reports would make sense for us but aren't available in Jira by default. There are few apps on the marketplace that could help. The closest one I found for your use case is:…
-
Hi @edwardgonen , you're right there isn't component for charts but depending on in what you're building your app you can use external libraries....For example, we use chart.js for our React Jira apps. If you're new to developing Jira apps you might find useful the free boilerplate we put together so you don't need to go…
-
Hi @Stoyan Stoitchkov , as Bill said I'm also not aware of this functionality being available by default in Jira. As a workaround, you could use Export JQL to Google sheet functionality and create the chart there. There is also Chrome plugin (Free) that will allow you to JQL directly in your sheet. If you're looking for…

Last thing I would try to check is if the tickets from the project have Resolved date populated to check if the configuration is ok?
-
If you're willing to consider Jira app then we developed a plugin for Jira Cloud that allows you to show releases from multiple projects on the timeline, you can quickly access release detail to see more information and there is also the list view of upcoming releases and their progress. You can check our marketplace…

For anyone still looking for a solution for this, there are now few other apps on marketplace that will allow you to have cross-project releases on Cloud 👉 https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=release%20sync

Interesting 🤔 I would check these things: 1. Is the correct project selected in the settings? 2. In the chart settings, there is Days previously field by default set to 30 days...did you have any ticket in the selected project in Waiting for customer status? 3. If you did have issues in this status in the last 30 days, are…
-
Hi @Steven Groves , did you try to use Average time in status gadget on Dashboards? You will be able to select the projects and statuses you're interested in and time grouping that makes sense for you. And then you'll get chart telling you how is your average time in status is changing over time.
-
Hi @Marine Sargsyan if you don't find a completely automated way to do this you could at least use Bulk edit and assign fix versions to selected issues at once... In search, you will first look for all issues assigned to the sprint and then use Bulk change in the hamburger menu. I hope that helps, Nikki

Hi @yuna cross-project releases aren't a default Jira functionality. You can work with them in Portfolio for Jira or you need to use some of the apps on Atlassian marketplace that solves this problem https://marketplace.atlassian.com/cloud-cross-project-releases Are you trying to get only the list of all releases in the…

I'm afraid there isn't an app for this use case for Jira server... What about including prefix in the name based on the release type? Would that help?
-
Hi @Nitzan Matzkevich , There isn't any way to do that on the interface by default. What fields are you looking for? Maybe there is some app that provides them.

Hi @Noel releases functionality in Next-gen projects was released recently (end of November 2019) and is still missing a few key features. There is a public roadmap you can follow for updates that are coming soon https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/whats-new/next-gen#shipped Looking on the roadmap the only change to…

If you want to get more columns in your Kanban you can do it in the Board settings accessible from Kanban page. In "Columns" you can create new Columns and Statuses.

Hi @kenk not at the moment, unfortunately. Next-gen Release hub doesn't allow you to see the Release detail like in Classic projects. There are some improvements coming this year to the release hub so I would expect some changes coming soon but can see the release notes listed there yet. Link to the Next-gen roadmap ✨…
