Hi @nickburnsap , the closest I can think of is to use Two-dimensional filter statistics gadget on Dashboards. If you don't have that many statuses in your projects this might be good enough. But if you have too many it might become a bit messy and I would probably try to research some visualizations plugins. Hope that…

Hi, maybe you're looking for Space shortcuts? It allows you to create a link on the side navigation in your space and you can have multiple of them. (screenshot is from Confluence Cloud)

Sorry - not clear enough :D I'm getting the empty rectangle too...On the roadmap that was working before I saved it just now
-
I think there must be a bug. It worked for me before. I just went to check the setup of one of my roadmaps just now to see if there is any difference with yours and saved and I'm getting the same result. You can report it here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and see if it gets any attention.

Hi @Aurélie Henry I recently wrote an article about creating release templates that might answer your question. It explains how to set up a release management workflow using one of our apps Swanly. But even if you won't use the app you might find it useful. Link for the article…

Hi @[deleted] we have 2 plugins on the marketplace for Jira Cloud and one of their features is Version and Component sync. For Component sync, you can use Octo - Component management for Jira And for Version sync Swanly - Release Roadmap Timeline for Jira These are 2 different plugins with a bunch of other features so…

There is an incident causing trello to run slower now. You can check https://trello.status.atlassian.com/ for an updates. :)

Hi, there is an incident on Trello at the moment causing Trello to run slower. You can check their status page for updates: https://trello.status.atlassian.com/

Hi, we're using a similar process and naming convention. Using epic/[issue key number] and feature/[issue key number] (eg. epic/SWAN-123, feature/SWAN-124) should do it :) You also can always refer back to the Jira issue quickly which turned to be useful more than once during testing, debugging and automation.

Thank you @Zoryana Bohutska _SaaSJet_ ! :)

Hi @Thibaut Dabonneville It is possible to do component versions app on Jira cloud but no-one picked it up yet back then. There are now few apps on the Atlassian marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=component%20version

Hi @Mike Kondrashin , there are 2 ways I can think of. 1. Use one Jira project for your multiple client projects and use label or components to differentiate between the clients. You can create multiple boards based on client filter if you want to manage these separately. And you wouldn't need to share components and…

Hi, if you're still looking for the component version solution, we included this functionality in our app - Octo - Component Management for Jira. The app allows you to create component releases that can be managed independent of your project releases. You can use JQL to filter for issues assigned to ComponentVersion and…

Ah, yes. Next-gen doesn't have these more advanced settings, unfortunately :(
-
If you want to filter your kanban by anything (anything that can be JQLed 🙈) you can use these steps: 1. go to Board settings 2. Select "Quick filters" -> add your filter as JQL -> click "Add" JQL for releases is fixVersion="NAME_OF_YOUR_RELEASE"3. on your kanban board and backlog you'll see new filter added... I was using…

Hi @Christian Neubauer there is Releases functionality in jira so you don't need to use Epics for that. You can create new release in your project in Releases tab in your project navigation (you need to be Jira Admin or Project Admin to create releases) Then once release is created you can link issues to this release using…

Hi @William Hoffmann in one company I worked for we had similar release process. The release cycles were 6 weeks and during this 6 weeks there were 5 Release candidate builds. Each week developers were releasing release candidate to our test environments for QAs to test. In Jira we used Releases for our major release to…

No worries @Karin Lindepuu , happy to help :)
-
Hi @Karin Lindepuu , I was just checking and the Create version button is visible on the Project Releases for me with a new nav. Are you sure you have correct permissions to be able to create versions in that project? Maybe some of the permission changed..
-
Assuming you need to use different projects for each team ... 1. Next-gen projects - you won't be able to share Epics across. You could potentially create Epic with the same name in each of the projects and use confluence macro for next-gen roadmaps to see roadmap from each epic on one page OR you can use JQL to see the…

It really looks like you don't have any releases in your project. Maybe you could have a look at your Jira audit log (in admin panel) and see if there were any changes done to this release.
-
I see...Could you try to use Jira search and look if the version exists? One of the theory also is that someone might delete this version.
-
Hi :) If your release has the status "Released" it's filtered out from your project releases by default but you can always use a filter on the page to show them again. Just to check that your release wasn't deleted, can you see the release in `Fix version` option in Jira search?
-
Hi, unfortunately, you can't JQL version itself, only issues but you can use Get project version API to get these piece of information https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/?utm_source=%2Fcloud%2Fjira%2Fplatform%2Frest%2F&utm_medium=302#api-rest-api-3-project-projectIdOrKey-versions-get What kind of…

Hi @Elise Hoffberg we developed a Jira app that allows you to synchronize changes between project versions and it also works for Next-gen. You can find the app on the Atlassian marketplace as Swanly - Release Management Timeline . You just create the version in Swanly, select projects you want to include in this release…
-
Hi @Henrik Schulz if you're still looking for a tool to visualize releases in the calendar then you can try our Jira app - Swanly - Release management timeline. It integrates with your Jira releases and you can then use the project timeline to see and manage releases in a particular project or on portfolio level to manage…

They should introduce the ability to clean done status early this year :) https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/whats-new/next-gen#intheworks

Hi Nicolaj, Jira seems to be quite limited when it comes to time tracking reporting. What you can do is to use Jira default fields in the issues: Original estimate for initial estimation Time spent in Time tracking section (read more about this here) This works well for logging time and should be easy enough to use even if…
