Hi @TRF Thanks for the question. We have a demo here which might help answer your questions (we will ship a more updated version soon): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mQ0cV9oO-o&t=1s A customer also published this demo recently which might be useful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bC1X0HxBw_o And more support/docs…

Good callout Sharon! It isn't in there at the moment as we are still in Beta but will be once we move to GA soon :)
-
Hey @Cory Smith Definitely 2023, we will have more news soon here. Thanks for your patience! John
-
Hey @Jeny Stoeva JPD will remain a standalone product rather than become part of a Premium or Enterprise edition so yes charged separately. I hear you though. We are working on ways for others outside the core product team to add ideas and will share more in the new year. Enjoy the break (hopefully)!

Thankyou so much all! I really appreciate this. Very refreshing to hear the value from the folks who use JPD every day :) I'll reach out to you as we build the page and finalise quotes. Cheers, John
-
Hey @Narelle Sartain Yes you can be a JPD contributor without any costs. At this point, they will need some sort of Atlassian account to be a contributor in JPD but it doesn't need to be a paid account. Hope that helps Cheers, John
-
Hey @Frank Rolandus Glad you are enjoying it! No JPD will remain a standalone tool rather than become a part of an edition (though of course always connected to the rest of the Atlassian suite). We have big plans for the product so want to give it as much room to grow as possible.
-
Hey @Diluk De Silva We have tried to set it up to enable small teams as much as possible but it will follow the same model as the free tiers on other Atlassian products. So first 3 creators are free but if you had 7 creators as per your example, it would be inclusive of all 7 so $70 per month. Keep in mind again that you…
-
Hey @John Funk Hope you are keeping well! No you can't change the roles to creators or contributors just yet. We will let you know how to do this closer to the time and give plenty of time to make the changes.
-
Hi @LAL JPD does integrate with most Atlassian products (Atlas, Jira Software for delivery, Jira Software for delivery, Jira Service Management for insights creation, and Confluence (create a JPD issue from Confluence and see ideas and view on a Confluence page). That said, we are actively adding and improving here -…

Hi all, thanks for all the comments, feedback, and questions. We wanted to be transparent and share the pricing model with you as soon as possible even though there are a few things still to work through. We will continue on that path here, answer what we know, and listen closely to your feedback. Firstly, to clarify - the…

Hey @Mohamed Kadi I hear you. It is as frustrating for me to write the same response as it for you to read it. It has taken more time than we'd like. Building a new product isn't simple but ideally pricing would be shared earlier. We are very looking forward to the next step and hopefully you'll give it a try once we…
-
Hey @Chad Carrier I get the frustration and I promise that is not the intention. It is our main priority to get the pricing and packaging sorted and communicated to customers as soon as possible. The product remains free until then. Next time around, we will be more proactive here. I haven't read the Drug Dealer's Handbook…
-
Hey @Despina Tsalavoutis , Once we move to GA, we will give plenty of notice letting you know about pricing (emails, pop ups within the product and plenty of time to make a decision. In short, no billing surprises :) Cheers, John
-
Hey @David Nadri , Apologies for the slow response, just back from a week's leave. Yes indeed Atlas have gone to GA now and we hope to get a similar update to you sooner rather than later. I do want to call out though that they are very different products so pricing and packaging will differ. Our goal is always to make it…

Sentences like that make me very happy! Thanks John. I've just popped an email over. Looking forward to chatting. John

Hey @John Sayers I answered all of your questions below. However, I was curious to learn a little more about how your teams are using JPD at the moment? Is it just the PM teams or wider? Would you have 20 mins spare to have a quick chat over Zoom about how you are using it? Helps us as we build out the product and best…
-
Hi @John Sayers @& @Joel Lienard Delighted to hear you are getting good value from JPD so far! To answer your questions: 1) Pricing & Packaging: we don't have this ready to share just yet but hoping to wrap this up soon. Will definitely be ready before we leave Beta to GA. 2) There is no reason not to use JPD now. Nothing…

Hi @velimir.bulatovic Unfortunately I can't give an exact date when we move from Beta to GA just yet but it will be within the next year at the very latest. Do you mind me asking, out of curiosity, why you can't use it in Beta? I will update here and email all customers as soon as we have GA dates and pricing and packaging…
-
Hey @Gwendylene Enow Tanyi Hope all is well! This post is a little dated as we made improvements so I'll just clear it up here for you. All Jira Cloud customers (includes all Jira products) have unlimited single-project automations. Restrictions only apply for multi-project or global automation rules (Free - 300, Standard…
-
Hey @Rolf Lader , I think @Huwen Arnone _Deiser_Devoteam_ or Flora may be able to provide that :) Cheers, John
-
Hey @Bill Sheboy , Hope all is well. No - automation rules should work exactly the same across all projects. To access issues in other projects, you'd need to use a multi-project rule. One exception to this is the cross-product Issue create action. For example, if you want to create an issue in Jira Software based off an…
-
Hey @Bill Sheboy Hope all is well! Unfortunately not. To be honest, it's not ideal. In a perfect world, there would be specific release notes per major features at the least - such as automation, Advanced Roadmaps, etc. The team do try to fill that space by blogging whenever we release an improvement or new feature for…

No prob and thanks Sean :)
