Hey @Paul Janssen It's not on the immediate roadmap. At the moment you can only create issues from Jira Product Discovery to either Jira Software or Jira Work Management. You could of course do so from Trello but you would be missing that bird's eye of delivery work that you currently get in Jira.

I'd be more than happy to @Jaime Capitel (resolution) will add it to the list :)
-
Hey @Ana Figuera Thanks for the feedback. This page is probably your best starting point to learn more about the product: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Frequently-asked-questions-about-the-product-how-do-I/ba-p/2002378 We will also be running more webinars & demos in the coming months.…
-
Hey @Jens Godat we will be sharing the recording later this week so you can watch it then at your own leisure :)
-
Hey @Jaime Capitel (resolution) , Good to see you using it for marketing. We have seen pickup from so many different roles. We (the Jira Product Discovery marketing team) use it a lot as you might expect. In many ways we replicate the ways PMs work. Will share below in case it's helpful :) * We gather all ideas into our…

Hey all, for anyone who needs a helping hand moving from beta to the Free or Standard plan - the product team will be running office hours to help over Zoom in July and August. You can pop over to this post to signup. Cheers, John
-
Hey @John Dunkelberg Just sharing that we have a webinar next week giving an intro to Jira Product Discovery also if you are keen to learn more. Even if you are unable to make it, sign up so we can send you a recording. Quick way to get up to speed on it :)…
-
Hey @Matthew McGarity Just responding for Hermance as she is off this week. Yes it will be recorded and we will send to all registered folk after whether you attended or not. Enjoy the PTO! Cheers, John
-
Hey @Chris Grant Apologies for any confusion. Yes, indeed it is free for up to three creators and unlimited contributors. You just need to choose who becomes a creator (paid after 3) and has full access and who becomes a contributor (free). By default, when you add a new product to a site, the site-admins user group is…

Thanks @Fabrice Huart - NSI - just give a shout if you have any questions along the way :)
-
Hey @Peter Heidorn Thanks for the kind words! We don't have a page comparing features at the moment. You can see JPD features here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery/pricing And as you probably know, JPD is significantly cheaper which always helps the argument. I'd be more than happy to give a quick…

Hey @Hartley Pike Edit: My mistake, I misread your question. You're right, the solution we're building now is not a public roadmap, it's a way to share views with specific groups of people (but not a fully public portal where anyone can come in, see all roadmaps, etc.). We'll keep you updated if and when we move there.…
-
Hey @Kate Yep you are spot on here. Stakeholders can submit ideas. There is no cost. You don't need to use any other Atlassian/Jira paid license. Best summarised by Tanguy in this post (screenshot below). Hope that helps!
-
Hey @_string_ Jira Product Discovery is a standalone product. It is currently in beta but will soon move to GA where you can choose between the free tier or a standard edition. More on that…
-
Hey @Nita Sexton Yes indeed. All the work that you have in JPD beta will come across to GA (either a free or paid edition). You won't need to re-do any work. It will just take a few clicks. We will have more direction here soon! John
-
Hey @Len Bergman It won't be possible to make it a company managed project at GA or in the near future unfortunately. You can learn a little more about the relationship between JPD and Advanced Roadmaps…
-
Hey @Hassan ul Banna The ability for contributors to submit ideas via a form will come at GA. We are actually gaining feedback from customers about this here if interested. The Stakeholder role will come at a later date. Hope that helps! John
-
Hey @Sheri Larsen Yep as Bill and Esther suggested above it may just be that you posted it in a different group. We aim to respond to every question. Tanguy is still Head of Product and the team has expanded a lot since. Feel free to fire your question through on the group or here and we can answer :) Cheers, John
-
Hey @Len Bergman No at this point you won't be able to add the project to Advanced Roadmaps. @Amanda Barber is spot on again about the second part of your question. You can share it in Confluence now. Soon we will make it easier again to share within or outside Atlassian products. (Thanks Amanda for jumping in and helping…
-
Hey @Robin Collins Yep you are spot on here. $10 per creator x 5 creators = $50 per month for your use of JPD The other 85 contributors are free. You can change the roles at any point to change a creator to a contributor or vice versa.
-
@David Nadri I love this question/feedback! You have basically described everything on my to-do/in-progress list. Sharing practices and guidance is high priority post GA. We will have webinars, articles, demos, etc. Excited to share more soon. Would love to chat and hear your ideas. Either book directly…

Hey @Audrey Osuagwu This page should help you get started: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Frequently-asked-questions-about-the-product-how-do-I/ba-p/2002378 We will have a lot more, including webinars coming up soon :) Cheers, John
-
Hmm that doesn't seem right @v8lust When you use that app switcher to switch from Jira Product Discovery to Jira Work Management, it definitely shouldn't revert to JPD. May be worth putting a support ticket through to see if there is anything funky going on: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact You shouldn't need to…
-
I appreciate that @Aaron Mosny Same to you and your teams :)
-
Hey @Aaron Mosny (and thanks Jens, Alex) Confirming that the news yesterday won't impact our roadmap or trajectory. We'll be in touch soon with all customers. Cheers, John (JPD)
-
Hey @v8lust I know the naming of Jira products can be confusing so just want to clarify what you mean here. Do you just want to switch from a JIRA Product Discovery project to a Jira Software Project? If so, you can just use the app switcher or project switcher as per screenshot below. Or if you are asking how to move from…
-
Hey @Erik Lau (and thanks @Amanda Barber Yep Amanda is spot on here. We are working on this now and will update soon. Cheers! John (JPD)

Hey @Mahima_miniOrange Hope you are well. This page is probably your best starting point to learn more about Jira Product Discovery: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Frequently-asked-questions-about-the-product-how-do-I/ba-p/2002378 Hope that helps, John

Hey @Jens Godat No problem. Here is the roundup blog: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/agile/atlassian-unleash-2023-agile-devops-jira-product-highlights That said, this blog is still the source of truth for pricing (remains unchanged) and GA date (will announce once we have). Cheers! John

Hey @Greg Drach John here from the Jira Product Discovery team. Please let me know if you have any issues getting into JPD or indeed getting started :) (As an aside we are working on making these first steps better). Cheers! John
