I see that Only admins, agents, and collaborators in a Service Desk Team role are able to create issues using this method. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-an-issue-using-a-form/ that is really unfortunate :(
-
We allow customers to access and send requests from the portal without logging in. Does that not mean that users should be able to see the form without logging in?
-
Thanks. I was hoping I could have it be sort of like the email sending of tickets. How it can add them if they aren't already in as customer without needing them to login in the process of entering the request.

I have been trying to research where the Invited status is coming from when we don't send people invites to our portal. I'm also trying to figure out if interacting with the JSM via email will show any activity. As we need to handle data retention based on activity, we need to know actual activity.
-
Yes, i am interested in this for data retention purposes. I would like what Wojciech described here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Bulk-Actions-for-JSM-Portal-only-accounts/bc-p/2915565#M5516 Better would be an API for automation. Even better, in-app configurations so it cleans itself…

Thanks, I have voted.

This is great, but we often have more than one metric per goal. Can we only attach one metric?
-
Is this visible to the customer? That's what I am trying to find but its not explicitly mentioned in the docs.
-
We have started using goals so I'm happy to give feedback. As others have said, Calendly link is going to a 404.

There seems to be an assumption that a project (AKA something I track in Atlas) would only have one epic. I think that's rarely the case. So, in order to link a Jira item to the project (seems there can only be one link), do I need to create a parent type card that contains epics to connect that to the Atlas project?
-
Hi! Yes we have a free Intro to ActionableAgile tutorial on our community site : https://community.55degrees.se. We also have lots of documentation and videos about the app and how to use the charts on https://support.55degrees.se we are always available in our community and via the support portal for questions. You can…

I modified my registration to add the code and didn't get an error message BUT I still seem to need to upgrade to bookmark some of the content. Is it full or is there a lag?

Thanks for this!

My biggest issue is with image sizing. The new way is unusable for me and I'm forced to copy old pages with the old editor. When that stops being possible I'll have to do my documentation elsewhere because sizing of images is really key to that.
-
When will we be able to hide done epics from the NextGen Roadmaps?
-
Yep. That's what I mean by enabling the Versions. Glad that worked!
-
Well, I think the problem was that they didn’t have versions enabled in that project. You have to explicitly enable them in NextGen projects. so, try enabling them for the projects in the board and then try putting back the sub filter.
-
(nothing to see here, updated answer)

I have a client that was experiencing the same issue as the previous posters (the one not resolved by other workarounds). This is what just helped her resolve the issue: in Board settings, at the very bottom, the Kanban board sub-filter needs to be removed if you have not enabled versions. So, if you haven't already, try…

The sizing listing says available but the issue says gathering interest. I could not find a way to edit image size to save my life when adding an image to Confluence just now. Can it be updated to reflect it's not working or point to the right issue that includes a link to documentation showing the new editor?
-
Agreed. The Atlassian value "Don't f%ck the customer" was totally forgotten in this Confluence release. It would be better for them to rollback than to make people wait through all of this "short term backlog" just to get to parity to what we had before. What is the value that was released here? I'm only feeling pain.
