@Ganea_ Merissa I have the correct syntax for embedding this within a field. Using Wednesday as the example day of week: {{if(now.format("e").asNumber.gt(3), now.withNextDayOfWeek("WED"), now.plusWeeks(1).withNextDayOfWeek("WED"))}} You can use this in a Create action. I used it in an Edit action.

Hello @Kara Glover Welcome to the Atlassian community. What happens when you try to delete your account?

The method I proposed in my answer would set the dates correctly regardless of which day of the week the automation runs. But my method is not able to be used directly within the fields. What is the configuration of your Scheduled trigger? Does it include a JQL such that multiple Stories end up getting created each time it…

Hello @Ganea_ Merissa What you showed doesn't match your original requirement: start date of next week's Wednesday and a due date of next week's Friday. With your rule scheduled to run on Wednesday your start date current is set to Weds + 5 days = next Monday And your due date currently is set to Weds + 7 days = next Weds.…

I came up with a solution. It may not be the only solution. You can use two IF/ELSE blocks to assess what the current day of the week is and from that get the date for the specified day of the week in the next week. This smart value returns the number for the current day of the week: {{now.format("e")}} In my system the…

I must retract my last statement. I found it buried in the documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/#Date-with-attribute---

Hello @Ganea_ Merissa I don't have an answer for you yet on the correct way to do this, but I can tell you why it isn't working as you currently have it. According to the documentation there is no such function as withDayOfWeek(). EDIT: I was wrong. The function does exist.

Hello @Orosz Gábor Did you receive an announcement that such a change was forthcoming, or find a publicly accessible article stating that such a change was coming? Can you share that with us? I confess that with the variety of ways that Atlassian publishes notices of forthcoming changes I sometimes miss the information.

Hello @Jitesh Halai You can export the Excel file as a CSV and use the CSV Import feature in Jira to import the data. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

Hello @Justin Gavette Welcome to the Atlassian community. To grant internal users access to a Confluence space they must have a Confluence User license. You can then add them individually to the space or you can add them to a group that has been added to the space. If that doesn't satisfy your requirement, can you provide…

While it is true that you cannot delete portals from the Default Help Center you can hide them from the customer's view: This removes the portal visually from the landing page layout: Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner, then select Apps. From the sidebar under Jira Service Management, select…

Thank you for that additional information. Are you able to access data for other projects in this Jira environment? Can you provide a screen image of what you see when you access "My Open Work Items" for this project? Obscure confidential details. Can you access the Space Settings for this project and provide a screen…

Hello @Anthony Pugliese I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I haven't yet had time to investigate this more. I see you marked my answer as Accepted but I don't feel like I've actually answered your question. With the rule scoped to a specific project you should not need access to every project. The permissions…

The Admin hub I am referring to is https://admin.atlassian.com, where Organization Admins go to manage users, sites/sandboxes, subscriptions, etc. When was the last time you accessed content in the Jira subscription? Were you using a Free Jira subscription? Are you the only user of that Jira subscription?

Hello @İrem Çilingir Welcome to the Atlassian community. Your post tags indicate you are using Jira Service Management. Does this concern a board for a JSM project? If so, is that the board created with the Views feature of JSM or is it a board that was created from a saved filter? Are you able to view the data in the…

Hello @Büşra Öztürk As this is a user community it is not the best method to ask Atlassian a question. And as users we have no control of which features are available in which subscriptions. There is already a change request for this. You can add your vote to it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77966

Hello @James Armstrong Welcome to the Atlassian community. Can you show us the actual text that you have in the Lookup Objects step in the AQL Query? I believe the correction you need is to put double quotes around your smart value in the AQL; i.e. "Client URL" = "{{smart value}}"

Hello @T SURAJ KUMAR Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Here we are a user community. We don't have access to your Jira instance. You need to report this issue to the administrators or support team for your Jira instance, telling them the specific Space/Board you are trying to work with. If you are unsure who to contact…

Hello @Tomaszewski_ Robbie Welcome to the Atlassian community. The membersOf() function works only with Teams and User Groups. If you have a "DL" that you are referencing in the function, then it must be a user group. You can synchronize the members of a Team to a user group. If that user group is locally defined within…

Hello @Caitlin Zug Welcome to the Atlassian community. There are two types of user accounts in cloud - managed and unmanaged. A managed account is one that has been claimed by a company that has set up an Atlassian Cloud Organization. An unmanaged account is one that has not been claimed and was likely set up by the user…

Hello @陈俊屹 I have flagged your post to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members. They should get back to you within 2 business days. We are a user community here and don't have access to see what is happening with your site. Was this a subscription you set up? Are you the administrator for the site you named?…

Hello @Kathleen Hamilton Does the transition include a screen where this field can get set/cleared manually? The native workflow post function for setting/updating a field doesn't include the ability to add conditions. That would require a third party app. If the transition doesn't include a screen where the field can be…

Thank you for that additional information. Did you pull that image from the same system the users are using? Your post tags indicate you are using the Jira Cloud system, but the image you shared is not from a Jira Cloud system. That image is from a Jira Data Center system. So can you clarify if this concerns a Jira Cloud…

Hello @Amanda Mason With JCMA you can select which projects you want to migrate. You do not have to migrate all projects. As long as a project with the specified key doesn't already exist in the destination Jira Cloud instance, the project's data can be migrated. If a project with the same key exists then JCMA will not…
