Not sure specifically why they showed up but in general, they fell somewhere into the scope when you created your portfolio plan. As far ass adding the excluded issue(s) back in, you will need to re-run the issue sources wizard; 1. Click the ... after you plan name and select configure 2. Select Issue Sources under the…

@David Kline, what do you mean by the new order is not reflected in Jira? Where in Jira are you viewing these epics in the wrong order. .pd
-
@Floris Gaisser, I believe you can either select the issue(s) or r-click them and select 'exclude from plan'. .pd
-
@Hélder Pereira, here is the password policy document from Atlassian. It should cover most of your questions above. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver075/manage-password-security-935391024.html .pd

Yes, you get Jira Core with Service Desk as Service Desk sits on top of Jira. If you had purchased Jira Software & Service Desk, Jira Core would not be necessary as all functionality is included in Software. .pd

@Divya Yathagiri Venkata, you need to make sure your .csv is formatted correctly. Here is a link to the Atlassian document explaining how the formatting needs to look. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver075/importing-data-from-csv-935391529.html You can change the drop-downs to match you version of Jira. .pd

no - the key will remain the same - try it out on a single issue (preferably in a dev server) to get the feel of it.
-
Simon, post over on the Jira Dev board. You'll get more eyes for the specifics.
-
@Angela Boston, I know you can disable the new Jira experience but I don't think they have release any date when the old experience will no longer be supported. My guess is that it will be tied to a specific version of Jira rather than a date. If someone from the product team doesn't respond to this question, open up a…

@Jeffrey, It looks like you started the sprint, added a bunch of issues (or added time to them) and then worked on several. This is what the red line is showing in your screen capture above. What you want to do is estimate all your issues in the backlog, add them to a sprint, then start the sprint. Work through you issues…
-
@Sherice L, There isn't an easy way to do this but it can be done. My advice pertains to the current version of Confluence so you may need to adjust depending on your version. 1. Open the current page they have been saving over. 2. Select Page History from the [...] 3. Click the name of the page you want to revert to,…

@Bryan Collick, Ya kind of a bum deal CHANGED doesn't work with the due date field. You could try using the updatedDate operator LIKE THIS: updatedDate >= -7d That will give you issues where a date field has been updated. I think that's a close as you are going to get. .pd
-
it looks like you are using Zephyr. I don't use it myself but one of my colleagues does and apparently the search/sort is notoriously bad. Try open up a case with them for improving the process. https://www.getzephyr.com/support .pd
-
@Simon Huang, you will probably need to use a third-party scripting addon or write your own. Vanilla Jira will not do this. .pd
-
Guys, I co-lead the group with Greg and he really, really needs the help. Please help out. :)
-
@Andrew, have you tried exporting the issues to excel, removing the links and then importing? .pd
-
@Gregory Van Den Ham, you should be banned. :)
-
@Vasilis Gennaris, my assumption is that you are trying to create a new user group. Here is the Atlassian doc for that. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/view-create-or-delete-a-group-802592335.html .pd
-
@Lukas Payer, probably not an issue with Jira. Try copying or downloading the picture to your desktop and importing the picture into word. .pd
-
@Bruno Soares, you will need to create a new group and add those 10 users. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/view-create-or-delete-a-group-802592335.html Once you have you group created, you can use that one for Confluence. .pd
-
@Alex Ignatov, didn't mean to leave those out. We have a copy of all config (modified) files in bitbucket. Sounds like you are on track. Good luck. .pd
-
@Guilherme Peres, if you can't afford the Scriptrunner add-on Nic's suggestion on the looped transition will be the way to go.

@[deleted] https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/configuring-quick-filters Here it is again. Not sure what happened before.
-
@Manuel Allamellou, you could also add a screen to your close transition with the resolution field. This would allow the person closing the issue to pick their own resolution. pd
-
@Kevin Paulovkin, take a look at quickfilters: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0817/configuring-quick-filters-1072472193.html. You could create one for each epic and leave your swimlanes by project (or vice versa). They clicking one of the links would filter out all the other noise. pd
-
@Jeremy Price, take a look at this add on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.obss.plugin.time . It should to the trick as Jira only offers an average time in status and it but clunky to use. pd
-
@Alex Ignatov, you should be able run a dump of postgres without dropping Confluence. I have done this before on both windows and Linux servers. You can also run a backup of the attachments directory without dropping Confluence. But as @Brant Schroeder said above, if it's in a VM just take a snap each night and use that as…
-
@Carlos Sosa, Are you running a spam filter or appliance? It sounds like there is some filtering going on pre-exchange. Check for that. pd
-
@Guilherme Peres, look at Scriptrunner. You can add a web item and tie it to a backend script that will fire you event. pd
-
@[deleted], you can use quick filters and that will allow each person to see there own issues. https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring pd
