@Roberto Luces, I don't currently use the add-on but looked at it a while ago. I don't remember the details enough to answer your question. Try it out in a dev environment or email the vendor. They would probably be willing to help you through a demo. .pd
-
@It Dept, check to make sure Tomcat is indeed running. Are you running a proxy for Confluence? If it's on the same server that may be the issue too. .pd
-
@Roberto Luces, Try looking at this: https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RUN/pages/82378762/How+to+provide+a+dialog+to+create+JIRA+issues .pd

Sorry distro - distribution group. No you don't have to accept the invitation, just make sure send notification email is unchecked. As long as the account is active and has access to Jira you should be all good.
-
@Phil Stamp, It's the same process. You can use a fake email address or distro group address (this is what I do). Just manage the password from the account object. .pd
-
@jasietjx, I would say it depends on where your users are located. For example, I like to tie all my users & groups back to Active Directory so I create custom permissions schemes that utilize AD groups as well as the few basic Jira groups. If you want you project leads or admins to manage project access try utilizing the…

@Adam Kolles, Like Andrew said above, it depends on what platform you are using. If it server this is the document that will give you more information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/overview-of-sso-179445277.html .pd

@Jennifer McVicker, there is not bulk change for the projects like there is for issues. Manual or DB is going to be the way to go. .pd
-
@Nina, If they are coming from another system (not Jira) there may not be much you can do. The problem is that the rank values in Jira look something like this 1|hz4pe7: so you wouldn't be able to add your own. .pd
-
@Trevor Foley, The announcement banner got pulled in the new Jira experience in cloud. Check out this open issue here to add you comments and vote: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-67563 .pd
-
@Bearhive Solution, Head over to my.atlassian.com and make sure you have a datacenter license for Jira. If you do, copy it from there and try pasting it in again. .pd
-
@Nina, Make sure the filter you are using has this at the end: ORDER BY Rank ASC This will allow you to drag the issues into the order you want them to be. .pd
-
@Darpan Sathe, The Kanban Board is just a presentation of the issue (data) you can pull data from Jira using the API. .pd
-
@ChristianM, There is a bug open for this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-61757
-
@Clint Neal, You could create a series of date fields for each type of 'due date' you need. They would show up in the date section of your issues and could easily be reported on or subscribed to using filter subscriptions. .pd
-
@Yamuna Ramasubramaniyan, You could change the field name but that would be global and I am not entirely sure of the ramifications. A better way might be to update the fields description, either on the global field object or the field configuration scheme letting the user know this is an estimate. You could also get really…

Looks like that may be it.
-
@Vick Khera, Have you tried deleting the Application links and then re-creating them? .pd
-
@Rudolf Arada, Expand the side-bar on the left. Then click the Project name on the top. This will load the Summary page. .pd

"Instead of us having 75 different spaces for "HR Policies", "HR Procedures", "Finance Policies", etc... I think it might be better to have 1 space that has all Policies and Procedures within it and then each space just uses that macro to organize those pages into other spaces?" - I think this is the way to go. I have used…
-
@Michael Knobloch, Strange behavior. The simple answer is to just delete the -1 entry on your board. Why did this happen? Maybe there is a old priority value/corrupt entry in one of your issues. .pd
-
@Nate Christensen, If you have Jira Software don't work about the Jira Core. Jira Core is a part of Software. Service desk is an addon much like Portfolio. So you want to upgrade Jira Software and then all add-ons including Service Desk. I would then upgrade either Bitbucket or Confluence depending on the usage. Do the…
-
@Ash, I have always used RHEL or CentOS. Both work equally well. I believe most of the Atlassian Documentation is for CentOS/RHEL. I've never used Amazon Linux before so I can't speak to that one. .pd
-
@Jaime Martinez, If you have the story created, you can use the Jira Issues Macro on your Confluence page. https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf53/jira-issues-macro-411108600.html .pd
-
@Marjo Mallari, Not in vanilla Confluence. You might be able to expand upon this to take into account the current user but that is beyond my knowledge. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-hide-labels-in-confluence-page-using-javascript-in-specific-spaces-836603034.html .pd
-
@Jaime Martinez, You will need to setup an application link between Confluence and Jira. Take a look at this document. https://confluence.atlassian.com/applinks/link-atlassian-applications-to-work-together-785449117.html .pd
-
@Emily Lord, I don't think it's under Space Tools. Take a look at the Audit Log under General Configuration -> Administration. This will give you a system-wide audit of changes including space permissions. You can even export to excel for easier searching/manipulation. .pd
-
@Roger Porter, It looks like the the issue has been moved to done and resolved. The blue bar appears to just be an identifier for the parent issue not an actual card on the board that is assigned to a specific column. .pd
