Unfortunately the store is buggy. Trello didn't develop the app from scratch they bought an app that was already out there and rebranded. I forget what it was called.

I understand more. You won't be able to add multiple fields into a single column in less you use an add-on to concatenate the two fields into a third. There are a number of them that can do this.
-
That is pretty much what One of my dev PMs does. The Epic and version end up representing the same thing (the version) all other issues are just issues and are not given a version. You can still pull all the issues into your scrum board and then release them when done.
-
Shib, not sure how the netscalers are configured but yes, you can run a reverse proxy in front of Jira and confluence. I do this using Apache in form of my instances. Check this doc out. https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/proxying-atlassian-server-applications-with-apache-http-server-806032611.html It focuses on using…

7.5.0 is pretty new. If one of your plugins has been updated for 7.5.0 yet just wait a bit for the vendor to release a new version. You can also contact the developer of the plugin directly for an ETA. pd

Paul, it shouldn't affect the sprint or release unless you remove the issue from the sprint. Changing the issuetype would just be changing the issue from a task to bug. All the fields and data can remain. What you could consider doing is having an extended workflow where there is a continuation after the first completion…

@David Moore, try removing the app and then make sure you are at the current version of windows 10 (Version1703, OS Build 15063). Then reinstall.
-
@Paul McCauley, to add to what Joe said, this add-on by Bob Swift can change the issue type automatically for you thus making it seem seamless to the end user. Update of transition for Jira https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/CW pd

@UP JMA Embassy, I haven't seen any indication there will be an offline, or separate installer from the Windows store. Try applying the current updates to windows as it looks like your a little behind. I'm, running 15063 and it installed without any issues. pd

Alana, Adaptivist has a plugin called Footnotes for Confluence. Sounds like this might do the trick for you. pd
-
Adam, if you are ok with the notification being visible on the Kanban board, you can use Nic's JQL to update the card color. Say red for anything returned. This would make those issue stand out on the board. pd
-
Junsung, it sounds like you question relates to bitbucket cloud. Open up a request at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ with the specifics of what you need and they should be able to help you. -pd

Macro level security isn't something Confluence does. If you need to restrict access to that Macro or any macros try restricting edit permissions for the page or space. However, this will only restrict the page or space to apply the security to.
-
Cesar, try creating a brand new directory connector from scratch. Sync that one and then disable the one having issues.
-
@KirstenManica, what we do here is to create an epic, tag that with the version and then include issues from the other projects. The epic could be in either one of the projects or an entirely new project just used for maintaining version. Try out a few different things and see what works for your teams.

Awesome, @Mariia Senicheva. Could you tag my answer as the correct one?

Josh, this is the link to support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
No problem @Hüseyin Melih ALTIN, do me a favor and tag this as a correct answer.
-
Elaine, make sure you have mapped all the statuses to the columns in the new board. The other thing is to make sure you have started your sprint. -pd
-
Enrico, this may help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/link-to-server-apps-from-cloud-744721656.html -pd
-
Mariia, you will need to create a new screen (or use and existing) with those fields on it and apply that screen to the resolve issue transition in your workflow (or any other transition). Check this out: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/mapping-a-screen-to-a-workflow-transition-720634253.html -pd

Josh, it looks like your having a rough days here in the community forums. :) - hope things get better! -pd

Kristen, Versions are specific to a project. They will not connect in the background. -pd

Eric, there's no way I know of the create a custom field and have it use the same items as the Component/s field does unless you create the custom field and manually add the items as with a select list. There are plugin's which would allow you to create a DB connected field and that could work to pull in an external…

Cesar, there are a number of causes for this and without more information on how your server is configured it will be hard to pinpoint. However, it looks like you are feeding users from another location or directory (Crowd, AD, LDAP). Depending on the source you may not be able to make changes to the users hence the…
-
Quan, there are two things going on here. First you are comparing Cloud to Server. They are nto exactly the same and Atlassian does not intend for them to be. You are also using Server version 7.3.2 and the cloud version is 7.5 now? So if you want you server version to be a close to cloud as possible, you will need to…
-
Marcus, it sounds like you need two separate security schemes for these projects. I recommend creating a new security group for each project and assigning those security groups the correct permissions for the two new schemes you created. Add specific users to each group and they will only have access to the projects they…
-
Quan, not sure if you are running JIRA in a VM or not but its always a good idea to get a 'copy' of your production system and run the upgrade there first. It will give you a good idea of the process and time to complete. Additionally, if anything does go badly, you'll have time to fix it in a non-production system.

Why would you want to edit those? Those are the default pages for logging in and application entry. -pd
