  • No worries Chris, glad it helped! Comes to something when people don't make screens big enough to see your whole Trello board haha! Esme :)
  • Hi Chris Random thought, have you tried 'zooming out'? I know it's random, but when I use the Trello app I have to zoom out and I have a large monitor! I know the key combination on a Mac is CMD and - but I don't know what the Windows version is! Don't know if that would help in the short term? Esme :)
  • Hi @Alexander Kern I have mine zoomed way out as well, so I can totally understand your need for this! If you press CMD and the minus symbol, you can resize the screen (likewise, if you want it bigger, press CMD and +). Hope that helps :)
  • Hi @Emma Turner Thank you for that video, it really explains the problem and it was great to hear a voice with a question! You can set up another Butler command that would mark the linked card due date as complete, and it would look something like this: Of course, you can pick the list/board etc that you want this rule to…
  • Hi @Chris Conroy Welcome to the Community! If you're using Google Chrome, there are a number of extensions that you can use to customise the way that you see your boards. You might want to have a quick look at this article by Leah Ryder on her big list of trello chrome extensions. But the one that might fit the bill for…
  • Hi @Colter Doty Welcome to the Community! You might like to try having checklists, or even several template cards which contain different checklists whereby, depending on which list the card is created in, depends which checklists are added. This would be a workaround for the goals, the custom fields of name, date of birth…
  • Hi @Ramnath_Lakshman Welcome to the Community! When I'm working between 2 boards a lot, I have them both open at the same time in different tabs in the same browser, I have 'pinned' the boards that I need open all the time and that way they stay open in my browser (and I don't accidentally close them) so I can flick…
  • Hi @JC Ok, on the original board (where you copied the card from) provided that you linked the cards when you copied them, you can have a rule like this: That should move the original card due date to the one you've just created *cross fingers* Let me know if that works! Esme :)
  • Hi, welcome to the Community! If you are on the board you want to stop the PowerUps from showing on. * Click 'Show Menu' at the top on the right hand side * Then click on the PowerUps button, which should be just under 'Butler' * Then click on 'enabled' in the left hand menu * You should be able to see which ones are…
  • That board is gorgeous @Kat Warner, thank you for sharing it! And I agree, @Jodi LeBlanc needs one too!
  • Hi @RenoT Unfortunately, I don't know the answer, as I don't use Trello with anyone else. I would suggest that you check out this Trello help page entitled 'What are Teams' because you can have free teams (with a 10 board limit) as well which might work for you, but as I have BC on one team and all my boards are there (and…
  • Hi @RenoT I'll attempt to answer this in stages, so I don't forget anything! So I could create one command with multi operations. amd Bulter will still consider as one command, so if it is daily task, it will use 22-24 commands per months based on how many work days in the month. * Yes, it would be 1 command per day for 22…
  • Thank you @Celina Zamora
  • Hi @RenoT There is a separate quota for each one. If you have a rule (trigger) with 10 things that it does (actions), that counts as 1 command run and 10 operations. You could create a rule that every morning each list is sorted, that would be one rule and then however many lists as commands, which would make your command…
  • Thank you @Jimmy Seddon! I think you should make a Badges board, it would look utterly amazing, as I've said before, massive thanks to @Andy - PTC Redundant for the inspiration! Go on, you know you want to! Have a 'look what I did' board, they're awesome! I can honestly say, there isn't much that I've tried to do within…
  • Hubster and I have just finished The Witcher, he's a gamer and I'm really not, so I had to put up with him pointing out everything that they either did well, or wasn't in-keeping with the game! Good Omens was amazing! Watching the whole thing in one go was a great way to spend a day! We're in the middle of His Dark…
  • Ooooo, I've not seen that! (Hops over and adds it to my 'Programmes to Watch' Trello Board!)
  • Suits is amazing! Still have to watch the last season, but we're up to date apart from that! Amazing series! There's probably a drinking game around the phrase 'Dammit Louis' somewhere on the internet!
  • Thanks @Andy - PTC Redundant that means a lot!
  • Thanks @Jodi LeBlanc! I like celebrating the little things! I didn't realise I had so many (not as many as you though!), but I thought it would be great to have them on a board so that I could see them all the time. I've also enabled the calendar PowerUp on this board and added (and completed) all the due dates to the…
  • Hi @Kyle Kristoffersen I honestly haven't used Windows for years, so I can't say whether Opera is or isn't causing the problem. I've reached out to other Community Leaders and asked for a Windows-savvy Leader to help out. I'm so sorry that I couldn't sort it for you, but hopefully someone else will come in and know exactly…
  • Hi @Kyle Kristoffersen How very odd!! I've just downloaded the Mac app (I always use Trello on Chrome because I have a number of Chrome extensions that I use with Trello), and opened it and opened a card that I knew had links in it. They open fine from the App into my Chrome when I left click once (on a Mac it's a single…
  • Thank you @Ollie Guan for being my 50th like and giving me another badge to put on my board! You Rock!!
  • Hi @anne whipple I'm glad it's come back! If you would like to report it as a bug, you can go to the Trello Contact Page and click on 'Ask Trello Support' (not the community), then in the topic dropdown, click 'I think I've found a bug' and describe the issue, and someone from Trello should be able to get back to you.…
  • Edit: I thought my 40th was a Friday and apparently it's not - who knew! Apologies for that! Ignore me! It's my 40th birthday on 2nd April, can I have that day? (Hubster turns 31 the same day, but we don't talk about that!!)
  • Hi @kyoomario Thank you for your question. I haven't been able to find out anything definitive, however I did find a post from 2018 where the answers addressed sort of the same issues that you've been having. You can find this question here: Can I prevent a user from adding users to a personal board without their…
  • Hi @Justin Eshelman I've had a word around and we think it might be a bug. Can you go to Trello's Contact Page and then select 'Ask Trello Support' (not the community because we're all drawing a blank!). Then in the 'topic' you can select 'I think I found a bug' which should tell them what you think it is. You can then add…
  • Hi @Kyle Kristoffersen Thank you so much for your question. Can I ask where the URLs are? Are they in the card description, in a checklist, a comment, as an attachment? Are you using the Trello app, or accessing your boards through your browser? If you're using a browser, can you let me know which one? I only ask because…
  • Thanks @Max Foerster - K15t, you are most welcome! I'm excited that you're excited! Being able to have a specific set of card covers for a specific board or even list, makes my little heart happy! It's such a simple thing, but the difference it's made to my boards is unbelievable. So I wondered if other people knew about…
  • Hi @Justin Eshelman Hmmmmm, I'm totally stumped! Give me a few days, I'll have an ask around and see what I'm missing! Any money it's going to be something obvious! Esme :)
