Maybe you could add another action to the bottom: Cascade - link the cards together?
-
Lol, always the way! Glad it's been sorted! Don't be a stranger now!
-
This looks to be what you actually want:
-
I've moved this to the Trello questions page, just so it's in the right place, any links will still work though! Right, everything is working except the second action - what is that action for? What's it doing? What's it's function? What are you trying to achieve with it? From what I can see, it's not doing anything - as…

Hi Eric, What are the due times? I would assume that the trigger will only happen when the due time has passed, e.g. if the due time is 7pm in the custom field, then the label will only trigger after 7pm. Could you have a quick look at that and see if that's the issue? E :)

No worries Deano, are you talking about Trello or Confluence? This post is in Confluence, but it looks to me like Trello, so I just wanted to confirm. Can you screenshot the rules so that I can see where it's failing?
-
Hi @antoine.garric Welcome to the Community Just to give a user-answer - it can be achieved, just not in the native app! Open Chrome or Safari on your iPad, sign into Trello and (at least on Chrome, because that's what I use), everything will look the same including the board and card buttons. I know the preference is to…
-
Hi @Deano Sorry, I totally missed this! Can you go through step by step, on different lines, what you want it to do? As this command is extremely specific, it would help me immensely if it was step by step (as I don't have the knowledge of the board and processes that you do). On first look, I would assume this, but I…

I see you’ve played knifey spooney before @Iain Dooley

Oops, sorry, I miscalculated: Personal Boards = 17 Free Team 1 Boards = 7 Business Class Boards = 51 Free Team 2 Boards = 10 Free Team 3 Boards = 1 Board total = 86
-
If they're already in the team, and the board is part of the team, then it would be from the Team quota. If it's a personal board, and they're a member of a BC Team, then it would come from the Gold quota (every member of the Team has Gold on their personal boards). If they're a free member and added to the board as a…
-
It sort of depends @Iain Dooley If you have a free member, added to 1 board - they won't be charged, but will only have the free quota for Butler. You could always have many free accounts and add them to a board each running a single command - that would be one way around it. But you'd have to be careful that they 1.…
-
The only problem with that @Iain Dooley, is the Butler quota on a free account, and if you accidentally add that user to a BC Team, that'll be an extra annual payment for this person. So, if you're on a free or Gold account, creating another one to handle the tasks that aren't notifying you is an awesome idea (whilst being…

No worries Ash! I tell you, it took me a flippin' age to work out why on earth nothing was coming through to me but his phone was pinging every 2 seconds! Change 1 rule to be 'owned by him' and hey presto! Notification heaven (well, almost!). Now all I have to do is find out all the other rules that I made on his boards,…
-
Hi @Ash Lago Welcome to the Community! If you set the Butler rule up, then Butler is running as you, which means you won't get a notification. If you want to have a notification, then you would need to ask someone else to set up the same rule. I had this yesterday, I set up a rule so that when my husband commented on a…
-
Unfortunately, that's how it works. When you sign up to BC, you have 1000 + 200 commands per person in the team (there are numerous pages on Trello & Butler's help pages that state this). I have 2 people in my team, so I have 1400 per month and 10,000 operations. For about a year, I only had myself, and I didn't add my…
-
Sorry to jump in, but I'd like to add something here that I found out quite recently. Custom Fields are limited to 50 per board. If you move cards from one board to another it will only hold 50. Example - Board A has 35 Custom Fields Board B has 35 Custom Fields You move a card from Board B to Board A - some of those…
-
Woohoo! That's awesome! Has that helped? If it has, could you accept the answer so that other Community members know that this works? Don't be a stranger!
-
Hi Simon, I would say that you might want to look at how you've gone through that many in 4 days. At the moment I'm at 25% however I am right in the middle of reorganising every single board in my team (over 60) so I have commands running all over the place when I didn't mean them to! Normally I don't have anywhere near…
-
No worries @Jen_Ash I've been trying to work out how to do this for a while (and failing), for a really different reason! I wear contact lenses, every month on 1st and 15th I have to change them and every month on 7 and 21st I have to take them out and clean them. One repeating card for cleaning and another for changing…
-
Sorry, me again! If you wanted to stop anyone being able to move the card except the person who created it, the variable you'd need is {creatorusername}
-
Sorry, another bit! So that comes up with the members of the board - so logically you'd think that was the only option, but you can copy & paste into that box: And get the result that you want. I'm assuming that it's to stop anyone but the card creator being able to move the card? This would do it, because it would only…
-
Hi @tony lamedoz Welcome to the Community! You can add extra bits to the command builder, although I agree it's not well written, or explained detailing how this can be achieved. Whenever there is a text box that says something like 'Field Name' when you click on it, there might be options given in a drop down, but you can…
-
Nope! That sounds awesome! Yeah, set just means there's something in there, it's not the greatest explanation in the world, I'll give you that! I have worked with Butler on my boards for over a year, and I often think that I overthink the rule, so I go for simple every time now! Run with that on your board for a while and…

Enterprise accounts have a minimum of 20 people (regardless of how many people you want, there has to be 20 accounts), and last I checked were $20.83 per month per person. Fot 20 people, the minimum Enterprise allows, this is how much it will cost: Should you want to contact the Enterprise Team, details can be found here:…

Hi @itzik1000 Welcome to the Community! As I replied on the previous thread :) unlimited Butler exists on Enterprise but not on Business Class: https://help.trello.com/article/1181-butler-features-and-quotas
-
Hi @itzik1000 Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, BC doesn't give unlimited Butler, only Enterprise does: https://help.trello.com/article/1181-butler-features-and-quotas

No worries Simon, it's horses for courses! We all use Trello in different ways that are personal to us, while I want to 'live' in my calendar and be able to see everything from all boards in different calendars so that I get a birds eye view of everything (rather than trying to get everything into one board like I had…
-
Thanks @Iain Dooley - I actually use this a lot for that very reason - card buttons and board buttons don't show up on mobile and it's a right pain! Setting commands based on labels are amazing and run no matter what platform you're running! I've removed most of my custom fields now in favour of labels and it's working…
-
Hi @eric_bouchet Welcome to the Community! Okey dokey! This can be achieved in Butler but there are 3 rules that you need to make. I'll start from the beginning. When you create a card and set the first meeting CF, we want to add the green label - this can't be any other kind of rule because it has to be added on creation…
