Hi @Sam Lee I'm sorry to say, this is a really easy fix - add a title and the 'Create Board' button will go green. 'No team' option adds the board to your personal boards, but you have to add a title before the button will go green because you can't create a board with no name. Hope this helps Esme :)

Hi @Олександр Фронч Could you give us a picture of your Butler rule? We might be able to see something going funny in there. Also, can you upload a picture of the function when it runs the rule. To find this, click on Butler, then on the bottom left click 'account' then 'usage log.' This is where Butler keeps all the…

Aha, so are you talking about a list with templates in it, or on the back of the card? I think I might have had my wires crossed! If they had a list on the right hand side of the board with all the cards for the different types of projects, I would expect it to look something like this: I have a list of cards that 'repeat'…
-
Hi @Print Barrel This is what the right hand side of my open cards looks like, can you indicate where the extra sections were? We might be able to narrow down what it was if we know where it was? Esme :)
-
Hi @Libor Danek Are you wanting to adjust the individual widths of the lists? If you're using Chrome, there are Chrome Extensions for using with Trello which extend the functionality quite a bit. The one that I use is Pro4Trello, which can be found…
-
Hi @alanwthompson There's a lot you can do with Butler (I'm a bit of a self-diagnosed Butler-nerd), can I ask what exactly you want to be mirroring? I only ask because I use Butler in place of Placker because even though I have Trello Business Class, I don't really want to be paying more for a PowerUp. I use Butler…
-
Hi @Gary Island Daze Sorry for misunderstanding you the first time! This can be done with Butler, but only by creating an email rather than a notification. you can set Butler up to email you whenever a card is moved into a list, you'd need to set it up for each list and double if you wanted another one to say it had been…
-
Hi @Brandi Mahon The good news is that yes, this is possible with Butler, although in a sort of roundabout way! There isn't a way to add a completely new card, so you would have to create a copy and deal with the copy. This is the rule that I would put into place if I wanted to have this automation set up: Obviously, my…
-
Hi @Steve Robinett I have no idea if this would work for you, but you could try a Butler rule looking something like this: I would have this set up as I don't usually add a cover image the minute I start a card, I usually add a card, then open it then add a cover image. This might help remove any automatic cover image,…

Hi @Eva Galanes-Rosenbaum I didn't use Butler before the Trello acquisition, so I can't say whether this works or not, but you can type in #2 or 3 or whatever. I don't know if it'll work or not, but you can type in rather than picking a list. Esme :)
-
Hi @Print Barrel Unfortunately, that question is a little vague, is there any chance you could be a little more specific, do you have any screenshots? It sounds like Bulter buttons, but I could be completely wrong! Esme :)
-
Hi @Muhammad Asif You can achieve this with Butler rules, it wouldn't give you a notification, but it would email you (or another member of the team) and let you know that the card is due. I don't know if that would be useful to you, but I thought that I would suggest it just in case: For help on what Butler commands will…
-
Hi @Theres Duschlbauer I actually use the 'email for this card' option a lot! It's not perfect, and sometimes the formatting needs to be sorted out manually, but it's not bad. I'm assuming you know how to find it? Just in case you don't, open the card, click share at the bottom and copy the 'email for this card' address…

To get the overdue cards moved over, this is the due date command that I have:
-
Just to clarify - The 30 or 100 day rule needs to be enabled on ALL other boards you want feeding into the 'desktop' The 'this week' 'today' and 'next week' need to be enabled ONLY on the 'desktop' board Sorry, just realised that I didn't explain that properly! Esme :)
-
Hi @JC Okey dokey, where to start! I have a LOT of rules! Let's start with getting cards from other boards into the 'Desktop,' which looks like this: Obviously, you can change it to 30 days where mine is 100 (I just like being prepared!). So that gets the cards INTO the 'Desktop' through a rule and into the Upcoming list.…
-
Hi @Gary Island Daze How odd! Can I go through the process with you? This is what I did on mine: Click on 'allow desktop notifications' Chrome will show a pop-up, click 'allow' Then the option to 'allow desktop notifications' will disappear. Can you have a look and make sure you've done that? Thanks Esme :)
-
Hi @Paweł Uniatowicz I’ve had the same problem, I have rules set up to change the date in a custom field when I create the card and to change the card name (all under one rule), and it’s stopped working. Like you, I’m well within my quota limit. Esme :)
-
Awesome! I’m glad you sorted it!
-
Hi @Jonas Napier I remember having this problem when I started using the app as well, I don't think I ever worked out what was going on. I will say that I don't use the desktop app anymore, ever. I don't even think I have it installed on any of my machines, I do it all through Chrome. Because Trello doesn't have an offline…

Hi @Luc.Baetens If you have a look at this search, this is a list of all the help pages for Trello on notifications. Hopefully you should be able to find what you're looking for there, I can see that the top result is 'Mobile Push Notification for Trello' so that might give you some information? Let us know how you get on!…
-
Hi @Gary Island Daze Could you be a little more descriptive? What are you wanting Trello to do? Notify you when a card is moved into/out of a list? Notify you when someone adds a card to a list? You can set up Butler rules to email you when something happens on a board, e.g. when someone moves a card from one list to…
-
Hi @Trading Random question, have you enabled Trello notifications on your device? The Calendar PowerUp isn't for notifications as such, it's a way of seeing your week/day at a glance. Trello has its own notifications for upcoming due dates, this is where you select the date you want to be reminded (1 day before etc.).…

Hi @ebittman Are the labels on that board? Click on 'show menu' Click on 'more' Click on 'labels' Are they there? If not, the quickest way I have found to 'import' labels from one board to another is to create a card in the board that's got all the labels on it that you want, add every...single...label to that card, then…
-
Hi @Edward_A I've now tried it on mine and that's correct, it searches in the title and not the content. This is a search across all my boards for traditional: And this is the board specific search: As you can see, it'll find it across all boards, but not in the actual board that it's in. I would recommend you contact…
-
Hi @Eduardo Tacca I struggled with this as well, even putting 1, 2, 3 at the beginning of the label doesn't change the order. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to change the label order. I got around this by using the Custom Field PowerUp, which means I can 'label' through that and have them in the order that I…
-
Hi, Having had a look at the activity feed on that board, everyone is added by the admin, although it's a public board, there's no way to join it unless you're added, you can only see it as a non-member. I would try and contact the company through a different medium and see if you have more luck there, or if they have…
-
Hi @Robert Muts To make a card or board button with Butler, it's pretty instant in its execution of what you've asked it to do, I don't believe that there is a way to have a pop-up window open to another button press. But there is a useful help article on how to make a feature request that you might like to look into? Esme…
-
Hi @Edward_A I know it's silly, but have you got a space before 8303 or two spaces after? There isn't really any reason that it shouldn't find it because it's found it across all boards, so I would hazard that something could be wrong in the search field, or the card has been moved/archived from the board? Esme :)
-
Hi @Sharon Brinson How very strange! The only thing that I could think of is that maybe they don't have the right permissions for the board? Is that maybe something that could have happened? Maybe see if you can upload some screenshots of the Butler commands, so that the Community can see if there's anything in the…
