Thanks @Vivian Duong I suspected that it wouldn't. Thanks for the link. Cheers Mark
-
Hi @Vivian Duong Did your licencing change? Only reason I ask is that Change is available in premium and not in standard? Mark
-
Hi Matt, I have had the opportunity to talk to some Atlassian's and the uplift of JSM with some of the CSM features is on their 'radmap'. Cheers
-
Hi Matt, I think the article is poorly worded, in that, when it suggests to 'Move' from JSM to CSM, it doesn't mean, pick up your JSM space and move it to a CSM space, it means ' rebuild your JSM space in CSM., so you can get more of the Customer Experiences. I've spent the last couple of weeks looking at CSM, and its a…

Hi @John Williams Have you sorted the automation or would you like to screen shot it and I can see if I can assist? Mark
-
Hi @Ishika Agrawal You can attach the form as a pdf to the ticket, and then print the pdf. See forms -> Settings. There is currently no direct option to print a form, nor store images on that form :-( Hope this helps. Mark
-
Hi @John Williams You could create what you are looking for in JSM assets and Automation. You would create a schema of the standard questions and the responses, and when a change is selected, from a drop down, an automation rule would assign the custom fields to the values that are in your asset schema. So the Standard…

Hi @Diana Osorio By using an automation rule you should be able to do this. Using the when issue transitioned, then the action is send a slack message. Assuming you ill need to tighten this to you scope. Hope this helps. Mark
-
Hi @Sachin Guttala You could swap the request fields and put them into a form, where reg edit is available. Mark
-
Hi @Logan Nichols If you are changing the issue type, thats fine, you will just need to change the status as well. Mark
-
Hi @Christine Martel What you are suggesting sounds like a Widget, that is again under Project Settings, but further down, and under Channels and Self Service. I've never created one, but it may give you enough functionailty for what you are looking for. Fingers crossed Mark
-
Hi @Christine Martel Welcome to the community. You can create Forms in JSM, and then use them in Requests. If you go to Project Settings (if you have permissions), then under Request Management, you will see Forms underneath, Request Types. Have a look at the templates to see what is possible, as there are a few…

Hi @Alvaro Hernandez In JSM, Project settings, Features, scroll down and under Operations you will see Alerts and Oncall. First this to do is to turn them on. Have a look at this doco Operations Help - Confluence Cheers Mark

Hi @Doğancan Uğurlu Welcome to the community. As Bill has said, nope, JQL, will not do that, and so you will need a work around. If it is something that you are running once a month, then you could create need several filters, based on, the number of days, in the month i.e. 28,29,30,31. The best time to run one of these…
-
Hi @Dom Coleman Welcome to the community. Is this the only project that you have the issue with? So the section of Project Settings is where you are restricted?
-
Thanks @Annu Satpute

Hi @David Hunter Welcome to the Community! The Help Centre, sits above all portals. If you only have one project, then it can be confusing, but if/when you have more projects, each portal will appear on the Help Centre. So your next project will end in /2, then /3 etc The Help Centre, when searching on documents, looks at…

hi @Nico Van Hoof Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I've created something similar, recently, and it looks like this: When you click on the 3 dots you are presented with a choice to Set the field or Copy the field. Let me know if this helps. Mark. PS. My preference was to cancel the original, rather than delete, so that…

Hi @lisa.jackson That is weird, but I guess you already knew that. Is it just one project, where this is happening? If you to to the logs of the email address, look at view logs and then raw email, are you able to see what the email looked like when it arrived? Mark
-
Hi @Zuzana Ofume Machová Yes, Welcome to the Community. As an example of what John is asking is: Is this the only project not getting emails? If so, you may have simply mistyped the address, its easy to do. If other projects are not getting emails then you should go and look at Settings -> System - Incoming Email to ensure…
-
Hi @Dani van Maurik I've looked up my test system, and from Settings -> System -> Incoming email the Default Cloud Mail server is jira@mysite name. From inside a JSM project I have set up Do you mind sharing your set-up? Mark
-
Hi @Khajik Khajadourian I'm not sure this is going to answer your question You are able to restrict request types, with the use of groups, so that only people in the group that you dedicate can see the request type. I don't understand what you are trying to achieve with the custom field, and why HR people can not search…
-
Hi @Peter Aldana Ok, I'll have a play around in my test system. Cheers M
-
Hi @Peter Aldana Did you solve your challenge, using that field in your SLAs? M
-
Hi @Mariano Yep, is frustrating but the approval tick box only appears when the workflow is active. I have been there. Cheers Mark
-
Thanks @Marc -Devoteam- Yes, I thought the ignore option on the routing rule would be the place, but it appears not. I'll continue to look as well. M
-
Hi @Peter Aldana I believe that is a custom field for the person who wrote the article. Do you have a custom field built that would allow you to assign the 'Region' to the ticket upon create? You can use that in the same way the example is using location. Cheers M
-
Hi @Peter Aldana This may help. https://www.howtojira.com/2022/05/how-to-setup-jira-slas-for-global-teams.html Cheers Mark
-
Hi @Karla Garcia I've just come across the same error, and it was indeed that the 'Issue Type' of Service Request from an older project, was different then the project I was cloning to of '[System] - Service Request. Cheers mark

Hi @RAMCEL MAGNAYE Your file looks good. What does your Attribute mapping look like? I have done this previously, and you are on the right track. Mark
