Hi @haneryyy if you mean BambooHR - it's not an Atlassian product, so I'm afraid we won't be able to help. Best regards Martyna Product Manager for Bamboo DC

@Marius Herrmann @Gordon Churchill thank you very much for your feedback! The main reason for deprecation of local agents was their negative impact on performance (e.g. eating up memory) and security (e.g. possibility of arbitrary code execution) as both of these problems should be avoided in enterprise-grade software.…

Hi @SG! This particular page conveys information on two types of use cases: from Server (7.x) to Server (8.x) and from Server (7.x) to DC (8.x). It's possible to upgrade to versions 8.x (first edition of Bamboo DC) and above on Server license - DC features would be turned off in such a case. However, we're currently are…

Thank you very much for the detailed response @CTL ENG Tools! Based on the error message you may try to increase agent memory at bamboo-agent-home/conf/wrapper.conf
-
@CTL ENG Tools So you've disabled the apps once you saw the error messages? Have you tried running the remote agents without disabling the apps after the error messages are shown? The error messages are expected behavior as neither of Bamboo apps are DC certified yet (we are working on the certification program now).…

Thank you for explaining the matter further @shrikant maheshwari! I've checked with our documentation team and it looks like the 'data center' category has been added in advance, even though the actual launch of Bamboo Data Center will happen next quarter. Apologies for the confusion!
-
Hi @shrikant maheshwari! Glad to hear about your interest in Bamboo DC! The product hasn't been released yet - you may expect it in Q3 2021. If you are interested in checking out the product earlier, we will release an Early Access Program next month. We will announce it via a community post.
-
Congratulations @Gonchik Tsymzhitov! Well deserved!
-
@jevin ji xu You may check the value of the flag mentioned in the documentation to make sure the functionality is not disabled. Triggering works only when there are changes on the branch, maybe it's enabled and there were no changes? You may also create a regex that would catch every tag.

@Gonchik Tsymzhitov thank you! we are glad to hear such feedback :)
-
@Patrick Boyd yes, we are currently working on it :) here is the roadmap: https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/data-center?product=bamboo& We will communicate more details here closer to release date.
