  • Hi @deepak upadhyay and welcome to the community! I always recommend newbies to check out the free training courses from https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog And you can always ask this community for help to expand your horizons cheers Alex
  • Yeah, that’s weird at minimum. I’d put a ticket for the support team because It sounds like a bug in your site.
  • Hi @Juliana Silva This looks tricky; I did a test here using a Jira Work Management Project and checked the Timeline view. Is your scenario the same? I can't reproduce the same behaviour you are describing, and there is not much to configure on this feature. See below: Perhaps this is a bug on your site; not sure. I also…
  • If you have permission to browse the issues on that project, you can vire them either in the board view or by navigating directly to the issue URL. Since, you've confirmed you have permission to view the issue, my last guess would be any sort of quick filter in your board that might be filtering your view of the whole…
  • Fala @Victor Hugo De Moura Calixto bem vindo a comunidade!
  • Hi @Jamie Edmondson Have you checked if the project has any Issue Security schemes associated? Also, you can use the permission helper to determine if your user has the browser permission for any of the issues you are missing. I hope it helps, Cheers, Alex
  • Hi @Chris Jones I am sure you won't be able to use fix versions in columns since the board is another view of the issue's workflow. However, you might work out a board where swimlanes are organized by fix versions using queries. Would that meet your requirements? Cheers, Alex
  • Hi @[deleted] I would recommend you add a shortcut from the project to the dashboard: I hope it helps, Alex
  • That's my understanding. Are you still getting the same error message even after changing to the standard plan?
  • Sometimes if I wait an hour, it will actually allow me to send another one, but it is probably that one of those 100 were again available after 24 hours. It makes sense since it considers a 24h period. Perhaps you could give a full day with the Standard plan it would give time to clear up the site's mail usage limit.
  • Hi @Janosik, Juraj and welcome to the community! The limit of 100 emails in 24 hours only applies to the Free edition of Jira Cloud. After changing to Standard, are you still seeing the same error message in the audit logs of your automation rule and the execution status THROTTLED? Cheers, Alex
  • Hi @Eric Ollis To configure the board and any of its settings, you must be either: * a project administrator for the location of the board * a board administrator for the board itself If you are one of those you might want to follow the steps from the…
  • Hi @Ulta Tools Admin Since this is a very specific error, it will require Atlassian Support to be engaged. Have you submitted a support ticket? Cheers, Alex

  • Hi @Sam Sulaiman welcome to the community! I hope you have fun and make the best of your experience here. cheers Alex
  • Hi @Steve Dillon You won't have access to tables on Jira Cloud, and the search API allows you to search for issues as you could do from the UI. The issue here is your JQL. Apparently, it's not returning anything from Jira search API based on the parameters sent and/or the permission your user has. What do you see when you…
  • Hi @Simsimphony Welcome to the community! I hope you enjoy the strong collaboration that happens around here :-) Cheers, Alex
  • Hi @sophie.jim It is not possible to edit mail templates for Jira notifications only JSM customer notifications are available. There were a feature request JRACLOUD-7266 recently closed and Atlassian did not prioritize that. I saw this thread in which @Darryl Lee suggests a customized approach using Automation for Jira,…
  • Hi @[deleted] I noticed that the first image you shared is from JSM Server/DC with an ITSM default template and the second one JSM cloud. On cloud, queues are organized on Work Categories but you can turn off that feature, take a look…
  • You got it @Ivan Andrieiev ! :-)
  • Hi @Alex Phipps It appears that your user got locked out due to the maximum number of password errors. You might need someone else with Confluence Administrator privileges to reset the captcha count on your system so that you can log in. I hope it helps, Cheers Alex
  • Hi, @John Funk thanks for chiming in :-) ! You are right, I just did the test adding users to a free plan and the site started a trial period of 14 days. And to return it back to a free plan, I needed to remove the 4th user and change it manually. Cheers, Alex
  • @Hi @Ivan Andrieiev You can navigate to Administration-> Subscription and request to remove JSM. It’s free for up to 3 agents, after that Atlassian will upgrade to standard and charge. cheers, Alex
  • Welcome to the community @Guruprasad Shenoy , we are happy to have you here.
  • Hi @ihsanullahkhan ! Yes you can enable parallel sprints in your jira site and to do so navigate to configuration -> products-> jira software and mark enable parallels sprint. If your teams are focused on multiple objectives at the same time, it appears fine to run multiple sprints in your Jira Sprint Board. I hope this…
