@G subramanyam feel free to report any feature suggestions or bug reports here. Thank you!

Thank you for your input @Anja Brkljacic @Curt Holley. If you do not want your page to default to your personal space, please first navigate to your destination space and then hit the create button. Then, your page will be created where you intend. Hope that helps!
-
@Jan Csisko you should be able to see enable/disable buttons. I'm attaching a screenshot for your reference. Hopefully that helps!
-
@Jan Csisko looks like the template may have been disabled under Global Templates and Blueprints in your Space Settings. Can you verify if that is the case? New templates should be available on all cloud instances by default.

Thank you so much for the feedback! After talking to several customers about this decision we came to the conclusion that it would be best to deprecate. It is currently a very buggy experience with less than 0.02% of our users using it. Rather than investing team resources to fix this, we decided to put those resources…

Thank you so much for all your feedback. Yes, you can go ahead and disable the creation of personal spaces in admin settings. We are not changing that feature. Additionally, there is no additional admin effort or maintenance. We will respect existing permissions and ensure that instances with personal spaces disabled will…

@Maurice Pasman Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it and will keep that in mind! Image support was a feature dropped in the new editor, highly requested by our customers, so we are excited to bring that to you all!
-
We currently only allow conversion of templates with fully supported content. If your template is supported you should see a Convert button next to the template in Settings which will allow you to convert this template to the new editor! For more information, check out this article I…
-
@Nick Beaugié As mentioned above, today, you aren't able to convert blogs back to pages but our team is actively working on bringing this feature to customers as soon as possible!
-
@Jenny Severin unfortunately you will have to go in and manually make those changes as there is no way to revert a template back to the old editor once it is converted. Thanks for understanding!
-
@Anıl Çelebi Today, you aren't able to convert blogs back to pages. However, we completely understand this is a valid request and our team is actively working on adding it to our roadmap so we can bring this feature to customers as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience!

Hi @Dmitry Malysh @[deleted], thank you so much for pointing that out and passing on the feedback. Today, you aren't able to convert blogs back to pages. However, we completely understand this is a valid request and our team is actively working on adding it to our roadmap so we can bring this feature to customers as soon…

Apologies, but we had a little delay in the rollout of this feature. However, it should be available in the next few weeks. Thank you all for your patience!
-
Hey everyone, 🎉 I have an exciting update! 🎉 In a few weeks, we will also be bringing you Recommendations and Starring in the gallery, which will help you start creating more quickly. Sort by recommendations to see your most relevant templates first or bring your favorite templates to the forefront by starring templates…
-
@Shawn Mendisz we will be launching this in a few weeks - stay tuned!
-
Hey @Kathy Landon, this feature is now available! Check out this article I wrote to learn more about how it works. Cheers, Avni Barman Product Manager, Confluence Cloud
-
@Matthew Billington Thank you so much for letting us know! We have implemented the fix. Can you please try again? Thanks!
-
@Linda Schumacher try refreshing your Content Tools page! Maybe another admin deleted that template. If that doesn't work then potentially your template contains unsupported content. In that case, it wouldn't be eligible for conversion. Hope that helps and please don't hesitate to reach out with any more questions!
-
@Bronagh Quinn @Pawel Kowalski @Linda Schumacher The feature is now available! Sorry for the delay and thank you so much for your patience.
-
@Ira Chandler @Rose Eliff yes you will able to use either editor in the Template Gallery just as you would with the regular Create flow. @Darryl St_ Pierre Currently, the template gallery is sorted alphabetically. In the future, you will be able to sort by recommended so that templates are sorted by frequency of use. For…
-
@Pawel Kowalski So sorry for the delay on our end. This feature isn't available yet but I will be sure to reach out to you all here when it is ready - thank you!
-
@Flídr Marcel Blog posts are already templates that you can choose to use in the template browser! Please let me know if you any questions about that! @Peter Kidson we haven't rolled it out yet so that's likely why you haven't been able to star the Legacy Editor template yet. Your instance should get this feature within…
-
@Linda Schumacher you should be able to convert your templates in about a few weeks! I'll make sure to reach out to you here to update you when the feature is ready. @Jen The legacy editor isn't going anywhere. We know that many of you are concerned about all the changes and what they may mean for the future of the legacy…
-
@Robin De Pauw Yes, this will be available for global templates with fully supported content as well!
-
@David at David Simpson Apps @Jen thank you for your questions! Nested macros are not currently supported in the new editor. So, if your template has a nested macro there is no way to convert that today and that template will have to stay in the legacy editor. @Philip Unlike page conversions, any elements not supported in…
-
@Maurice Pasman We plan to keep the old editor around for a while for those that still want to use it. We definitely understand the need for a single, consistent page experience. We’re investing heavily in the new editor to make it the best way for our users to express themselves. We have a bunch of exciting features…
-
@Maurice Pasman I understand your point. Unfortunately, you will not be able to create new pages in the old editor. However, if a template was originally created in the old editor, you will still have access to it and be able to create content with it. @dwinkler Thank you for bringing that up! I will make sure to go…

Your input in the comments helps us understand how this affects you and what you're hoping to accomplish! @Lance Egan I'm glad you are finding page templates useful! This suggestion is a priority for our development team, but I am not able to provide an accurate estimate…
