We are trying to get our own YouTube custom URL. To be eligible, we need to meet the final criteria to have 100 or more subscribers. It's tough trying to reach the goal with organic growth. We appreciate everyone who can lend a helping hand. Thanks in advance. 🙏

It is still possible for the customer to access the customer portal if there is network connectivity. Some possible scenarios: * Customer tries to guess the link * Customer manages access the site via another customer portal/ticket * Existing customers who have created ticket previously The complete solution will depends…

Hi @DA, The new daily digest looks nicer and is useful. Can I suggest another improvement to organize the pages by spaces? That will help users to filter out relevant content easier.

We did a belated post with an infographic on the extra things many Jira admins do at https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6958381309954068480

We wrote a blog post to share Why being a Jira Admin is a tough job. Also included 9 ways on how to reduce the workload of the Jira admins

Hi @Eduardo Oliveira , I have added MindPro Insights to Forge Apps for Jira. The video gave a good introduction to the capabilities of the app.
-
Hi Fredrik, It's updated at Forge Apps for Jira 😄
-
@Tim Clipsham Thanks for getting back on my feedback. It's good to have rules to filter out low quality recommendations.

The usefulness of the related pages will depends on the accuracy of the Confluence as well as the content contributed by the users. Hence I feel this is very challenging to enable it globally by default. While it may be useful for KB articles, there are a few scenarios where related pages information may be suppressed as…

We are also using Canned Response for Jira for our Service Desk. It is a time saver

Hi @Oliver Siebenmarck _Polymetis Apps_ , We have updated the listing in the Forge Apps Directory. Adding colours to labels make it easier for users to pick up labels visually. It can also be used to categorize different types of labels 💡

In case anyone comes across this page. For Confluence Data Center, the plugins are stored in the database within the PLUGINDATA table https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-manually-remove-malfunctioning-add-ons-113705118.html

We are using the Site Statistics for Jira Cloud that we built ourselves using Atlassian Forge framework. It allows Jira Cloud admins to have a quick overview on the number of * issues * projects * custom fields * workflows * groups My favourite feature is the historical charts which tracks the level of utilisation (e.g.…

@Daniel Franz - JXL It has been a long and exciting journey. Thank you for your huge contribution to the ecosystem and the community. I dug up an old screenshot of our first app listing on Marketplace. The design still looks beautiful today. One question: I realised the cloud in the background? Did you guys started…

We have a Search in Child/Descendents/Space feature in Canned Search for Confluence You can use more complicated custom CQL with the CQL Search Macro or CQL Search Table Macro. We wrote a KB article (How to search within a group of pages). Hope it will be helpful.
-
We have simplified searching with Canned Search for Confluence to allow contextual searching anytime anywhere. With Search in Child/Descendents/Space menu options, you can save the effort to edit the pages to add search macros. Check out our guide (How to search within a group of pages) for detailed steps

I missed out 1 more point. Provide plenty of examples. People learn by seeing and copying. That's how I learnt Excel formulas too.
-
Yes, I agree the best way to learn is to get the hands dirty. We get new team members onboard faster by making it necessary to write Confluence pages as part of their work (e.g. Meeting Notes, Release Notes, Developer Notes). Of course we also reduce the learning curve by * quick starter guide to Confluence like macros,…

For dashboards, we built Dashboard Folders for Jira to keep the dashboards organised. This will help to reduce everyone creating a separate dashboard for their own uses. It can also restrict certain groups of users from creating their dashboards.
-
I remember the old days where the view all filters page will evaluate the filters to search for the number of matching issues. They have improved it to skip the search and count display because it can slow down Jira when there are "a lot of filters"
-
That's a creative idea. 👍 You brought up a valid issue because there are so many filters created. For me, I usually prefix it with the project key so that I can find all the related filters by projects. Sometimes a filter is used across multiple dashboards. However, it can still be hard to search for filters in gadgets.…

Boris nailed the drivers for moving to Enterprise concisely. I would like to add a my 2 cents :D Data Residency Since you mentioned 3 countries, Data Residency might be something of value if there is a regulatory requirements. Cost savings in Marketplace Apps subscriptions If there is a small group that needs an app, there…

Hi @Yossef Levi , I did not get the notification of your comment. Only saw it when I came back to the page today. The app is only available for Server and DC currently. We do not have plans for the Cloud version presently. If there are a lot of requests for a Cloud version, we can look into it.
-
Yes, this is a good initiative which allows small teams to unleash the full power of Jira/Confluence Cloud. Hence we are giving our support by signing up our apps for Jira Cloud * Gauge Gadget * Lookup Manager * Multiple Filters Chart Gadget * Three Dimensional Date Gadgets
