Ah, I see. If you are on the free plan you're unable to, as mentioned here.

For Jira Cloud the Jira URL is not completely updatable and doesn't allow for custom domains - yet. All cloud sites have the following format: https://<your organization>.atlassian.net/XXXXXXXXXXX The <your organization> part is customizable, and all URLs within that site will follow the above standard. Custom domains are…

Ah, it is as it says in the first screenshot from the permission helper - you need to be an agent in JSM to edit issues in the project, but to browse projects (which is just being able to view the project and issue data).
-
Can you provide a screenshot of the permission scheme used by your project? Some of those fields would only be available for users with a JSM license

Hello @David Foote and welcome to the Community! Fields that appear in this section are configured in the Issue Layout under the "Hide When Empty" section. If you want fields to always appear without having to expand this section, you'd need to move them above the dashed line. If you want to remove the presence of these…

Hello @Mela , Organizations allow multiple customers to be grouped together to do things like share requests with each other instead of adding multiple people to the request one by one. Additionally, you can add an organization to a service project which brings in all of the customers associated with that organization,…

Hello @Ivin Gamboa , You could accomplish this using an automation rule: Trigger: Field Value Changed (Issue) Condition If/Else Block Condition #1 - Issue Fields Condition (If Issue = Computer not turning on) Action #1 - Set Priority field to value Condition #2 - Issue Fields Condition (If Issue = Faulty Keyboard) Action…

Hello @Ana Figuera , I am not sure I'm understanding - which configuration field screen did you have to replace and what does it look like now? Thanks! Sam

Hmmm no solution yet, but looking at your most recent screenshots it looks like your Sub-Tareas board recognizes that there are 5 issues (subtasks) in the backlog, 6 in the Desarrollo status, and 1 in the Pasaje Prod status. I know you provided a screenshot of your regular board, but is your Sub-Tareas board (that you just…

Hello @Joseph Dennis I'm with @Joseph Chung Yin here, for the JSM issue that has those transitions exposed, what is the workflow behind the issue type of that particular JSM issue? It's possible that there are multiple workflows in your project and the one(s) you checked may not have the "Show Transition in the customer…
-
Hmmm we'll figure this out. Can you post a screenshot of the workflow scheme on your project? Also, if you do an "Advanced Issue Search" using one of the filters above, does the filter appear? Can you also include the workflow that Sub-tasks are using, and include a picture of your board column configuration? Thanks!
-
Hello @michelle.bautista Quick filters only limit the visible data on a board, they do not affect sort order - which happens at the board filter level. A similar question/answer is found here. Hope this helps

Hello @bopanna.kn , You're in the right place, what you can do in the "Knowledge Base" fields is go ahead and search for the article you want to link to. Once the article appears in the search result, go ahead and click the "Share" icon that appears to the right. This button will Share the article as a comment on the JSM…

Can you send me a screenshot of your board's "General" settings?
-
Hello @Clara Martin and welcome to the Community! By default, internal notes are only visible to users with access to your service project. Is there a reason why your clients need to have the "Service Desk" team role? Do they have a JSM license? You could save money by just designating them as customers. Unfortunately…

Hello @Ana Figuera does your Kanban board filter exclude subtasks? I am also assuming that you have subtasks included in the issue type scheme associated with your project?
-
Ah I see - you want to select the object type from the list you've already configured in Insight. I'm afraid I don't know how to select just the different object types, this may be a situation where it's okay to maintain a separate dropdown (I know, not ideal) of values if those values seldom change. If this changes in the…
-
That is also possible, you would just need to adjust the IQL in the insight object field to read the value from another field. Here's additional information on how to set that up. I've done it before so I can tell you that it will work (at least I did it in Cloud but the link I provided this time is for Server/DC).
-
Just realized this is for Server, but the above documentation is Cloud - the function is available in both environments.
-
Ah, you're very close! By default your IQL will only search for objects within the Artikelart object type. Laptop, Monitor, and Handy are separate object types even though they are children of Artikelart. To search for objects inside children object types, you'll want to use the objectTypeAndChildren() function. Hope this…

It's a hit or miss sometimes, but Atlassian does monitor these tickets. It does partly depend on public opinion - i.e. # of votes.
-
Hello @Inna S , I've used and like Scriptrunner behaviours, unfortunately, behaviours are only available on Jira Server/DC, so you wouldn't be able to use that functionality in Cloud. There's an open issue here that you can vote on to add this functionality. Note in the comment thread that you can restrict the creation of…

Hello @[deleted] , and welcome to the Community! You could use an automation rule that is triggered when an object is created within a specific Insight schema. Then select an action that creates an issue.
-
Hello @Vishal It will probably cause more overhead, but you could consider turning off the default "Request Created" customer notification and create a number of different automation rules that send emails based on criteria (such as team). Hope this helps
-
Hello @Jacobo Hernandez Cid and welcome to the Community! I don't know your particular use case(es), but here are two options that might help: * Scriptrunner - allows you to write custom scripts giving you greater control over what happens when. * Automation for Jira - included already in your Jira instance, you may choose…

Hello @Lance Bunnell , and welcome to the Community! You're not missing anything, Forms for Jira is currently not viewable through the mobile app. There's an issue out there to remedy that. Feel free to vote on it to signal to Atlassian that this feature is important. Hope this helps!
-
Hello @Kenan Carames Have you tried the "Issue Comment Edited" trigger? I think this trigger will work based on the use case you described. Hope this helps!

Hello @Abhishek Pandey , and welcome to the Community! I think Phil's answer here will help you. There's a ton of stuff out here on the Community so don't hesitate to ask or search for an answer! Cheers,

Hello @Elen Atanesyan , and welcome to the Community! If you want to choose the specific type of issue you can maintain that through issue types and issue type schemes. Once you identify and create the issue types you need to use, you can group some of those issue types together into an issue type scheme and apply that to…
