If "Asta" and "Bluebeam" are different object types in Insight, then it isn't possible to link them both within one attribute. You would need to create two separate attributes on your object type.
-
Hello @Taylor McLaughlin Does your user account have a Jira Software license? Software-specific functionality is only available if you have a product license.
-
Yes, if I'm understanding you correctly then you should be able to follow the same process. On the right side you can click on "references" and it will show you a count of what's linked. Also, if the above answer helped, please accept the answer so future viewers can be helped!

Hello @Pat Higgins One thing you could do is create a separate page hierarchy that contains content for your contractors, then in the other page hierarchies restrict the top level pages to just internal users. For example, if you had 3 top level pages, and each of those top level pages had children pages, and one of those…

Hello @Danielle David , if I understand correctly, you want to do a one to many relationship (e.g. 1 employee to multiple laptops). This is possible. For the attribute in question, click on the settings cog icon, then select cardinality, then select the maximum number of objects that be selected or "unlimited", then select…

It took me a while to understand this concept, but essentially there's a difference between project data and project functionality. For Jira Software, yes she has access to the project data and can view some things simply because she has been given project access. However, the ability to manage sprints is specifically a…

Hello @Minea Rodriguez Rosas and welcome to the Community! Do you know who your administrator is on your site? They should be able to look up your user account and determine the status. Also are you trying to access Jira Service Management as a customer (on the portal) or as an agent (requires a license)?
-
Sorry for the late response, that call looks right, I'm assuming that transition 91 is the status change you want to make? I can't see what the API return in your above response, would you mind posting it?
-
Got it. You actually cannot change the status field directly like you can with other custom fields. To do that you would need to use the HttpRequest for transition issue (that I linked above) instead of the edit issue. Here's a similar thread that you should also reference. Hope this helps!
-
Hello @Anh A welcome to the Community! I'm not quite what you're trying to do exactly, but looking at this I'm guessing you're trying to change the status of a specific issue? If that's the case, you'll probably want to use the transition issue request. Hope this helps
-
Hello @Jenniffer Leal - Welcome to the Community! Can you provide additional information? If you are looking to view the due date on issues from your dashboard, you could do the following: - Create a filter in Jira and save it - In your dashboard, select edit, then choose the "Filter Results" gadget - Select the filter…

No problem!

Hello @Conor Finch , welcome to the Community! What is the JQL for the All Open queue?
-
I've had numerous discussions with Atlassian regarding this, and yes the Community won't be able to help in this case but I was told that CJIS compliance is not on the roadmap and probably won't be for a while (if at all). They recommended moving to Data Center for these use cases.
-
Hello @achal.anikethan You'll want to change your JQL to say status WAS ToDo or status was in (ToDo) More documentation on this is available here. Hope this helps!
-
This was exactly my first thought, if your workflow isn't clearing the resolution field upon reopen then it's very likely that your JQL in your "Assigned to Me" queue is resolution = unresolved and assignee = currentUser()
-
We noticed a change in the quality of our tickets by including an Acceptance Criteria section. We use the Given...When...Then model, but the use case is the same - they're the definition of done. Good points here!
-
Hello @Rodriguez, Jhon Ronald For the JQL in your queue, you can include: "Request participants" = currentUser() and that will work for your user and any other user logged in. Hope this helps

"Don’t look for a tip or trick to pass the certification, instead, go the long way, learn how the product can help fulfill various use cases." This. A million times this.

1.) How does your team currently tackle training? Right now it's every person for themselves! It's not great but we'll encourage the self-initiators and reward them but we don't have a structure for training in place unless it's HR training. I'm taking some steps to formalize this for Atlassian Certs (Slack group, regular…

You're awfully close! Instead of a manual trigger, do a scheduled trigger instead so it's runs automatically. Then for the branch rule select JQL and use the JQL clause updated < -4w . If you want to specifically query by the last commented date, then you would need a marketplace application such as JQL Search Extensions.…

Your best bet would be to reconstruct the URL as the response won't return anything beyond what you posted above. Don't forget when reconstruction to use .net instead of .com!
-
You could include CustomFieldA and CustomFieldB in the create screen for all projects, but in the Field context for CustomFieldA and CustomFieldB, limit the context to just being available for Project10.

It shouldn't be the dev team's responsibility to manage who does what work, that's for your high level teams to manage. Dev teams should be aware of what's in their backlog and self-organize to get their work done. The business team can/should create multiple issues if that is needed to track the work across multiple…

Hello @Stephen C Hauer This seems like an interesting use case - why would you want to keep as sub-tasks in the first place? if they move independently across a workflow but you need to keep them linked to a parent ticket, it would be better to create a link type "parent/child" with "is child of" and "is parent of"…

If you're on Confluence Server you could set up a firewall between your public Confluence space on your internal server and the public. Users VPN'd to your network (if that exists) could then access your content.

Hello @Bea Tea What you could do is configure an automation rule in your project to send an email. For your automation rule, you can use the following: You may want to use a different trigger (i.e. issue transitioned to "Done" or something similar) and you may want to use a different action (e.g. adding a comment to the…

Hello @Clifford Perea Tasks, Stories, and Bugs in Jira (at least the default configuration) live at the same level and are classified in Jira as "standard" issue types. Jira also has another issue type classification, called "sub-task" issue types, which allow you to create and maintain different issue types that live at…
