Hi @Andrew Fraser - you can now directly create alerts and on-call schedules in Compass. See our announcement in that regard. We are rolling this more broadly in the next few weeks.
-
Hi @Michael Wright - could you pls expand on what functionality are you referring to, when it comes to integrating Compass and StatusPage?
-
Hi @Sara Tucker - you maybe interested to know that we are building alert and on-call capabilities in Compass. See this post where we announced early access availability for this. We expect to roll this out fully in next few weeks.
-
Hi @Ken Young - as I mentioned in your other query, we are releasing alert and on-call capability in Compass. We are currently in early access program but starting the rollout from now until early November. So you can expect to see this soon.
-
@Ken Young you would be interested to know that we are building on-call natively in JSM. Currently, this is in early access form. However, it will be available to most customers by early November.
-
@Batrak Daria you wouldn't see Incidents from JSM in Compass. You would see the same Alerts in JSM and Compass though. Currently, we are in early access program. Most customers would see this live in November.

Hi @Rachael Garbee have you tried moving issues rather than doing import/export? We have done work in preserving epic links when moving issues. So curious to know if it works for you. Thanks.

Thank you for your appreciation @Maciej Opala Cheers, Abhinaya

Hi @Jack Hunter _HeroCoders_ thanks for testing the feature and letting us know your feedback. Yes, we don't have support for assignee/reporter yet in next-gen. For the moment, you can work with users and groups. Cheers, Abhinaya

@Neetu Verma are you sure you are using a next-gen JSW project? If you are not sure, can you please send a screenshot and we can let you know. Thanks!

@[deleted] we don't translate the article. However, this related content is in Japanese. Is it useful and does it address what you are looking for? https://support.atlassian.com/ja/jira-software-cloud/docs/next-gen-permissions/

@DWS admin please note that this feature has been shipped to next-gen. You are in a classic project which is why you are not seeing it. Please refer to the first screenshot in my article. @Chris Faulkner "People" page turned into "Access" for next-gen projects. For classic, it is still called "People".

Hi @Boris Berenberg - Atlas Authority I'm not sure I understand your question. Could you please elaborate?
