Thanks @Christine P. Dela Rosa - count me in in December ☺️
-
I love snack-y 😂👏
-
Something warm and cosy - a blanket ☺️
-
Same here @Dave LIAO 😂
-
Exciting 😉
-
Thanks @Fabienne Gerhard already saw this and would love to, but my schedule is packed… @Christine P. Dela Rosa any chance to get a rough estimate of the effort behind?
-
Thank you @Christine P. Dela Rosa - the speaker / light is so cool ☺️
-
I missed it 🥲
-
I can‘t decide for a favourite, because it depends on the content how I would like to get it „presented“. Fun is always a good thing and I would go for AMA written and Dear work therapist.
-
I can‘t make it today, but I will watch the recording 😀
-
Thanks @Sedera Randria - already had these things in mind but: what discussions do you have about chocolate: who ate most of it or about the taste? ;-)
-
+1 for asking of they are ok or need support old school type - DONT: ask them to be more onsite to control them … (that behaviour is reoccuring at the moment)
-
Leaving Post-it Stickers with nice words on the co-workers desks to welcome them back at the Office — leaving a hint to our refilled sweet tooth box online/ offline: coffee chat as first thing on Monday mornings to check how they are doing and if they need to switch any meetings or task because of some private needs…

Wait… where is the lavender plant gone too? A speaker is cool too ☺️
-
@John Funk 2+3 are absolutely feasible, 1 depends on the big C and a budget ☺️
-
Totally agreed @Christine P. Dela Rosa
-
When you figured out the code for the abbreviations ist is ok, but until… and you can Check them in our Intranet. @Christine P. Dela Rosa the Problem is more, that many „Oldies“ are talking in „Company wordings and abbreviations“ and either you ask every time or you try to follow their expressions and look them up…
-
That recorded Name Feature is the coolest thing I ever heard regarding contact books and organizational help
-
@Cheri Hansen for sure an important point to always keep in mind, that it might not work out as wished and have something different prepared :-)
-
Thank you soooooo much @Daniel Ebers !!! It's so nice of you to put so much effort into compiling these many helpful points. And yes, I still have three weeks until the first colleague starts and then another three months for the second - so always was thinking about that reoccurring storming phase. I hope that with these…
-
Good point on the "outside influences" @Benjamin
-
Thank you very much @Christine P. Dela Rosa for you input. I read it and thought "yes, that's right"! What I can say: we are all open for a new start and communicate openly. Cross fingers!
-
@Curt Holley + 1 - thanks for adding this :-) This is my main mantra: be open, transparent, honest & reliable (as a team leader)
-
Thanks @John Funk
-
@Suvradip Paul Especially your points 1+3 are the main part I think - collective decisions are really build trust and team spirit
-
oh yes... many abbreviations flying around :-) - Company abbreviations - departments - process steps - .... And indeed we started a glossary when we relaunched the project management process recently. It helps a lot :-)
-
Reverse dogfooding would be interesting - does Atlassian use some Non-Atlassian Tools and if, why? Somehow related to @Daniel Ebers question
-
+1 for Org Chart + abbreviations Colleague xyz - to check if he / she is still there room planning - to find your desk job portals - outside the company ;-)
-
