Hello @Efleda Brophy Elements Spreadsheet has just released a new version that includes drop-down lists. You can see what it looks like in an article I just published to show how the latest features work:…

Hi @Alex Ransome welcome to Confluence! If you would like the spreadsheet information on your Confluence page to be automatically updated as soon as a change is made, you will probably want to use some kind of a macro and avoid referencing/attaching an Excel file. If you store/save some data source outside of Confluence,…

Hi @Boris Maksimov You see a demonstration of our Elements Connect app for Cloud in the beta version in this blog article: https://blog.valiantys.com/en/apps/connect-for-jira-cloud-sql/ If you'd like to sign up to try be part of the beta, you can do that here.

Hi @Ian Fallon Let me check with our Support team.

@Humberto GomesHave you tried this on an Epic that doesn't have any linked issues yet? The tutorial has you hide the native Jira panel so you aren't seeing the same issues twice in two different panels, but if you hid the native panel before linking any issues to the Epic, the Elements Copy & Sync panel will not show up…

@Humberto GomesI'm checking with our support team, and should have an answer soon.

Thanks for the recommendation @Leonard Chew ! @Humberto GomesWe actually have a tutorial in our documentation for how to configure the display of issues in epics using Elements Copy & Sync. To give you an idea of what it could like (granted the image shows sub-tasks), here are three data panels with different fields…

Hi @stefan.a.ruiz Is the size of the table still small when you publish the page? The appearance of macros is often different between the edit and publish display of the page, and your picture shows the page in edit mode.

Hi @David Stallard , I work for Elements, and we have an app which might work for you: Elements Checklist. You can create advanced checklists with options like select lists. For example, you could create a Checklist that looks like this: I've created this example checklist with two attributes: the first one a select list…

Hi, I was also looking for this feature and posted about it: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-questions/Layouts-and-single-column-segments/qaq-p/1190658 Looks like the new Cloud editor does not let you mix and match multiple layouts on one page in the same way as Server. Laura

@Shahram Atrian I'm really happy to hear Elements Connect meets your needs. You might be interested in looking at our app Elements Copy & Sync, since it allows allows you to create linked issues with specific fields copied into the new issues. If you have a moment, we hope you can leave a review on the Marketplace for…

Hi @Nalani KelleyMarsh If you want people to be able to collaborate on the calendar schedule on Confluence, a specific Confluence macro might be better than using Excel. I work at Elements that makes Elements Spreadsheet, which might meet your needs. Laura
-
The article mentions the functionality is available for Data Center only, and since you're on Cloud, that must be the reason you don't have the option.
-
Hi @Joanne Penwell , You'll probably have an easier and better (and more collaborative) experience creating diagrams with one of the macros made specifically for Confluence. Check out the apps in the Atlassian Marketplace to see if there's something that meets your needs:…
-
Hi @Yezz A. , I'm going to assume you mean you have lots of open, non-resolved tickets, that you would like to close (for one reason or another). This would mean changing the resolution field, which can be done as a post-function when you move an issue from one status in a workflow for another. For example, if you have an…

Hi @Eric Monfette , You are looking for a way to list your Jira issues in Confluence and count them? One way to do this would be to export your search results as a CSV file, convert to an Excel file, and then import into Confluence using the Elements Spreadsheet macro. You can use a formula to count the issues, and…
-
Hi @Camille Dorr The app Elements Copy & Sync could help you with that. Elements Copy & Sync allows you to configure Data panels for your linked issues, and you can specify which fields are displayed. In this example, we've created three panels to organize linked issues by their status (To do, in progress, done), and then…

Hello @Juvenal_Jose_de_Moura_Junior , Elements is currently working on a Cloud version of our server app Elements Connect, which enables you to connect Jira custom fields with external data sources like SQL databases (and other data sources). We are currently recruiting for the beta program, and we'd be happy if you would…

Hello @Nuwan Vithanage Would you be interested in participating in a beta program and answering some questions about how you use Jira? Elements is currently working on a Cloud version of our most popular server app Elements Connect (formerly nFeed) to meet the needs of companies migrating from server to Cloud, and we are…

Hi @Andreas Kobler The app Elements Copy & Sync might be the solution you are looking for. You can read here about some of the different ways you can use the app to either copy, link, or synchronize information between Jira Service Desk and Jira Core. Let me know if you have any questions. Laura

Hi, I'm with the Elements team and our app Elements Spreadsheet might meet your needs too. If you want to see some images of how it looks in Confluence, this blog post is handy: https://elements-apps.com/blog/manage-data-confluence/ With Elements Spreadsheet, you can export your data by clicking on the export button at the…
-
@DiegoThanks for sharing the existing issues; I've voted for the first. Your mentioned workaround would work if I wanted the entire page to have the same layout, but I often use different layouts in different segments. I'll have to watch the issue.
-
Pretty sure no one will be able to create an issue (the button will not be available) if the summary field is empty (the case if the field is hidden). You could try updating the summary field after the issue creation, but it can't be empty on issue creation.
-
Hi, the summary field is a required field since it's the title of the issue, and if you hide it you won't be able to create any issues. It's one of the hard rules of Jira. Perhaps making the component field required on your issue creation screen would help since you can configure the values of the component field and it…

We usually set up the top level page for a Space or even just the top level of a page tree like a website homepage. We put links to important child pages, explain where content is, use images as linked buttons, etc. Some of our pages just have the child pages macro and serve as a table to contents for the child content.

Elements Copy & Sync is another app that will let you do this.
