I have requested assistance from the Atlassian support team. This might be a widespread issue.

Hi @Daniel Rauhut I don't have any free account but all my instances are ok. When I did have a free account, I haven't encounter this exact situation. Could be something buggy. I remember when I couldn't search my issues at all and it suddenly work coming back to it the later part of the day or next day. My issue could…

Same with @Kris Klima _K15t_ . Doesn't look like this is fully roll out. Even trying to manually search it in the library, i don't see it listed yet. Stick with excerpts for now till sync bloks arrive.

@Marino Poletine , For something simpler, you can just create a stand alone board. First, create a filter to capture all the tickets or epics from all your teams that you are tracking. Apply the filter to the new board upon creation. Now you should see the state of all the epics and issues on a single board including what…

Hi @Norlin Monzon , Agree @Florian Bonniec here. Unlikely to be recovered once its been purged. Just tag this post as confluence cloud as your hosting type since this is likely what it is. May get more traction.

Hi @Dylan , The navigation can be different on cloud as project has started becomes spaces in most instances. In you do not see the same exact things in your navigation, you will need to go to space settings and then customer permission and uncheck the box to not shared with their organization. Another thing to turn off…

Hi @William Spicer , Since you are on a free plan, you are unlikely to raise a support ticket in this case. The only way to transfer org admin is through any current org admin who is available. If you can still login, you may consider creating your own site and bring over the tickets to the new site.

Gotcha. Did you raise a support ticket? Link below: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

HI @Artem Semenov , Not sure if you can monitor it unless it shows up in the log. Like any performance parameter, I would do so with caution to understand why my system is at this state. Is it something that part of the way the system has schedule due the actual working activity? or is it some automation or triggers that…

HI @Genesis_Lebron-Coll , I have not encounter this issue myself. Usually, the fastest way for Marketplace Apps answer, I directly to their support. Appfire, in my experience, has fairly good support and response times. Here's the link:…

Hi @Jacqueline Buhrdorf , Since you are on a paid plan, should be able to raised a support ticket for this regard. https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact Usually, the turn around time is pretty good in my experience. -Ben

Seen all kinds of oddities. Applying mini waterfalls within scrum. Applying monolithic process. Everyone brings experience and creativity in their own way. The main thing is to help them identify better ways of working if they are willing to listen and have an open dialogue. Policing won't help since it would likely cause…

Hi @Shannon Buxton , For kanban boards, there is a sub query filter that limits how long a completed item. By default, it's either 2 or 4 weeks. That could one potential cause. The other is do you have any quick filters that would prevent those issues from showing up? Perhaps the swim lane is collapsed.
-
Hi @Gustavo Marques da Silva , The one thing I can think of is there a possible permission issue. Have you tried uploading manually with the same user that is use to action the automation action?
-
This is awesome. I stumble on to this on the cert portal and came back here to confirm. I had one question: Will this cert still apply to the work collection destination? Thanks, Ben

HI @Srini Ampavati , Welcome! It may be exactly like this but you can create something similar with advance planning. Here's a guide and tutorial: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/advanced-roadmaps/overview#how-to-get-started You can add start data, end date, dependency as needed. Hope this helps!

Hi @Alin Oana , Would suggest to contact Scriptrunner vendor directly and raised a support ticket: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6820/scriptrunner-for-jira?tab=support Since you are able to view Jira system logs, I'm thinking you are actually on Jira Data Center and not Jira Cloud. You may want to change the…

HI @James Kelly Welcome. That is not a capability out of the box in the Jira UI. Here's the possible configuration that can be done: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-file-attachments-938847851.html You can primarily block by file extension. You may want to look through the Atlassian marketplace…

Hi @Ben Foran , This is unusual behavior indeed. Would definitely try creating with a new database as @Rajat Pratap Singh mentioned. hopefully, its a one-off issue. That error would require Atlassian Support as that React message is referring to the server application to support the Confluence Cloud. This is something that…
-
HI @Abhilash Tumbagonahalli Sriranga , As @Matteo Vecchiato also mention, there is limited detail in the log. This is what is supported currently in the log: https://support.atlassian.com/assets/docs/view-process-results/ What may help is to prepare the data based on Atlassian guidelines which should theoretically…
-
HI @Samantha Johnson , If you are referring to a board, then the columns should be the same for everyone else when you make the changes. Users shouldn't be able to make change to the columns unless they have board admin access. Unless, you have a team managed projects, then the experience may be different. I know for sure…
-
Strange. I can login into my confluence without issue. Also, check the global Atlassian Cloud status and it seems to be fine. https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ Perhaps, your org admin can check on your user access on your Confluence site. Maybe some issue there.
-
Hi @Jason Bullock , Good question. It's been a while. It's usually a set it and forget it configuration. I don't recall performing to step for the integration to work. Plus the step is optional. Would suggest to move forward without it but do make sure you have a user that is not part of the crowd directory in case of any…

Hi @Veerapindi Satyanarayana , Every instance is different and there isn't a one size fits all template for all migrations. It will primarily depend on the marketplace apps you have, integration, your Jira data profile. Learning about Atlassian Migration tool will be the first start:…

Hi @sihyoun_park Welcome! You can't delete users if you don't specifically managed their accounts. You can remove them from your site or change their permissions where they don't have access to any of your applications. Here's a starting guide about users on cloud:…

Disneyland was my favorite. As I got older, I was more into rollercoasters and would prefer to go to six flags. I'm glad to have experience theme parks when I was a kid. Now, it brings back so much memories and nostalgia. Especially, when I went there while I was attending Team 25 during the same week.

Happy Jira Admin Day! Still see workflows that shock me where I need to shift to all corners of the planet just to see the entirety of it. More status than there are in the numbers of days in a month. There is a great feeling when you do help simplify the whole workflow. IYKYK. -Ben
-
hi @Jason Bullock Welcome! The documentation that you have in referring to configuring SSO on a older version of Confluence. Based on your deployment, you are configuring for Jira 10.3.8. If I remember correctly, it should came pre-installed. If not, you'll need this:…
-
Hi @Tijl De Blander , Welcome! I've seen this once or twice before, I either clear the cache or come back to logging in after working on another task. If either of those options doesn't work, raised the support request with Atlassian to investigate your instance. Especially, if this is widespread across your team and…

HI @Documentação Welcome. Technically, it is possible. You can already export the DB to a file. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/export-your-database-data/ Then you would just use api to upload the file to your other tool or parse the file and input that information at the destination. -Ben
