HI @Dennis_H I would recommend using jira automation. You can set rules trigger by transition and e-mail to specific user. In the body of that e-mail, you can use smart key values to pull the creation date of the ticket. Also, you can connect to your favorite chat tools like slack or teams to send a chat message reminder…

Hi @Sumit Agarwal I don't think so. It's the behavior of the group by option. Another options is to run a filter on all the issues that have label a, b, and c and bulk tag them with another label. Let's say "z". Then run a group by label on "z".

Reminds me of waterfalls. There's a county or national park not too far where I'm located where if you hike all the way till the end, there is waterfall to cool off. Nothing like Niagara Falls.:) More like a calmer stream of water where you can sit and relax and be in your own thoughts.

Hi, It seems like this is on cloud. You should reach out to Atlassian support and raise a ticket. Atlassian should be able to check the system on what could be at fault and remediate it. There's limited visibility as an end-user. -Ben

Hi @Lydia M , You are likely doing everything right. Unfortunately, there are projects that probably allow all users or all license users to view their projects. So, when your client logs in, they can access those other projects. If your company has Jira Service Management projects, that may be another option. In Jira…
