HI @Marko Turic , Not sure if there's a bug in that version. After you attach the files, are you able to download it back with no issue? Is the preview only isolated to you? If so, you have want to try clear your cache. If you are still running into issue, you may want to try the PDF Macro to see if its helps with the…

HI @Selena Farris , As long as you have the option to edit the board and have access to the card details, you can actually add up to 3 fields. However, not board types have this. It depends on your project setup. I have this option in my software project board that's running scrum. In another I have that is not scrum, it…

HI @Wilson Lima , If the JSM projects are all within the same instance, you can use built-in Jira automation to do this. If all the Jira JSM projects are on various instance, you'll likely need to look into marketplace apps to integrate across multiple instances. Jira Automation would be best if that is your scenario.…

HI @dayanas , Issue key field can be use in various places in Jira. Do you have additional info like where are you performing this sorting this action and on what platform(on-prem or cloud)? Do you have screenshots you can share. For example, in filter/JQL search list view, it should work.

Welcome @Yousif Hassan This is by design. Whenever filtering is used, the list of issue turns into a list and all the expanding& collapsing is disabled. You'll see this message when you try to expand all.

Agree. Definitely would be helpful to have. Possibly a shift to focus on cloud offerings.

As far as I know, it has never been blank for me. I just check my instance out and I have the same experience with it being alphabethical order. I tried other projects and I get default value in all cases. Looks to be the expected behavior. I look at the settings in the linking page and there no option to leave blank. The…

Hi @Nicola Bonner , You would need to contact your ORG admin of the Atlassian Org you are trying to log into. They have the ability to deactivate or remove accounts. HI @asadiq , Welcome! Pretty much can use Jira for many industries including education. Jira is design flexible to adapt to different ways of working. I would suggest to create a free cloud instance to give it a go. All the best!

Hi @Matthew Martin , I haven't seen a mechanism either. In cloud, there is a usage dashboard: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/view-your-automation-usage/ I see that you mention data Center. You can pull stats off the DB to get usage information you need in order to make informed decisions on which…

HI @Jedsada Rangsethienchai , Would recommend simplifying to just 2 automations. For the 1st approver, just add the email action at the bottom for the Travel reimburse automation instead of having it separately. Same for the 2nd approver. IT should email once it's combine and the automation is triggered.

HI @Rosa M Fossi , I know when SLA is updated, it will update accordingly. IF your data that you are referring to is in a SLA custom field, then I would say possibly since removing the SLA doesn't remove the custom field. Since you are on sandbox, you probably can run a test to see the result before deciding to do so on…

Hi @Robin doston There's lots of information spread throughout the Atlassian community. This questions has been ask by various members throughout the years. Having pass the ACP-100 myself, it is best to practice and setup up your own test instance. Follow the Atlassian documentation for jira administration. Once you have…

Ideally, I would like to see AI put together stats about the effectiveness of each meeting. * Clear Agenda * Clear Goals and expected outcomes * Was outcomes achieve? Then just Summarize the above and place it in a Confluence page automatically.

Can't say any of my list are interesting or out of the ordinary. More functional than anything. * Grocery and Expenses Speaking of travel. I don't have a list but I do enjoy looking through all my passports once in a while to see all the places I've been and the unique stamps of each country.

Welcome @Georgina Everett , Haven't encounter a way to just replace or overwrite just portion of the text. Another way to approach it is to possibly create a hidden field that has a copy of the original summary when the issue was created. That way you can do something like this {{issue.parent summary}}…

HI @Vara Prasad , Do you have further information about what platform you are running Jira on? If you are just looking to remove user access, you can just remove the users from the project setting page. If you have many users on the systems and you want remove all permissions to the project, then you can apply a new…
-
HI @Martin Neal , There should be built-in monitoring tools available for most virtual machines that can monitor all various system resources. If the application is already terminated, then there's probably no use to look at the system info. System info will show the memory consumption. in Jira admin panel. In many…

Welcome @Chad Thomsen . That isn't possible out of the box at the moment. Ticket has been raised: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-75403 Only can do a simple placeholder text. If another line is needed, then go to the next line and add a placeholder text. Another way is to have a text ready in text doc and copy…

Hi Rotem, Could be an API issue. However, before I perform an integration, I usually would validate the process before setting up automation with API calls. That's is the most realiable way to do it based on my own experience. If it can't be done in the UI manually, then it doesn't make sense to start automating. A few…
