Hi @Todd Winton , I've only used API calls using token as authorization to the cloud. Perhaps can create an account with limited access and create a token. Then making a call out to get a confluence page. Maybe possible with a guest account if a token can be generated.

Hi @Jeremy Tatro , You will need to add a resolution screen to the resolved status. What you do is create a screen with resolution field. Then add it to the resolved status in your workflow. Once you move it to resolved, you'll be prompted for resolution option and a box for comment. -Ben

Hi @Tom , As long as it's the notification scheme has watchers role for all the project events, you should be able to receive the e-mail notification. This will need to be done by Jira Admin. Here's the details: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-email-notifications-938847633.html Please keep in…

HI @Dakota Beres , There's not an easy way unfortunately since they can be used in workflows, automation, and permission schemes. There's a ticket raised to get usage: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71967 Would recommend removing all the groups that have 1 or 0 members. Then start looking through the permission…

Nice and clear Demo!

Great to hear. Thanks @Allison L Wenner for sharing!

HI @Sandesh TM , You'll need an add-on for this to augment the behavior or to add dynamic fields based off a result of another field. Look into the following add-ons: * Extension for Jira Service Management * ScriptRunner

Hi @Ahmed, Raneez , The Table of Contents should work in cloud. However, not sure how your script works. Confluence editor is different from the cloud. So, it might be best to add the content in the old editor for compatibility and then convert it from confluence. I haven't seen this issue using Confluence Migration Tool.…

Hi @RICARDO CORONADO RAMIREZ , This is not easily possible. This is a field set by the system when the resolution is set. You'll probably need to see about reimporting the issues and the resolution of the date you need. See post below:…

@Chrystal Ashmore , Yes, you can leave comments in the PDF. Here's the document on how you go about using the feature: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-and-comment-on-files/ Hope this helps.

Hi @Mark Aiello There was a similar post https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-uninstall-an-App/qaq-p/2382347 If you end the subscription, should be able to uninstall the app. Perhaps,to raise a support ticket to remove it from the backend. Sometimes I do encounter strange quirks similarly because of…

Hi @ramyaallena , Here's where to find the upgrade documentation. Just select the version in which you want to update to. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0822/upgrading-jira-applications-1142237108.html Hope this helps
-
HI @Caleb Miller , Is it just isolated to your customer? Are you able to receive notification? If it just her, maybe it's her personal notification settings. Also, have her check junk/spam e-mail as well. Hope this helps.

HI @Rita Arellano Try going through the steps of this knowledge base article to test if it works for you. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-create-confluence-page-automatically-with-jira-issue-content-once-jira-issue-created-1189506097.html and then adjust it your set of automation rules. Maybe missing the…

Most Welcome. Tried reviewing the documentation on guest. Didn't see anything in the article that shows other roles having that permission. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/

Hi @Mark.Bruneman , Would start first on what is requirements the team is looking for in a document management tool? 1. Possibly if looking for collaborative documentation. 2. Not sure if teams is the way to go. Usually, it organize based not the channels. Possible Sharepoint maybe something better to use if using…

Hi @Chris Collie , As far as I'm aware of, they'll need that level of access to managed users. Org/site admins would add the users to the instance, however, space admins will be the ones assigning the guest to the space.

Hi @jay , Welcome. This is not configurable in cloud. The cloud already has a built in SMTP server to send notifications. See similar post below: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/how-to-configure-SMTP-server-on-jira-cloud/qaq-p/1571371

Nice. Looking forward to the apps for ITSM and DevOPs!
-
All the best. Every Atlassian Account is unique. One thing that will probably be asked is which one will be the primarily account use to login Ince it's merged.
-
HI @Reyna , You Welcome. You can look into: * Project automation for Jira * ScriptRunner For automation within a workflow: * JSU * JMWE OR you may want to create your own setup. Embed a widget into the website and have a java/python script to parse the data and create tickets using Jira APIs.

Most Welcome!

Okay. You may want to post your question in the Third party apps and integration group. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Apps-Integrations/ct-p/atlassian-marketplace or contact the vendor as well…
-
HI @Nenad Mijailovic , Used the add-on a while back but don't recall ever needing to prepopulate the groups except other add-ons. May want to reach out the vendor for support: https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/user/login?destination=portal%2F11

Hi @Sergio Torres , It may be possible to have your own AI bot trained with specific confluence pages. However , have not seen one embedded. May want have an FAQ page for a start, so team members can look through as a starting point. Thanks!
-
HI @Colette , It might be the lucid account permission that use to integrate. See this similar post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Lucid-Chart-app/qaq-p/1731305 Hope this helps.

Hi @Gabriel Alves Coelho , Not sure if this can be done without apps. May help to add more context to the issue. Where are you applying the syntax and where do you want to display the results? Possibly on a dashboard?
-
@Allison L Wenner There isn't a way to merge accounts. Possible could contact Atlassian to see if can be possible through backend procedures.

HI @Reyna , That's not the intended design of an issue collector. It's for collecting feedback from a user where a user enter info on a form and submit it and becomes a single ticket for a particular project. IF there's a need on the issue collector feature, then what can be done is have the issue be created. Then create…
