  • HI @Michael Pankau , Can't fully remember exactly the steps. But you would look into using branches in your rules set where based on changes in sub-task/parent, it would update vice versa. However, you are on the right track using automation rules to do this. Hope this helps
  • HI @Vini Vincent , Field configuration is more for how a field should behaved. It usually would have mostly all fields available when they're created. In field configuration, for example, you can configure whether the field is optional or required or hidden. However, this does not impact what's actually displayed on your…
  • Welcome @Ky M ! Should be able to attach files while testing. Like results and screenshots. However, How would attaching files avoid opening issue again? If an issue happens again, would generally open up another ticket for another release that introduce the issue.
  • HI @Violet Baker , There isn't a straight forward way. Here's a similar post with some suggestions from our wonderful community members: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Work-Management-Questions/Create-Release-across-multiple-projects/qaq-p/1875717
  • HI. @Lynn Liu Welcome to the community. I haven't an out of the box solution natively in Jira. I would suggest the same to try out the add-ons. Usually add-ons provide a 30 day trial. IF you can go through your internal process and be permitted to install the plugin, then should test it out. You want to make sure it…
  • Hi. @Eric Prunty Can't say that I have encounter this problem or work with others that have reported similar issue. Would clearing cache or using incognito help on version 128 for you?
  • HI @philipf , Welcome! Haven't encounter an issue with fields disappearing the create issue screen. Once a field is added, it should be there unless its set as hidden in your field configuration scheme. If you can provide steps on how you are configuring the setup, that may shine some light on what could be other possible…
  • HI @Bim Lloyd , Before starting, you need to complete the domain claiming process. Always start with a small test before syncing everything. Start with one groups with a few members just to make sure everything is working right with the integration. Not 100% sure but I recall the existing groups are left alone. Again start…
  • HI @Michael Church , You'll probably want to start first to integrate the two together. Here's a related post to point you in. that direction: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-questions/Jira-Automation-rule-to-get-on-call-user/qaq-p/1829375 Hope this helps.
  • HI, I didn't see this issue. I created an issue on the board and add it to the sprint and observe it update the activity log. Wondering if this could be a bug. Is this specific to this one task? or are you able to recreated this with any task you create going forward?
  • HI @Alejandro Guillen , Welcome. Should be able to import issues to an existing project. Have you tried follow along the Jira documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/
  • You welcome. Look like it's complaining about the expression you have with 53,57. It should be just an integer based on the examples. What exactly are you trying to calculate? Have you tried replacing a number instead of using 53,57?
  • Hi @PJ Dal Pozzo , You can use Teams or individuals. Not groups. Here's information how to create teams: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/start-an-atlassian-team/ Here's information on notifying teams: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/mention-a-person-or-team/
  • I. can see. your. screenshot now. Looks like you. have 2 confluence instance. One on each site/org. If you are an org admin to one of the site you don't want, you should be able to delete it. Just need to delete the confluence instance and any other products in that org.
  • HI @Shishir Tanwar , Welcome. There's doesn't seem to be a screenshot attached. You may want to contact Atlassian support in case it's something that needs to be clean up on the backend of the cloud. instance. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ -Ben
  • HI @Lara Willmuth Welcome. Looks like you. are trying to calculate x cost based on some formula with logged time. This article might help you in the direction you are heading: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Calculated-field-in-the-cloud/qaq-p/2224242
  • HI @Brandon Catlett , Welcome. You may. want to consider Jira automation. Sounds like something that can be done with this approach. See documentation below: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/working-with-incoming-webhook-data-in-automation-for-jira-1125878776.html I'm not sure about using issue linking to a totally…
  • Hi @Henrik Notlev , Welcome. Should be able to raise a support ticket through here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ If another organization has taken that domain, you won't be able to use it. If that's the case, you may need to consider another. -Ben
  • HI @Mounika Cheekireddy , Welcome. Is there something different about the 2 rows than the rest. What kind of formatting are you expecting? Do you have an example? Thanks!

  • Hi @Jo Wright , That is the correct behavior. I haven't seen a way to simplify this approach. I checked into whether hiding comments could be an option by specific end-users. However, two tickets have been raised to Atlassian regarding this. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-70459…
  • Welcome @Marquis Harris . Here's the documentation to setup your hours, days and holidays. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-sla-calendars/ Once setup, you can apply that calendar to the SLA of your choice.
  • Hi @Lan Anh The way JSM is design is that the other fields is for agents. All communications going forward with the customer would be through comments. There are add-ons out there that would expose certain fields. I have found apps to be limited in what fields to expose but worth a check if things have improved. In this…
  • Hi @Robert Leachman , Here's a posting regarding a similar topic. It also provides some alternative plugins for DC. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Adding-color-custom-field/qaq-p/898679 I find that apps like these are straight forward since it's mapping colors based on the field value. From the…
  • HI @Hank Church , I know that the viewing page is tracked in insights. However, I don't recall viewing as part of an automation rules set. Rules are usually around keeping the content up to date and lifecycle of documentation
  • Hi @Thomas.Tschuor , Here's the documentation what needs to be done in order to link tickets between project https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-linking/# You should also have browse project permission in order to see the tickets to link as well. Hope this helps.
  • Hi @Kevin , Each member will need to update their own profile. Administrators do have the capability to update user profiles if needed. I see that you mention your system is on cloud but tagged as data Center. Depending on your platform, it is slightly different. In Cloud, unless your account is claimed by the Admin to be…
