Hi @Kristin Lyons , External Monitors Tools will definitely handle this use case. As far as out of the box goes, there's a limit to what can be monitor and configured. That doesn't seem like one of the configurations available. Here's the documentation:…

Hi @Pedro Pintado , If I recall, you should be able to drag and drop the row above the HW-Electronics. Just like how it's done one excel. This works on task list as well. -Ben

Hi @Jonathan Watters , Do you have permission to browse and add issue in the other project? That maybe the reason why this issue is occurring. Although, you may have permission to move a ticket from the current project, you not have sufficient permissions in the other. A further inspections of permission on both projects…

Hi @Miguel Samayoa , Is your goal is to just notify certain organizations when someone comments on a ticket? If it is, then it wouldn't be done through that page. That page is to setup how the can or custom notifications will be sent out. Not exactly whom it would be it would be sent out to like a specific customer or…

Welcome @Edmund Cheong ! I haven't seen this issue recently but I have encounter that message before. What I did in the past, is I clear the cache and it seem to resolve the problem. Maybe the same for you. Is this isolated to just you or other team members? If it's just you, you may. want to start up a browser with no…

Welcome @Lance Li , I haven't come across this option out of the box on JSM. However, there are add-ons that provide this option like extension for JIra service Desk. https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/show-organizations-to-share-with/ Hope this helps.

HI @Allan Sanderson , Hope this documentation helps. It basically use to make it easier to apply user with certain email domains to your service desk projects without adding them manually one by one.…

Hi Nico, Look like there two different things going on here. * Having the user pick a ticket size when the ticket is transition to "In Progress" For this, I would suggest a workflow pop up screen requiring the user to pick a ticket size. You can add this screen to the transition when you edit the workflow. 2. You want to…

Welcome @BigBridge . Here's what I do to achieve the outcome. IF you just replace the first number with "7." and hit the space bar afterwards, the rest of the numbers follow. It works for confluence cloud pages. Hope this helps.

HI @Nissim Ariel , Try what @Joseph Chung Yin mentioned. If that does not work, like mention earlier, you want to start with a simple workflow with a few simple status and steps and save it. If that works, build on it step by step and see what caused the issue. The idea here is to isolate the issue to identify what maybe…

Hi @Mathew Lederman , Am only able to see the request details when the request is listed. You may be able to find some information in the audit log. See below. https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-organization-activities-from-the-audit-log/ Hope this helps.

Hi @Asmath Basha , Not aware if this is an out of the box JQL solution. You may need to get an app that enhances your query to get there. See this post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Find-linked-issues-where-the-linked-issue-is-closed/qaq-p/2291820 This should get you in the direction to…

Hola ¡Bienvenido!

HI @Gilad Waldman , There isn't a direct way that I have seen. This post may provide another option for you. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Enabling-pagination-over-100-issues-in-the-Jira-Lookup-Issues/m-p/2685990#M5492 Hope it helps.

Thanks for the additional context. Looks like these are groups and not roles. In order to access groups, you need to be an site/org admin for your site.

HI @Syaifulloh S Welcome. Is it only isolated to this test case or are you saying it on any test case that you are trying to update? IS there any other error information besides this? If this is all that is seen, may want o check with. Xray support to check on the X-ray cloud app.…

HI @Hussain Baig Welcome. There seems to be similar post covering along the same lines. May want to check this post out and the community suggestions. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Redirect-domain-to-login-jsp-instead-of-system-dashboard/qaq-p/588696

HI @Jesus Octavio Gutierrez Villegas , It is not possible. A ticket has been raised: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/API-368 Doing a bit of searching. There' seem to be some 3rd party vendors that have this capability. See below: https://www.troopr.ai/slack-jira-software-integration

Hi @Kevin S , Here's the KB article to get the query you need for last viewed info: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/find-the-last-viewed-date-for-dashboards-and-agile-boards-in-jira-server-and-data-center-1255451339.html Hope this helps.

Hi @Neil Dobson , When you go to the Access screen, where do you see project:websquad? is it under the role column? If so, then it is indeed a project role. You must have Jira admin access to access that information to get a list of all roles in Jira. -Ben

Hi @Nissim Ariel Welcome! Try this workaround for the issue you are encountering. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Workflow-error-We-couldn-t-save-your-changes/qaq-p/1975419 Other things to suggest is to try using clearing your cache and/or using a different browser to see if you get different results. If…

Usually, the old experience will be deprecated once the new experience is able to fully replace it. This is just from previous observations like what was done with certain features of the cloud. Hence, why the old functionality is probably still available as a a stop gap.

Welcome @Victor Okere . Would suggest to update your profile and add a linkedin link. This will help folks to see if there's a match for you in their organization.
-
HI @jira_admin_cu , This is not possible out of the box. You may want to create a self-transition in your workflow that has a post-function web hook to make a call out to your Sparky AI. You maybe able to do something with script runner and Jira Automation as well.
-
Hi @Yaniv , It would be the same process if it was multiple or one group. You would need to break it down into 3 parts when automating through scripts and API. * Call an API to pull the user in the reporter. * use the user found in the reporter field, to get the group info. * Then parse the group info, and set your other…

HI @QASIM ALOUDAT . Please could you add more context on what exactly you are trying to do and how is it related to confluence or Jira Service Management.

You are most welcome.
