Hi @Shiva Prasad, project admins can create automations with natural language for their specific Jira projects. Site admins can do that and they can also use natural language to create global automations. Keep in mind that this feature is currently only available on Premium and Enterprise editions. Natural language for Jira automations currently supports system fields only @Khairul. Supporting custom fields has a massive impact on performance so we are exploring ways to overcome that. You can still use custom fields when reviewing the resulting rule configuration.
