Hi @Giedre Sereikiene Welcome to the Community! If you're talking about adding the field to the Customer Portal view - simply go to your portal, click Requests at the top, choose Requests raised by me, then once the list has opened - click customised at the side and choose Updated date. Hope that helps! Liam

Hi Mike You may well be able to print from the webpage - but I can't imagine it would look great. The other option would be to export to an Excel and print from there. Thanks, Liam
-
Welcome @Rob May Great to have you here
-
Welcome to the Community @SEPEHREKO NAKI Happy to have you here!
-
Explored it a little bit - I think it will be really useful for a lot of teams, and it's great that the features come as standard if you're a Software or JSM user
-
Thanks for the link Kishan, very useful!

Hi @Daniel R Welcome to the Community! You'd need to know what particular field puts the issue in that queue (e.g. status, or assignee), then set up a custom notification to send to a group when that field changes. Hope that helps Regards, Liam

I think its really important to actually engage - planning isn't just a tick box exercise, it should involve everyone and there should be regular (not annual!) reviews to ensure the plan is on track
-
I think just be as honest and open as possible - secrecy around pay and reward is always a huge problem for people
-
@Alexander Pappert I found that all my team just filtered them into trash - so I let them, and if they missed important notifications that was their issue!
-
@Daniel Ebers I've just started a role which is around an hour away from my office. The role only involves going to the office around once a month, so I'm trying to be as involved in video calls as possible

Thanks for the articles Natalie - they make for very interesting reading. Hana - I don't think you should feel guilty at all. We all work differently, and all work at our best when we embrace each other's differences!
-
Using just my first name I'm mail!

https://twitter.com/LRGreen86/status/1415713357630410754?s=20 I did the tweeters too!

The á I can do, but I can't find the fancy c!
-
I had to copy and paste because of the special characters
-
I've just given @Hana Kučerová Kudos too. But I found both of you by searching last name not first.
-
I just gave Kudos to @John Funk , even though I don't really want to!
-
I don't think I'm really familiar with any Czech food - but I do agree that anything is better if cooked by your mother / grandmother!
-
@Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ my fiancée is always looking up a menu before we go somewhere. I like her reading to me whist I imagine what I want to eat! Your choices are all really good, although I don't like feta cheese. That cheesecake looks delicious, and I'll certainly be looking up the recipe and passing it to someone…
-
@Bridget Do we get the Jira July badge for signing up to the Atlympics?
-
I do love a calzone!!
-
Ok, there is quite a lot to unpack here... The ciabatta sounds delicious - and an excellent fresh way to start a meal. The main course isn't something I fancy - but I think that's more a cultural issue than anything - also, not a fan of chili! Dessert - yes! Crumble is amazing, I'm all in favour of that
-
@Fabienne Gerhard I don't just like this, I love it!
-
I love onion but my fiancee can't stand it. Makes it difficult when I cook!
-
I don't really eat ribs but I'm certainly on board with the rest of this meal!
-
I didn't know that either, it does make sense. I always enjoy an amaretto after a meal
-
I think people massively underestimate a good burger! I don't really do spicy food though
-
I'm not a fan of olives, or blue cheese - but that main does sound interesting
