Hi @Charlene Regan Welcome to the Community. I don't think you post was intended for us - it seems as though you wanted to contact your internal HR or payroll department. Good luck resolving the issue. Regards, Liam

Hi @sergey.guba Are you wanting the fields 'acceptance criteria', 'design', etc. to be part of the Description or their own fields? They can't be part of the description, but you can have them as custom fields. This article will show you how to Create a Custom Field This article shows you how to Add a Custom Field to a…

Hi @Hana Kučerová I fully agree with you, Automation is revolutionary and adds so many needed features to Jira, it's also easy to work with!
-
Hi @Jorge Soto Welcome to the Community! Is it next gen or classic projects that you want users to create? If it's next gen they can do this, if not you would need to make them an admin as Kagithala has suggested.

Hi @Vladimir Matveev I'm pretty certain this can be done through automation. Having looked briefly, I think the below (amended for your own status names) would fit what you need:

Hi @angelo_rosa I have found two articles from Atlassian on this. The first one shows how users can create the ticket, then browse all tickets: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-allow-users-to-create-issues-anonymously-192551.html The second one locks this down so that a user cannot browse any…

Thank you @Thomas Schlegel for asking me to do this, I'm very humbled. This is my first a Holiday Calendar and I'm really enjoying learning so much about my fellow leaders

@Monique vdB - Trending Teams works! Also, when I couldn't get Video Viewer to work on Chrome, I have an ad-blocker on, that might be why

Hi @Patrik Bajer Apologies, I didn't see this reply. You need to se up your Automation as follows: The automation pages have more information on the process if needed: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-articles/Jira-Automation-all-the-resources-you-need-in-one-page/ba-p/1388465 Regards, Liam

Hi Rafal If I'm honest, I'm not sure about that. Hopefully someone on here will know the answer, or you could reach out to Atlassian directly.

Hi @Nithyanantham Lakshmanan You can use bulk transfer to bulk change the information, or if you're using CSV to transfer then you could export the data from the source instance, change it in the CSV, then import it to the new instance
-
Hi I think you will need to either create the new username in the source instance and then transfer tickets to new user then destination, or as you said create old username in destination instance and transfer tickets to new user once imported
-
Hi Didem I'd expect that most should work if Atlassian are choosing to move on this date. I expect they would push back if there were major problems. You said that linking tickets does not work correctly - can I ask why?

Hi @Gaetan Gaston Welcome to the Community! Try the following please: project in (proj1, proj2, proj3, ...) AND (assignee = currentUser() OR reporter = currentUser() OR comment ~ currentUser() OR description ~ currentUser() OR summary ~ currentUser() OR text ~ currentUser()) AND (status != Done OR updated <…

Hi @celine beguin Welcome to the Community! Are you using classic or next gen project?
-
Hi @Didem Aksaray 31 Mar 2021 is when the 'old view' will be turned off Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Rafal Sojka Whilst I'm not an expert in this area, could you achieve this by using your script to make it mandatory on transition? I know that wouldn't solve your immediate problem of it not being filled on edit, it would mean an issue couldn't be resolved if the information was missing

Can you take a screenshot of the audit log from Automation please?
-
Hi @Srujana Deva Welcome to the Community! Have you checked that the name of the field is correct? It isn't always easy to spot. Regards, Liam
-
Hi @Sergey Welcome to the Community! I think this is something that could be done with Automation. I've put a link to a really useful article below, but if you need any further guidance then let me know:…

Hi @Amit Anand Are these two separate instances of Jira? Or just people logging in using a different email? Regards, Liam

@Monique vdB I've liked at least 5 discussions this morning and no movement on the Playbook challenge. Does it have to be 5 likes of a particular set of discussions?
-
Hi @Veronika Dvorska Questions for Confluence is a Confluence add on, so the correct pricing for Confluence for 20 users is $5 / user / month. Hope that helps, Regards, Liam
