Hi @Shyam Sundar P - Just a quick update... With the 10.127.2 release, users will be able to view multiple program backlogs. Multiple solution and portfolio backlogs will follow in upcoming releases. As for search, that is something we're exploring to bring back. No designs or timeframe to share yet, but stay tuned in our…

Hi @Paul Curran... Unfortunately, custom rooms are still in beta, so we don't have any publicly available documentation with old navigation or new navigation. That said, you can reach out to our support team or your Advisory Services partner if you have questions.

Hi @Cynthia Phillips! Thank you for that feedback. And yes, on Friday, September 29 we deployed a hotfix that includes these roadmap filters.
-
Hi @Paula Hidalgo - can you email me (kforeman at atlassian dot com)? And just to note, we recently added the program increment filter to the sidebar menu and have several team filters that we're planning to add

@James Webber no permissions are required to turn on the new navigation experience, but you shouldn't be running into that message. Can you contact support so we can take a look at what's causing this?
-
@adrimars good news! You can now filter the program board by multiple programs or multiple teams from the Extra Configs menu.
-
Hi @Kate Lailey - if you're running into issues, please contact support and we'll assist right away.

UPDATE! Hi all, I want to share some updates on the new navigation rollout (and for more information, you can watch our recent roadmap webinar). 1. I just updated the post to reflect the specific releases in which we're planning to remove the old navigation experience (the 10.127.1, December 1, 2023 release for continuous…

Hi Mark, To add to Yerbol's comments, we (the Jira Align team) are currently investigating support for the Jira Team field in our Jira connector. Today, you can map a Jira custom field, but not the new Team field. We hope to add this soon and then will look into further integrations with Atlassian Teams. Let me know if you…

Hi Vinay, Check your Context Menu to see if a PI/Release is selected. Pushing/pulling to an external system (e.g. Jira) is only available in the global Program backlog (when only a Program is selected in the Context Menu) because Jira does not have a concept of PI/Release. This helps keep the two backlogs in sync. -Kyle

Hi Dave, thank you for the update. We'll make sure to address this!

Hi Vando, If the Jira IDs on the projects, versions, issues, boards, sprints, and statuses change (which usually happens when items are copied from one Jira environment to another without a full site backup and restore), we'll need to update the Jira IDs saved in Jira Align to make sure items are linked correctly and the…

Hi Vandana, If you select the 2 new boards, the custom JQL will get the sprints for just those 2 boards. So the response should be very quick (seconds to several minutes). Yes, you do need the issue key in the JQL. This will scope the rest of the custom JQL to just a single issue, which limits the maximum response time.…

Hi Eric, Yes, upon returning to a grid, the previously applied filter will still be applied. I'm right there with your users, and loving the new feature! Excited for it to ship! -Kyle

Hi Jennifer, In Jira Align, 'releases' are named Release Vehicles. In Jira, 'releases' are named Fix Versions. My response was for Jira Align, and Muhammed's response was for Jira. These 'releases' do sync between the two platforms, which may be adding to the confusion. :) Let me know if you have any follow up questions.…

Hi Jennifer, If trying to grant access to Release Vehicles in Jira Align, you'll need to update the user's system role. This can be done on the Administration -> Roles page. Expand the Program section and then search (it's quicker than scrolling!) for Release Vehicle. You should see Add, Save, and Delete toggles. Please…

In addition, you can promote a Story to a Feature or Epic or a Feature to an Epic. More information can be found here!

Hi Kelley, The fields displayed on the form can be configured by your administrator and are specific to a portfolio (i.e. different portfolios can use different fields). In order to determine the portfolio, a program(s) must be selected. When creating a feature from an epic, we're able to determine the feature's…

Hi Ian, Two reports come to mind. The first is the Work in Process report. It shows all work assigned to a selected Program Increment by work item State and includes a series of lean metric charts. For each work item type (Epics, Capabilities, Features, Stories), you can view the following: * Work in Process: Line graph…
