@Ashley Patel as you said, the site admins may be consuming a license, this is because whenever a site administrator adds a new Atlassian product to a site, the site-admins user group is automatically given access to this product. To fix this, remove access to Jira Product Discovery from the site-admins user group. You can…

@Ashley Patel could you please check again? In the last few days our systems had some lag in updating these user counts but it should be resolved now.

Hi Matan! Welcome to Jira Product Discovery. 1. Add ideas over time and use the many different fields types to estimate impact - Impact ratings out of 5, multi-select field for a list of customers who want the idea/feature, create custom formulae and more. This demo will be helpful Demo: using custom fields and views to…
-
@Kei Hau there aren't limits on how many ideas you can have, things will load a little slower and interactivity becomes a bit laggier as numbers get higher. We're shipping improvements to scale and performance every week, some big and some small.
-
@Jack Arndt a couple of hundred issues perform fine, and we're investing heavily at the moment in scale and performance to improve this further.
-
@Emilie can you please share your site URL?
-
Hi @Michal V we're glad to hear that you are trying out Jira Product Discovery! There are workarounds available for most of what you are trying to accomplish in the tool. You have quite a long list, would you like to discuss these use cases and your feedback in a call? You can book time in with me through…

Hi @Jack Arndt I have a similar recommendation to @Omar Bennani . We find that it's still helpful to have those ideas in an unarchived state so that you can still: Add insights, fill in field values (eg. list of customers requesting this feature) even if those ideas are not your immediate focus.
-
Hi @matan.grady we've enabled the integration for you
-
@Zach Dosen could you please share your site URL?
-
Hi @Omer Meshar thanks for sharing this feedback. We've cleaned up the bugs and expect to deploy the fixes tomorrow.
-
@Julien Seiller We've released a bug fix. Please let us know if you run into the issue again.
-
@Dan.Tombs there can be a bit of lag for the numbers to update. I've checked our records and they should be in sync now. Can you please confirm?
-
@James Scholey there's sometimes a bit of lag with the numbers updating, I've checked our records and your numbers should be in sync now. Please ensure that you also don't have trusted users who have product access. If you still have issues please raise a support ticket via Give feedback in the bottom left corner of the…
-
Hi @Julien Seiller we're investigating the bug, we'll update shortly.
-
@[deleted] Please select the option 'Give feedback to the product team'
-
Hi @[deleted] could you please create a support ticket so that we can investigate this for you? To create a support ticket, in the bottom left corner of Jira Product Discovery select Give feedback.
-
@[deleted] We've been focusing on solving this problem through the contributor experience. You can see details here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Letting-contributors-create-ideas-in-a-Jira-Product-Discovery/ba-p/2323964
-
@Christian Prats this isn't in our short term plans at the moment
-
@Tom Haapanen there was a typo there it should read "If a user has product access to Jira Software or Jira Service Management or Jira Work Management they are automatically contributors so you don't need to add them to the contributors user group." Apologies, I've edited my earlier comment. Please create a support ticket…
-
@Emily Tran This is likely because you have added certain groups to Jira Product Discovery, other than the 10 creators. In particular, please make sure that the Contributors user group hasn't been added to Jira Product Discovery, those users can be contributors without the group being added.
-
Hey folks, what you see in product is a V1 and based on the feedback we've received we're actively working on factoring in Story Points. I'll have more to share when we release but it's not too far away. Sit tight!
-
@[deleted] using an IDP/Okta shouldn't prevent you from following these steps. You'll still have a Product Access configuration page when you can check who the 3rd user is. In your earlier screenshot click on the grey 3 licensed users link next to Jira Product Discovery on the product access configuration page. It’s…

@Yogev Marom We are hoping to remove some of those limitations for trusted users in the future, but I can't offer a timeline for it.
-
@Yogev Marom we're looking to address these issues. In the interim, we have these workarounds for site admins and trusted users: Site admins will count as billable users by default, here's how to change that If you just added Jira Product Discovery to your site, you'll notice that all site administrators have been given…
-
@[deleted] you'll need to remove the site admin group from Jira Product Discovery. From another Community post https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Read-this-if-you-re-a-site-administrator-and-just-added-Jira/ba-p/2385379 Site admins will count as billable users by default, here's how to…

Hi @Communitymanager Ingrid van DiVault your best option here would be to either: - Exclude the vote field from this view. - Filter out ideas that have reached this status. Currently fields apply universally to all ideas.
-
@Communitymanager Ingrid van DiVault that looks like a bug! Can you please create a support ticket and we'll get on it. Left panel > Give feedback (at the bottom) > Get help from the support team. Please include your JPD URL so we can investigate.
-
@Sebastian Pechhold thanks for helping with the workaround!

Hi @Andrea Scherwitz here's an example of what you see in Jira Software once you transfer an idea from Jira Product Discovery to an issue in Jira Software. I'm speaking to customers today about this journey, if you would like to share your views you can book time in with me through…
