Thanks for the context and detail, folks! For context, we ask questions like this so that we can deeply understand what the underlying pain point is for you. With our limited resources, we need to work out what's causing the most pain and prioritise accordingly. We could spend all our time copying over Jira Software…

@Ben Krichko can you share more detail on what info you are trying to put in this dashboard, then we might be able to help you out? The simplest answer is that the fields you create in JPD can be used in JPD views. There are some fields that derive data from outside JPD (Delivery progress, Atlas status/date), but fields…

Hey David, want to make sure i understand this correctly: In Jira Product Discovery you have ideas and you want to group by a field, while showing the sum of another field? eg. in the screenshot below I've grouped by 'Teams' field, and rather than just show 3 ideas next to Team 2 you want to sum by another field. Perhaps…

Thanks for the feedback @Matt Jones @Ian Sperry ! How would this help you? What's the problem with putting the URLs in comments, custom fields or in the idea description?
-
@Kareem Shirazi done For anyone who stumbles across this page in the future, please comment on this page with your site URL.
-
@Matt Richards currently only products that a user has 'full access' to appear in the Switch to menu. My best suggestion for now is to ensure they have the right URL and ask them to bookmark it. @Ben Gallant we're working on adding the capability for you to select an existing group to be contributors. It's coming soon!…

@David Nadri nothing to share at this point. We will continue to invest in improving the integration between JPD and Jira Software/Advanced Roadmaps. Right now they're both powerful, flexible tools. It really depends on what you're trying to achieve!
-
@Jean Berkenveld it's been enabled for you

Hi @Jan Kühne you can remove JPD access for site admins, but trusted users need to have their role downgraded to remove their access. Instructions below: Site admins will count as billable users by default, here's how to change that If you just added Jira Product Discovery to your site, you'll notice that all site…

@Courtney Iverson @sureshr We're working on this now, actually! We don't provide release dates - It needs to do the job and be fast, we'll release it as soon it's ready. Rest assured we'll post in Community when it's ready to use.
-
@Jaime Laird you can send a recording directly to my email rswami@atlassian.com
-
@Jaime Laird we don't have an active bug in this area. If you can share a screen recording (eg. Loom) of what you're seeing in the app then we might be able to diagnose. Alternatively you can create a support ticket.

@Liz Choe done
-
Thanks for the feedback on the error messages @Kenneth Paterson and thanks for helping out @Jacques !
-
@J Conners they don't count as creators unless they have access. You can remove their access: * On the upper right of the navigation bar, select ⚙️ > User Management > Directory. * On the left sidebar, select Groups > site-admins group, and then for Jira Product Discovery, select None. This change sometimes takes a few…
-
@Shelley Richardson looks like you have a snowflake situation. Could you please create a support ticket and we'll help you out: * From a Product Discovery project, left sidebar: Give feedback * Select "Get help from the Support team"

Hi @Sufian Siddiqi , if your beta is extended your data will also be retained for 3 months past the end of your extension. In the interests of transparency for everyone in the Community we’ve updated this post with the details of extensions we have offered to customers.
-
@Shelley Richardson another Org admin should be able to make the change to give you the correct access. If you don't have another org admin, you can: Promote another site admin to org admin. Have the new org admin, demote you to a site admin. If they still cant toggle JPD on, then demote you to Basic. Once this is done and…

@Nick Jones I see you've concurrently reached us through our Give feedback button, let's continue the discussion there.
-
@Jaime Laird we're investigating. Can you please test if clearing your cache and updating your browser works? If not, please share your browser type and device platform (mac vs PC).
-
@David.brimley the 404 is a bug on our side! We'll make it a nicer flow soon so you know why you can't access that page.
-
Thanks @Nick Haller! @David.brimley please note that only site admins can turn on the contributors group and add users to it.
-
@Manager looks like you have a Jira Software question, this is the Community group for Jira Product Discovery. You can find the Community group for Jira Software here.
-
@Nick Jones if your Product Discovery project is private, it won't affect your ability to see delivery progress data from Jira Software in the delivery tab of an idea in Product Discovery. In Jira Software, you'll still be able to see the idea from Product Discovery as a linked issue. @saje please create a support ticket…
-
Hi @James currently not. Can you tell me more about the use case? I can imagine the issue ID on it's own won't be very useful, what do you need to see in the list view and why?
-
Hi @Reifetshamer Michael thanks for sharing this feedback, I've recorded it as an insight for our future reference. It's not in our current plans to support more levels in the calculation at the moment, but we'll keep your use case in consideration. Keep an eye out for improvements we are releasing soon for the integration…
-
@Jaime Laird we've shipped the fixes, if you see anything buggy now please add a screenshot/screen recording here.
-
@Amy Lorenz the best option here would be to make your projects in Jira Product Discovery private. In project in Jira Product Discovery in the left panel select Project settings > Access > Change project access to Private.
-
@Amy Lorenz Any user who is a User for Jira Software, Jira Service Management or Jira Work Management is automatically a contributor in Jira Product Discovery, not a full user. This gives them access to Open and Limited projects in Jira Product Discovery, but they're not given Creators. I think that's what's happening…
-
@Ashley Patel it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to sync. Please ensure: The contributors group has not been given product access, the site-admin group has been removed from product access and users don't have the Trusted User role. If this isn't working, please create a support ticket.
