@Jeremy Burton we don't have this as a feature at the moment. This is still our first iteration of the idea form, thanks for this feedback and we'll keep it in mind for future iterations!

Hi Tim, 2 recommendations for you here: 1. Teams get a lot of value out of discussing effort and impact estimates, it's not so much the number that matters but the resulting discussion of why people have different estimates, so the most value is achieved synchronously. 2. An asynchronous way of doing this would be to add…

@Ylan Muller We haven't prioritised this yet, as Tanguy said before we know we have to get to it, but it's tough making these prioritisation decisions as you can imagine. In the last few months we have moved from beta to GA, made massive improvements in performance and a new sharing feature is open to beta!

Hey @Christine B that's not ok! Can you please send a link to your support ticket to rswami@atlassian.com and I'll respond to you there based on your scenario and make sure your issue gets resolved.
-
FYI @Davina Pallone's issue was that they were unable to move to Free because they had Trusted Users pushing them over the user limit of 3 for the Free edition. For those watching along, we have a guide here on removing access for site admins and Trusted…
-
Hi @Davina Pallone it could be greyed out if that is the only group which has product access. Though we checked your site and this may not be the case for you. Could you please create a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/ and we'll look into it.

Hi @Ben Krichko this thread may help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-export-history-in-jira-issues/qaq-p/2124180 You can try the API as @Mohamed Benziane suggested or 3rd party apps.
-
Got it. We don't have a feature like that at the moment, but I'll record this feedback for us to consider in the future.
-
@andy if I understand correctly, you're looking for a 'remember my last selection' feature when creating delivery tickets. This would remember that you made the field visible last time, but it won't apply this to any other user. Do I have that right?
-
@Patrice Cantalupo the issue should be fixed, can you confirm that it's calculating correctly for you now?
-
Hi @Patrice Cantalupo I've been able to reproduce this bug. We'll work on a fix shortly.

@Ben Krichko here's a Loom walkthrough for you https://www.loom.com/share/Ben-Demo-72546866c9f44204bb1953d2b0db81c6?sid=a1595f7f-b7fb-44db-a486-2f781ea248fa

@Ben Krichko here's how you would set that up

Hi @Mart Postma, Components are project-scoped fields meaning that they can not be used outside the project. I'm curious though, can you tell me more about your use case? Why do you need to connect Jira Product Discovery to Components?
-
Hi @J Conners Jira Product Discovery is like other Jira projects under the hood. You should be able to import from Trello to Jira Product Discovery by following the instructions here, though I haven't tested it myself. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-trello/ There is a…

Hi @Mark Robinson We don't natively support adding events to the timeline in Jira Product Discovery. However, one workaround is you could create an idea for each key event and include it in the filter for the timeline view. It ain't pretty, but it might get the job done if the information is critical to show!
-
Hi @Jack Arndt I've just tested for myself and it's working fine: 1. Include Key Customers and Idea Archived in an issue search 2. Export to CSV 3. Import to Google Sheets Have you taken different steps? Is there any more context you can share?
-
@Jan Kühne apologies for the inconvenience, you can see why we are deprecating the trusted user role! I'd recommend that you get in touch with the people whose trusted user access you have removed and check for side effects. You should be able to see their product access in User Management.
-
yep, this should work!
-
Hi @matan.grady , how frequently are you creating ideas? We've found personally and also with customers that we get the most value out of JPD when the ideas added are large initiative-level ideas. Over time these are slowly curated - Insights are added, data is added to custom fields. Thus there isn't a need for…
-
Hi @Kelly Lillis Yes only Jira Software issues are supported in Delivery Progress calcs. That said, for an idea you can use Link issue, to connect it to another idea as per the screenshot below.
-
Hi @Mart Postma "Priority" is a special system field all throughout Jira products and the name can't be used as a custom field in any Jira project, including Jira Product Discovery. You can use similar words such as Importance or prefixes/suffixes like Priority Rank.
-
thanks @matan.grady please send the recording through to rswami@atlassian.com and we'll look into it
-
@Sebastian Pechhold unfortunately we don't support this at the moment. We have an open feature request you can upvote and follow, but this isn't on our roadmap at the moment.
-
thanks @matan.grady for no. 3 is it taking a long time for this field to load? Do you have a lot of projects?
-
@matan.grady are you getting the same error for different delivery tickets and different ideas? As @Kunal said do you have access to the issues you are trying to link? Looking for more clues so we can try and reproduce the error.
-
@Noboru please comment here with your site URL
-
@Matt Richards @Jörg von Livonius we've enabled the feature on your sites: On the upper right of the navigation bar, select > Products > Jira Product Discovery > Access. Select Change group and make your choice.
-
@Matt Richards @Jörg von Livonius we will shortly be rolling out the capability to select an existing group to be contributors in Jira Product Discovery. Could you share your site URLs so that we can give you early access?
-
@Ben Krichko Jira Product Discovery has views. Here's an example of adding a number field to a view. 1. Create a view (bottom left), select list view 2. Add a field, select PMC test
