Thanks for sharing this update! 👏 It’s interesting to see Jira evolving its terminology to better align with Atlassian’s broader ecosystem - making Projects into Spaces feels like a natural step towards more integrated collaboration across tools.

Happy to hear that the issue got resolved. There might've been a slight delay in loading the child work items and that's why they were not displayed. Hope you have a wonderful day! 💙

Hi, @nida ergenç! 👋 After you entered the e-mail address(es), did you hit "enter"? The addresses should have a gray background, like this: Additionally you could check if the e-mail address you entered is valid. Hope this helps! ✨

Good morning, @Sam Thornton! ☀️ Are you able to provide some more information & screenshots of your issue? That would help to better troubleshoot where the issue could be 🤗

Hi, @Anetta Aksenova 👋 Sadly, no - there's no built-in way to trigger confetti every time you publish/save in Confluence. Jira does have a Chrome extension for confetti 🎉, but I haven’t tried it myself yet. That said, I love the idea of more little celebrations in tools like this - they really do brighten the day! 💖 You…

Hi, @Steeve P_! 👋 You are absolutely right - Table of Contents macro should be visible on public pages as well according to Atlassian's documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/how-secure-are-public-links/#Macros-that-won%E2%80%99t-be-hidden-on-public-pages I’ve tested it myself and am…

Hi, @Ericson Ramos! 👋 I haven't taken the ACA-910: Atlassian Certified in ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations certification exam yet - it's next on my to-do list! In the meantime, you might find this thread helpful: 👉 ACA-910 Community Discussion It has some great insights from others who’ve looked into or taken…

Hi, @Eran Roiter! 👋 Epics won’t appear alongside child issues in the Backlog - that's expected behavior. What worked for me as a workaround is displaying the Parent field in the backlog. You can enable this by going to: Board settings > Layout > Card layout > Backlog, and then add the "Parent" field. That way, you’ll at…

Hi, @Shankar Gunde! 👋 If you want to see only specific fields from a project, here are a couple of options: * Search (JQL) – filter/search by project = Project, then click Columns to pick necessary fields. Save this filter if you're planning to re-use it. * Export - export search results to Excel/CSV with selected fields.…

Thanks for the deep dive! 👏 Great write-up - definitely bookmarking this for internal onboarding!

This looks really useful - thanks for sharing! ✨ I've been managing a similar process using Jira Automation + some manual checks to handle inactive users. It works, but definitely takes some time to maintain. Curious - what are some of the key benefits of using your app over a homegrown automation setup? Would love to know…

Hi! 👋 If the board has disappeared, don’t worry just yet - here are a few things you can try to check what happened and possibly recover it: 🔍 Step 1: Check your Trello workspace and boards * Go to https://trello.com/my/boards and scroll through “Personal Boards” and any Workspaces you’re part of. * Sometimes a board can…

Hi there, @[deleted]! 👋 Unfortunately, deleting your private account won’t automatically transfer ownership of the Trello boards to your business email. Trello doesn’t reassign board ownership when an account is deleted. Here’s what you can do instead: * Log in with your private account (before deleting it) * Add your…

Hi, @FERNANDO MENIN BORATTO! 👋 If you mean issue bulk operations, you can find more info here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-bulk-operations/#api-group-issue-bulk-operations You can also bulk export Asset objects using POST request and AQL query to fetch multiple objects. The most useful use cases for me are automating meeting notes and sending reminders for postponed tasks ✨ Next up: setting up approval workflows with smart buttons! 😊

Hi, @Stephen Chisholm! ☀️ By default your service project has access to queues but you can enable board or calendar views to better organize work & requests. You can name the board in the settings, but currently the board doesn’t display that name anywhere in the view. At the moment, you can only add one board per service…

Hi! 👋 Could it be that you switched to the new floating toolbar? It should appear when you're editing the page and selecting text. You can read more about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/how-to-use-the-new-toolbar-and-insert-elements/

Thanks for the initiative, @Tejasvita Madan - I just filled out the survey! 🙌 Capacity planning is definitely an area that could use some love in Jira, so I'm really glad to see the team exploring it. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of this work!

Such a relatable post - thank you for putting this into words! 💙 I've also found that the smaller the project, the more edge-case requests tend to pop up. I think it’s because people see a small project as an opportunity to experiment, so the admin effort starts stacking up really fast. One thing that’s helped me, is…

Following others, versioning, voting feature - eager to try these out! ✨

I completely agree with @Kiam Venter - it's such a versatile tool with a lot of useful features. Personally, I’ve really enjoyed using it for online brainstorming sessions and team retros. Even when the team is remote, there’s something great about being able to collaborate on the same whiteboard in real time ☺️

Hi, @Cassius French! ✨ If you want to have a good visual overview of the organization, I'd go with Confluence Whiteboards. Atlassian even has a template for that: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/templates/org-chart As you're using legacy Confluence (likely Confluence Server or Data Center, or Classic editor…
